Good location, close to city centre with parking availability. Bathrooms could be better taken care of, as well as the whole property. Good communication before arrival, we had all information in time. One neight stay was enough.

Although smoking is not allowed, cigarette smoke was to smell in our room, even in the late night. Towels clear but do not smell nice, chipped tableware in the kitchen.

Todo, sobre todo la habitación tan pequeña que nos dieron y ver la publicidad engañosa con las fotos que tiene el alojamiento en Booking. Encontrarme la habitación completamente abierta que según dijo el alojamiento era para ventilar mientras la chica estaba en otra zona del alojamiento dejando nuestras pertenencias a pie de calle para que nos pudieran robar. El ruido de la calle ya que delante hay una carretera de tres carriles, el ruido cuando la gente entra en el alojamiento y los portazos que se dan. No lo recomiendo para nada. No hay lavadora ni barbacoa, el anuncio es muy engañoso.

Mauvaise qualité de literie. Beaucoup de bruit à l'extérieur (bon isolement des fenêtres mais difficile de les garder fermer au vu de la chaleur). Pas de serviettes.

Nous n’avions pas reçu le digicode,malgré notre demande par mail. Ainsi bcp de stress . Nous avons appelé l’hôte 2 fois à 22h30 qd nous étions de devant la porte . Il a pu décrocher et nous le donner ouf!

Posizione facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto in soli 7 minuti, facilità del check-in (self), staff molto gentile che ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli qualche ora in struttura nonostante avessimo superato le ore del check-out.

Siamo arrivati dopo 4 voli diversi, stanchi, appena arriviamo in struttura seguendo le indicazioni del proprietario, troviamo all’interno della stanza che ci era stata assegnata, altre persone. Queste ultime ci comunicano di avere effettuato un cambio di stanza col proprietario, poiché la stanza assegnatagli era sporca, calda e molto piccola. Di conseguenza hanno occupato la nostra stanza parlandone con il proprietario, il quale non ci ha informati di nulla. Pertanto, siamo dovuti andare alle 2 di notte nella stanza rifiutata dagli altri ospiti. Non abbiamo creato discussioni solo perché eravamo molto stanchi e volevamo solo dormire. Però, al mattino seguente, abbiamo potuto vedere la differenza fra la stanza che avremmo dovuto avere (grande, spaziosa, pulita, con balcone) e quella in cui alla fine abbiamo dormito (non riuscivamo nemmeno a camminare con i bagagli al suo interno). Non sappiamo come siano andate le cose, se il proprietario fosse d’accordo con questo cambio ingiusto, oppure se gli altri ospiti hanno agito in maniera autonoma. Tuttavia, abbiamo dovuto prenderci ciò che rimaneva, e non lo abbiamo trovato rispettoso né corretto nei nostri confronti.

Le logement était très bien situé, proche du centre avec parking à côté. Salle de bain spacieuse et terrasse, agréable. Le lit était très confortable et le petit frigo à disposition très utile.

La chambre sentais un peu le renfermer et un ventilateur n’aurait pas été de trop.

Que no hay aire acondicionado en la habitación ni un ventilador y hay que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y el ruido de la calle.

De ter toalhas com manchas. O resguardo da banheira já merecia ser trocado, a água saia toda por baixo. Eu sabia que não tinha ar condicionado mas poderia ter uma ventoinha.

Apartamento acolhedor, bem localizado poucos minutos do aeroporto e do centro.

O quarto do rés do chão muito próximo a estrada, o barulho do carro encomoda um pouco. Do resto tudo Ok

Es liegt zentral.

Wir hatten leider das erste Zimmer, dass schlecht gedämmt war. Nur eine dünne Wand, durch die man immer mitbekommen hat wer rein und raus geht. Außerdem war es leider nicht ganz sauber. Zum schlafen ganz ok aber nicht besonders gemütlich oder schön.

