Es war eine sehr schöne geräumige Unterkunft.

Wir hatten leider direkt vor uns ein Riesengerüst. Natürlich ist es verständlich, dass ein Gerüst nicht ohne Grund gebaut wird, dennoch wäre es nett gewesen im voraus zu informieren und uns eventuell die Wahl zu lassen eventuell eine andere Unterkunft zu wählen. Bisher war das die vorgehensweise anderer Hotels bei ähnlichen Zuständen.

Quarto agradável, super espaçoso, bem mobiliado, boa cama, com terraço. Do roof top do quarto podia-se ver os balões no nascer do sol. Excelente atendimento no bar do hotel.

Não tem taças, balde de gelo se o hospede quiser tomar um vinho. Iluminação do quarto deveria ser por ambiente. Você desliga um interruptor e apaga todas as lâmpadas do quarto. Mal entendido com a recepção na reserva de um programa noturno.

Hotel caverna maravilhoso, muito confortável. Terraço com vista para os balões. Café da manhã turco, com muita variedade, muito bom. Localização excelente, proxima ao centro.

Great location

酒店位于山坡上，可以看到整个小镇。 最好的是酒店的员工，热情且乐于助人， 在酒店也可以订热气球和其他旅游线路，非常方便 酒店的房间宽敞整洁，各种用品齐全，品质很好，床垫软硬适中，非常舒适 房间外面的平台可以欣赏小镇景色 酒店的早餐丰盛，典型的土耳其风格 酒店有自己的停车场，方便自驾前往。

Great rooms, breakfast well served. If you don’t have a car, you will have to walk a lot! Or take a cab every time. The hotel is all the way up the town. We did have one, so it was no problem.

Everything about this stay was exceptional - from the staff & their thoughtfulness, to the room itself. Will absolutely be back and will be shouting from the rooftops how incredible this place is!!

Neat and clean well made and sprawling property . Good staff Osman particularly who was managing F&B . The rooms were authentically carved out from stone caves.

It does not have restaurant service so one has to go some distance from the hotel to even sit for a cup of coffee

The location of this property was excellent! Everything was walking distance. The property was easy to get around. Staff very courteous. Was willing to help and helped us with a non-resort issue

no elevators. More things should hv been included like a resort credit for free drink per day at this price point

Such a clean hotel, daily housekeeping , fresh breakfast spread. Osman was very helpful throughout our stay. Will come next time and will stay there again.

The property is stunning, set into the hillside with the most fabulous view o er town and only a short 7 minute stroll down to hill to town. Staff were fabulous and so helpful with all our questions, they sorted tours and transfers for us whenever we needed. The rooms are exceptional, it's like staying in a cave palace

夜遅い時や朝早い時も、フロントツアーの相談などに乗ってもらえて助かりました。 テラスから見る風景も素晴らしい。 親子猫が部屋に入って遊んだりくつろいでくれるのが、猫好きにはたまらなく嬉しかったです。坂の上にあるので、足腰が弱くならないうちに来れてよかった。

В готелі було чудово все: прекрасні краєвиди (хочеться фотографувати кожний куточок), чудові колоритні кімнати з усіма зручностями. Все продумано до дрібниць. Персонал дуже привітний та доброзичливий. Єдиний мінус - це несмачні сніданки. Звичайно, це не змогло перекреслити нам хороше враження від перебування, але готелю варто було б змінити меню на кухні

Отдыхали в конце мая , 5 человек (3 взрослых и 2 детей). Было чисто , уютно , завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный. Территория очень красивая и зеленая. Очень близко от многих классных мест. Персонал доброжелательный. Приехали в 11:00 и даже детям дали перекусить чай и печенье. Каждый день уборка , новые полотенце и принадлежности.

