Après un quiproquo initial sur le paiement de l'acompte résolu rapidement, j'ai constaté que malgré plusieurs relances écrites et courtoises, je ne recevais plus aucune réponse à mes questions concernant le logement. Un manque de communication regrettable.

La cama es muy cómoda y el personal es muy atento. La zona es tranquila.

Si eres alérgico o no te gustan los gatos que sepáis que hay un gato que vive en las zonas comunes de la casa.

The location was very good for travelling by car to other cities, next to main road. Free parking always available nearby. In the shared kitchen you can find everything you would need.

The property is very old and needs renovation. Room was clean but the pillow cases were yellow, there was this bad smell of old furniture and even our clothes got that smell after keeping in the drawers. We had many issues with the plumbing in the bathroom, some of them were resolved but eventually we just gave up and waited to leave. I noticed that hot water is not always available if you bath longer or shower during unpopular time.

La casa es hermosa, Juliana es súper maja y nos acogió enseguida y siempre con una sonrisa.

Lo único es que tienes que compartir el baño con varias personas y tuve que esperar media hora para pasar una noche, pero aparte de esto todo bien!

La ubicación era perfecta para poder moverte desde ahí a todas las partes de la isla. Varios supermercados cerca y buena zona para aparcar. La habitación muy limpia, las zonas comunes limpias aunque dependía del uso que hiciesen el resto de personas alojadas. El staff muy atento y disponible.

Muy importante, a tener en cuenta, hay un gato que de vez en cuando entra en la casa y está en las zonas comunes. Me hubiera gustado saberlo. Algunos alojados no son muy respetuosos con la limpieza de las zonas comunes. Aunque esto no depende del staff.

A casa é muito bonita mas está a precisar de algumas reformas, mobília muita datada.

Foi tudo excelente. Fomos muito bem recebidos com a amabilidade do Sr. Paulo e da Sra. Maria que nos explicaram tudo e foram dando recomendações ao longo dos dias para conhecer melhor a ilha. A cozinha estava muito bem organizada com um espaço reservado a cada quarto. Foi excelente poder tomar o pequeno-almoço com vista para o jardim e para a piscina. Na companhia duma gatinha muito fofinha que todos os dias nos ia cumprimentar. A piscina é enorme. Não faltaram oportunidades de ocupar o tempo na sala de jogos, desde jogar ping-pong, matraquilhos ou jogo de setas. A suite Deluxe é muito espaçosa com banheira de hidromassagem a funcionar. Além de ter um duche ao lado. O local é muito calmo proporcionando um bom descanso à noite. A localização é muito boa. Podendo ir a pé ao supermercado Continente, ao MacDonalds ou dar um passeio até à plantação de ananás.

Ter podido ficar mais tempo para usufruir de tudo melhor.:)

Close to multiple areas

Very disappointed in the lodgings. Room is very hot but they do offer a fan. Nothing dries, when asked if I could have other towels they have a 3 day rule, you can only change them after 3 days. Very important point, wifi does not work in the room. They were advised on Sunday and it wasn’t fixed by Wednesday. The closet smells musty so we didn’t put any clothes in it. I spoke with other people staying there and we had the same problems.

First got suspicious when 50% was asked to be transferred by card. Ended up enjoying the guest house. A bit far from the city center(approx. 30 minutes by walk). Really nice host and the facilities. Loved the experience. Recommended!

As janelas ao não terem estores, faz com que a luz nos acorde cedo, porque as cortinas apenas cortam a visibilidade e não a luz, acho que poderá ser uma melhoria futura.

Great location with free parking and shops nearby. The owners were very friendly, gave us a map, and shared helpful local advice.

The only downside was that towels were changed only once during our 7-day stay, despite the high humidity in Ponta Delgada.

Nice friendly owner and staff. The house was big, big well organized kitchen and the rooms were big. If it was summer and warmer it would be a more positive experience.

We were there in May and the weather was cold. The house is large, uninsulated and cold without any heating. The windows are old and there was a draft through the windows. All the rooms were cold, especially the bathroom was uncomfortably cold with wind through the window and with cold floor tiles. The floors are cleaned often, but the cleaning is lacking elsewhere, for example there was fungus on the bathtub. The bedroom smelled damp and stuffy. The tv didn’t work, and the beds were hard and worn that you could feel the springs through the sheets.

The house is truly beautiful: spacious and very well maintained, with great attention to detail by Maria. The staff is highly dedicated to meeting guests’ needs and requests. If you are traveling by car, the location is excellent, conveniently close to the ring road and local amenities.