Hay aparcamiento gratuito alrededor

La habitación 5 es la habitación de los horrores, la cama está medio rota, se mueve entera, el cabecero está suelto y te da en la cabeza al tumbarte. Las sábanas estaban sucias, escribí al dueño del alojamiento y todavía estoy esperando respuesta, hemos tenido que dormir con unas sábanas sucias, realmente asqueroso. Se supone que tienes una balda asignada en la nevera para la habitación y la nuestra estaba llena de comida, que tenía pinta de llevar días allí. Hacía un calor terrible en la habitación y un olor a humedad que no se podía soportar, han hecho en el salón una habitación y las condiciones de esta no son las mejores. Sinceramente no nos volveríamos a alojar ni locos, hemos compartido alojamiento mil veces y no en estas condiciones.

Location, clean bathrooms

It was really hot at night, also the van didnt do much since we could not have window open because we were on the ground floor and next to the street. The bed was really uncomfortable.

Buen dia, el lugar bien ubicado, todo bien con la xasa, pero la habitación tenía un olor insoportable, había un ruido que no te dejaba dormir y el calor espantoso no tenía aire ni ventilador, esa fue nuestra experiencia, lamentablemente por el lugar está super bien ubicado y las habitaciones bien solo con esos detalles.

Basic and functional. Simple, low quality materials, but the location was acceptable.

I informed the host of my arrival time in advance and it was accepted. When we arrived at around 22:00 there were no check-in instructions, no access code, and no way to enter. We rang the bell, no answer. We called the number on the reservation many times and it was never answered, as if the phone was switched off. We messaged through Booking asking for help and got no reply. We only got inside because another guest saw our situation and shared the door code. We then took a room we simply assumed was ours, with no confirmation from anyone. Without that guest we would have been left on the street at night. For all three nights we lived in fear that the code would stop working or that we would be told we were in the wrong room. The host never once responded during the entire stay, not even to a second number given to us by the cleaning staff. On the first day we also found a large cockroach inside. This is a serious failure of a basic responsibility: giving guests a way to get in. After I posted this review, the host contacted me repeatedly, several times a day, offering a Booking voucher if I removed it, without ever addressing what went wrong.

La taille de la chambre minuscule, au rez de chaussée avec fenêtre qui donne sur le trottoir et la rue très passante donc impossible d'ouvrir les volets pour avoir un peu d'air. Les photos du logement montrent un petit déjeuner proposé, il n'en n'est rien. Sur les photos c'était semble-t-il dans la chambre 4 .... La chambre 4 était occupée... Nous avions choisi aussi ce logement pour la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place ....

Sehr ringhörig. Ich denke die oberen Zimmer sind besser aber unten im Eingangsbereich ist die Zimmerwand sehr dünn und teilweise durch Luftschlitze ganz offen. Wenn im Wohnzimmer gesprochen wird versteht man jedes Wort

En arrivant nous avons était aux chambres indiquées sur le mail, l'une d'elles était prise... génial à peine arrivés nous devons déjà contacter le propriétaire qui dit que c'est son collègue qui a mal géré nôtre réservation (c'est tellement mieux de dire que c'est les autres). Nous entrons dans l'une des chambres, une odeur horrible s'en dégage. Nous souhaitons poser nos petites courses au frais,mais notre étagère est prise... Il n'y a aucune regle dans les salles de bain, tout est occupé... aucun emplacement pour mettre nos serviettes, des produits par terre, tapis de sol mouillés et des cheveux de partout, affreux... Puis cerise sur le gâteau, le moment venu pour se coucher, des tâches de partout sur les draps comme des oréoles de pisse, des traces de moisissure,et des poils. Là s'en était trop... nous avons de suite chercher à joindre le propriétaire à plusieurs reprises, envoyer des photos sans aucune réponse jusqu'au lendemain . Le lendemain il n'avait pas l'air surpris de nôtre mécontentement, s'en excuse et souhaite nous rembourser la chambre "puante", mais nous demande de "NE PAS METTRE DE MAUVAIS COMMENTAIRES" !! Je doute donc des bons commentaires que ce logement a sur internet. Remboursement qu'il n'a jamais fait biensur car il essayait de gagner le temps nécessaire pour être payé par le site. Nous avons contacter booking pour réclamation ( avons envoyer toutes les photos, et capture d'écrans de ces messages). Quand booking cherche à le joindre il leur raccroche au nez...n'y a t-il pas un problème ? Le client paye et doit se taire de vivre de telles expériences ?? Pour avoir fait plusieurs logement de ce genre pendant nos vacances aux Açores , SEUL celui-ci avait un sérieux manque d'hygiène, manque d'organisation, et surtout manque de respect envers ces clients. Je trouve cette situation honteuse. Heureusement qu'on avait réservé qu'une nuit.