Die Unterkunft hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig gestaltet mit direktem Ausgang in den Garten. Das Personal war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool im Garten ist absolut klasse zur Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Das Hotel liegt in einer Einbahnstraße und wir haben immer ohne Probleme einen Parkplatz gefunden. Zur Fuß bis in die Innenstadt sind es ca. 25 Minuten und mit dem Auto ist man in einer Minute auf der Autobahn. Von der Lage her also sehr gut, wie wir fanden. Einzig der nächtliche Lärm durch die nahegelegene Autobahn war nicht so toll, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft. Fazit: Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Localització en un lloc sense encant, però ben connectat per sortir ràpidament a explorar l'illa. Aparcament gratuït al carrer, més fàcil o difícil d'aparcar depenent de l'hora a la qual arribes a l'allotjament. Gran supermercat molt proper a l'allotjament. Cuina gran i espaiosa.

Les fotos de les habitacions no concorden amb l'habitació que ens van donar. A les fotos s'hi veuen habitacions espaioses i lluminoses. Nosaltres teníem una habitació que havia estat dividida per encabir-hi un bany compartit, de manera que la finestra queda reduïda en un angle agut cap a una paret. D'aquesta habitació no n'ensenyen fotos i, com que no saps quina habitació et tocarà, va ser força decebedor. La paret amb el bany compartit era molt prima, i senties cada vegada que algú entrava al bany. La cuina, tot i ser espaiosa, té poc espai a la nevera. Algunes habitacions tenen més espai i altres menys, si tens mala sort difícilment podràs posar-hi gaire cosa.

La zona es muy tranquila, todo muy bien organizado en la cocina, buena conexión para poder viajar por la isla

Staff was very kind and helped with everything needed, the recommendations provided by the hosts were good and the accomodations were amazing, very cozy. The decoration was also spectacular

I booked twin beds, but at the arrival it was a double bedroom. I did not complain cause I was on holiday and I do not care to complain about a caveat, but I just think If I book something that it is even shown in the photos, I should then get it at the arrival. Also It was really a very crowded place 24/7. The kitchen is big and it has all the tools you could need, but it was very very crowded all the time along with the rest of the house and it was hard to have a relaxed time when we had dinner at night because of so many people were cooking at the same time for breakfast and dinners. I just expected a less busier accommodation considering the price . Also the pillows were very uncomfortable, I asked twice times if it was possible to have a better pillow, but they provided me with another very cheap uncomfortable pillow both of the times . Even the beds are comfortable but they are very short beds ( I mean I am on average guy 1.80 cm and my feet were out of the bed ,both of them). So in conclusion not the best bed where to sleep at night after a very long tiring day . Also I stayed it at the end of summer in September, so it was not extremely hot and it was still bearable even if I had some difficulties in sleeping still with the open window at night, cause it was still hot for me and I needed more ventilation, but I can just imagine in July and in August when the temperature rises up how much hot can be in the rooms without Air conditioner. Overall I think they are very friendly and welcoming staff, but sincerely I just expected a bit more from this accommodation considering the price . I think they should improve the services and low down a bit the price also considering how many people stay there and the kitchen was always packed all the time

Una maravilla de casa para alojarte en tu estancia en azores,en cuánto a ubicación,estas cerca del centro de ponta delgada en unos 20 mins andando y del puerto marítimo 15,un barrio súper tranquilo, justo al lado tiene un macdonalds,burguer king y supermercado.La casa es muy bonita y acogedora con las zonas comunes super cuidadas,tiene una piscina increíble con una zona del jardín precioso,un alojamiento súper completo y los dueños de ella encantadores, súper atentos y agradables siempre, no dudaremos en venir otra vez!obrigada!!:)

We had a nice stay. The owners were very kind and friendly, which was very nice. We had a room, shared bathroom (that was shared by two rooms, so not too bad) and could use the kitchen and garden with the swimming pool. It kind of felt like staying at home. We definitely want to come back to Azores and we would choose this accomodation again :-)

La propriétaire des lieux était très disponible et attentionnée pour nous conseiller et nous aider dans nos déplacements.La piscine est d'une très grande taille. La cuisine partagée est très bien équipée.

La maison est atypique, très vaste et un beau modèle des maisons fastes portugaises. Un petit rafraîchissement transformerait le tout en un véritable palace !

Es un chalet grande donde las zonas comunes son compartidas, todo es tal y como se indica en el anuncio. Los dueños viven allí y fueron muy amables, con total flexibilidad y siempre con ganas de ayudar. se respira mucha tranquilidad y las noches son silenciosas. En la cocina como es lógico hay movimiento a las horas de comer pero yo no tuve ningún problema, al contrario, la gente era muy respetuosa. La ubicación para moverte alrededor de la isla es ideal y está cerca de Ponta Delgada, la capital. Repetiría sin dudarlo si volviera a Saõ Miguel

Por poner algo, los utensilios de cocina eran mejorables, pero te podías apañar bien

Freundliche, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Super Matratze. Großer gepflegter Pool. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit zugeteiltem Kühlschrankfach. Handtücher/Badetücher wurden regelmäßig getauscht. Schöner Garten. Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt und super mexikanisches Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir ziehen in Erwägung wieder zu kommen.

Ganz herausragend sind die freundlichen Betreiber. Sie haben sich super gut um uns gekümmert und uns sogar nachts noch eine kleine Tour durch das Haus gegeben. Sie standen zur Seite mit tollen Tipps und waren sehr herzlich. Vielen dank. Auch die Unterkunft war gut organisiert, trotz der vielen Zimmer war es sehr ordentlich, die Küche war super ausgestattet und insgesamt ist das Haus sehr geräumig. Auch der Pool hatte eine Top Temperatur und ist so tief und groß dass man sogar ein paar Bahnen schwimmen kann. Auch konnte man Wäsche aufhängen und bekam regelmäßig frische Handtücher.

Tiene piscina, barbacoa, jardín, una cocina enorme y con todo lo necesario, lavandería, las habitaciones son amplias, el personal es super amable, cordial y atento, hay una gata preciosa rondando por alli, nos sentimos como en casa y si algún dia volvemos, elegimos el mismo sitio sin duda :) muchas gracias por todo!!!

El 50% se paga fuera de la app, eso nos causó un poco de conflicto antes de venir porque no vimos los mensajes de aviso y la reserva se cancelo, por suerte lo solucionamos y ellos nos explicaron sus motivos, sé que para mucha gente puede ser un motivo de desconfianza, aprovecho para confirmar que es todo completamente seguro y no hay nada de que preocuparse

La cocina está muy bien organizada con baldas para cada habitación. Nuestra habitación disponía de mosquitera que se agradece. Dispone de mesas, piscina, zona de juegos y hasta campo de fútbol para jugar.

Al tener tantas instalaciones fuera, algunas no estaban muy bien mantenidas.

Es un lugar con una localización ideal para visitar toda la isla. Las instalaciones son geniales, con lugar para hacer barbacoa y una piscina para relajarte después de hacer senderismo por los volcanes. María y Paulo son muy amables y estuvieron preocupados en todo momento de que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Lo recomendaría 100%

Impressive villa with many things to do there. Large pool, football and basketball courts, mini football…. The cat is adorable and friendly. The staff is helpful and attentive, very good experience.

Not a complaint, but it could be helpful if there was some basic stuff such as shampoo and olive oil.

Està molt ben situat

He anat amb les dues meves filles i ens han posat en dos plantes diferents. L’habitació de les meves filles mai podien obrir la finestra perquè era la que donava a la terrassa on menjaven els altres hostes. La nostra habitació no tenis quasi finestra no veiem l’exterior. Els mobles antiquíssims, els estris de la cuina bruts i molt vells. La casa no tenia cap lloc còmode per poder llegir o passar l’estona a l’interior.

Belle grande maison traditionnelle avec un immense jardin ou l'on peut manger et une magnifique piscine parfaitement exposée plein ouest, donc on peut s'y baigner même s'il pleut car l'eau a le temps de se réchauffer pendant les heures d'exposition au soleil. Parking facile dans la rue, wifi ok, cuisine et salle d'eau partagées, ce qui peut être dérangeant mais qui n'a pas été un problème pour nous, la plupart des hôtes étant respectueux. Les propriétaires, Maria et Paulo sont aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour agréable et d'une très grande disponibilité. Propreté irréprochable, dans un quartier tranquille et idéalement situé pour se promener dans toute l'île.

La taille des chambres est variable, celles à l'étage sont clairement plus agréables. Le linge qui sèche sur la terrasse où l'on prend ses repas...

Super maison d’hôte, très bien équipée pour cuisiner, piscine très propre. Grande chambre, bonne literie, salle de bain à partager avec une autre chambre mais propre.

Escaliers non sécurisés pour les enfants (pas de barrière, mais surtout les barreaux des rampes sont très éloignés, un enfant passe à travers et c’est le vide de la cage d’escalier…)

Todo estaba muy limpio. La habitación era amplia y comoda, con espacio para organizar nuestras cosas. El baño era compartido con otra habitación y siempre estaba limpio. La cocina era amplia y daba al jardín con la piscina. El personal fue muy amable. El barrio era muy tranquilo y no tuvimos problemas para aparcar al lado.

La zona es tranquila y se puede aparcar fácilmente. Facilidad para acceder a la habitación a pesar de ser tarde.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear. La mampara de la ducha estaba sucia ya cuando llegamos y en 5 días no nos limpiaron la habitación ni nos cambiaron las toallas ni una sola vez.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts and staff. Made us feel at home and like coming to family. Lovely atmosphere with very international set of guests. Surprisingly big garden and outdoor area to enjoy. The charming (outdoor) house cat Zoe was a really nice bonus to the stay.