Odore di muffa molto forte, sia in camera che negli spazi ecomuni Inoltre, la gestione del bagno condiviso è stata inadeguata a causa della maleducazione degli altri ospiti, che occupavano costantemente l'ambiente lasciando costumi bagnati appesi sulla vasca e i propri asciugamani personali, senza alcun rispetto per la convivenza

Practical, clean and good value!

All you need about a good sleeping room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The owner helped us with the taxi to the airport, what was a good help. It was a 15 minute walk to the harbour. Easy enter.

Well organized and clean shared space in the north of the capital. To the center its 10min walk and to the airport its 7min drive. Good value overall.

It's a shared space, so it can have the expected disadvantages of reduced privacy, bathroom waiting times, etc. We didn't have any issues, though. Parking lots are nearby, but public, so can be luck based (we were lucky, but it was the last one free).

Die Lage ist gut und vom Flughafen schnell zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer war beengt. Es gab keinen Platz zwei Koffer sinnvoll abzustellen. Das Fenster ging direkt zur Straße raus. Es war entweder stickig oder laut. Die Bettwäsche roch nach Schimmel. Das Bad oben war ebenfalls ziemlich feucht mit Schimmel in den Ecken. Wäre der Schimmel nicht gewesen, wäre es okay gewesen.

Удобное месторасположение. Уборки каждый день, поэтому в целом чисто, кроме кухни, там хотелось бы получше сервис и почаще менять губки для посуды.

Духовка на кухне не работает. Спать очень шумно, с шести утра уже начинают ездить и греметь машины. Кондиционера тоже нет, но было не жарко.

Postele kov neskutečný hluk museli jsme si dát matraci na zem abychom se vyspali Hluk z ulice velký Kuchyň nedostatečně vybavena a ne úplně v hezkém stavu …. Neslo zaparkovat nikde v okolí

Everything was great and beautiful with the only exception that the linen and towels smelled really bad. It’s the smell of when you washed laundry but left the clothes wet for too long in the machine and then dried them. But otherwise absolutely great!

The location was perfect, there’s a lot of free parking spaces nearby.

We were staying in room 3 and it had a very distinct smell (of like smoke and aged beef) that we couldn’t get rid of:/ keep in mind that the bathrooms are shared and that despite being cleaned every day there will be hair in the shower and on the sink..

Rušná ulice, postel která extrémně vrže pri jakémkoliv pohybu. Koupelna byla hned vedle takže celou noc poslouchate sprchování a splachovani. Uklízečka nas vyhodila 2h před checkoutem. Špinavé ručníky.

Estaba semi céntricos

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, baños compartidos siempre sucios y ocupados. No había ni gel ni jabón y el papel estaba contado, a la llegada envían un mensaje diciendo que puedes utilizar lo que ha en el baño, pero la verdad es que no había nada más allá de las instalaciones. Las toallas estaba roídas de viejas y del uso. Necesita una renovación urgente con respecto a materiales y a reposición.

Alojamiento precioso. Muy buenas instalaciones. La casa tenía de todo. Muy céntrico de los lagos y Sta Cruz.

La habitación individual es bastante amplia y cuenta con un armario grande para guardar cosas. La cama es cómoda y también hay una mesa para tomar café o desayunar. Los baños quedan cercanos. El host es bastante atento a cualquier pregunta o comentario.

El wifi no tenía muy buena cobertura en la habitación. Cuando llegué a la casa, había un olor extraño, pero luego se fue.

I enjoyed staying here after a very late arriving flight as it was less than 10 minute drive from the airport and a contact-less checkin. I was also able to store my bags at the property the next morning after check out.

I had the room near the front door which was great for my late arrival, but made it hard to sleep comfortably in the morning as the staff + other guests moved around the house.

Die Lage war sehr nah an dem Stadtkern und Parken war kostenfrei drumherum möglich. Die Ausstattung war okay.

Ich hatte im Vorfeld keine Nachricht mit Zugangsdaten bekommen und dann standen wir vor verschlossener Tür. Über die Nummer konnte ich jedoch jemanden erreichen.

Good value and nice staff. Close to a botanical garden and the mall.

Electrical panel is too small for the building and trips sometimes. There is a shower that needs a new enclosure as it causes the floors to get all wet everytime you shower. But overall you get what you pay for and the place has a good price.

Freundliche Reinigungskraft. Kontaktaufnahme war gut und schnelle Rückmeldung. Es war sehr ruhig, Zimmer zum Hinterhof, nicht zur Straße.

Reinigungsmittel und Duftstoffe wurden zu stark verwendet, es war fast wie in einer extremen Duftwolke. Bei der Dusche war unten schon länger die Gummilippe kaputt, so daß das Wasser ins Bad lief und das Bodentuch klatschnass war. Unangenehm wenn vorher jemand geduscht hat. Auf einem Zettel wird man gebetennicht soviel zu duschen, weil das Wasser aufstaut, aber das war nicht der Fall sonder wie erwähnt die undichte Duschtüren. WiFi ist immer ausgefallen und der Strom war mehrmals weg. Und zwar immer wenn jemand gekocht hat und jemand Warmwasser für die Dusche brauchte, gleichzeitig noch ein anderes Küchengerät. Es musste immer wieder die Sicherung eingelegt werden. Schlecht wenn dann morgens das Handy nicht geladen war. Der Elektriker der kam stellte fest das zuviel an einer Sicherung hing und auch der Kabeldurchschnitt zu klein war. Gut das nichts schlimmes passiert ist! Ansonsten alles andere okay.

Everything. I am American and am very happy with the amenities and services provided. Most of those who are complaining are just cheap and shouldn't be traveling at all. The room was very clean, there were a sufficient number of bathrooms, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is central and near a beautiful botanical garden.

Power went out and staff called electrician. I extended for another night as I was pleased with everything else.

Cuarto amplio, luminoso y decoración muy hogareña. Los cuartos y baños se limpian cada día. Los espacios comunes siempre los vimos impolutos y la cocina conecta con una terraza interior muy conveniente para fumadores. Localización 10/10, muy privilegiada. A 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto y a 5 andando de las puertas de la ciudad.

El parking que anuncian es el de una escuela al lado, por lo que es bastante complicado encontrar sitios libres, incluso a altas horas de la noche; por suerte, un poco más adelante hay bastante sitio para dejarlo. Cuando llegamos, la cama estaba mal hecha y cuando levantamos la colcha vimos las sábanas arrugadísimas, hechas una bola a los pies de la cama. Cuando miramos más de cerca, vimos pelo de persona en la cama. Cuando nos quejamos, se disculparon y nos comentaron que hubo un cambio de habitación (?) y que teníamos sábanas limpias en el armario de la cocina. Cambiamos las sábanas y listo, pero las primeras impresiones son importantes... El horno por algún motivo no está fijo en su hueco, por lo que al tirar de la puerta para abrirlo se vuelca hacia ti, jajajaja. La rejilla se nota que no se ha limpiado desde tiempos de Ramsés y echamos en falta papel de horno para no tener que cocinar todo "a pelo", pero lo que no mata engorda, oye.

The bed was comfortable, but it squeaks. Towels are changed upon request, but one used towel from the bathroom floor was returned and placed on the bed and clean bedding. The remote control didn’t work. The dishes are dirty, the pan is burnt, and there are no kitchen utensils (knives). The range hood leaks, and the water drips into the food while you’re cooking. With a bit more attention to detail, everything would be great :)