Просили раннее заселение , но сказали невозможно, а мы были с маленьким детьми. И когда приехали попросили поздний выезд , но сказали нужно в 11:00 выехать , но при этом заехать в меньше номер за дополнительную плату 210 евро. Мы согласились учитывая что 2 детей. Но когда настал тот день мы выселялись в 11:00 , но сказали что другой наш номер не готов. Думали в 14:00 освободится так как заселение в 14:00, но когда пришли в 14:00 сказали ждать еще мин 20-30. Этим мы остались недовольны , так как заплатили 210 евро за то чтоб поспали дети с 15:00 до 17:30(уже выехали)

A little up the hill but no issue really. The rooftop terrace bar was closed for the duration of our stay which felt like a bit of a waste of the view, would be so nice to have a coffee up there at sunrise or a drink in the evening!

This place was the perfect base when staying in Cappadocia! The hotel is located just up the road from Goreme down town and you can easily walk into town in 10 minutes or so. It is also only a 4 minute walk from popular restaurant Seten. We were very comfortable in our room and especially appreciated the underfloor heating when days were colder/ wetter. The rooms were cleaned and tidied daily and toiletries and water were also replaced where used. The breakfast has a nice variety and bread was always fresh. The staff are so kind and attentive and truly go above and beyond. I’d like to say a special thank you to Ahmet, who kindly drove me to town at the last minute, and the entire reception team, who went above and beyond to help us secure a balloon ride after days of cancellations due to poor weather. This was a special birthday trip for both me and my mum and the staff at Lunar Cappadocia Hotel helped us to make it as memorable as possible. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting the area!

Honestly amazing stay. The place exceeded my expectations. Breakfast had great options. Staff was incredible and very accommodating/helpful! I am very picky about rooms and wow these rooms were incredible. Our family booked 4 different rooms and every single was amazing. Clean, not even a speck of dust! Highly recommend this place. When I come back to Cappadocia, I will stay here again!

A fabulous cave hotel a short walking distance to restaurants, the town and hikes. Friendly, helpful staff who assisted us with tour bookings and recommendations pre the trip and whilst we were there. We enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet with eggs to order and wine is available on request if you fancy a drink before dinner if the bar is shut off season. We stayed in the Queen suite which was spectacular. Very clean. On our day of departure we woke up early and the balloons were overhead. The hotel organised private transfers with their driver Ahmet and we also used Ahmet for a green tour and red tour. So lovely to be driven around the sites without being rushed and also to be able to adapt the itinerary. For instance on our red tour day it rained in the afternoon so he made sure we did some inside things like a pottery workshop and also took us to a wine shop that has tastings after learning we like wine. Both days he took us to restaurants that he though we’d like for a light lunch which were amazing. We had an amazing time in Cappadocia and will definitely return. Don’t miss the hikes through Pigeon Valley and the Red and Rose Valleys.

Nothing but some pointers for hotel staff are….the suite was boiling hot and we had to ask to have the underground heating turned down a couple of times but they never actually switched it off. But we don’t like sleeping in hot rooms, maybe that’s not a bad thing for most people and the locals obviously think April is cold. Possibly all cave hotels are hot in April. They were surprised when we asked for the AC remote 😂. Also a stray dog wandered in a couple of mornings and barked incesssantly outside our room. If you dial 0 the night manager will chase it away but it was a bit of a pain as we’d been up at 4am the morning before for the balloons. Surely they could shut the gates? The bar and terraces aren’t open in April which was a shame but we found another hotel nearby where we had dinner who were open for drinks. Finally it was my husband’s 60th birthday whilst we were there and from previous reviews I thought they may make a little cake or at least leave a note. But nothing. None of this would stop me staying there again, just a few pointers for any hotel staff reading this.

The little location is wonderful. It's on top of a hill, surrounded by other hotels, yet private and quiet. My room was spacious and tasteful. It felt like being in a castle.

It was our first time in Turkey, and we were deeply touched by the hospitality here. It truly felt like a home far away from home. The team replied to our questions very quickly, waited patiently for our late arrival, and even prepared a homemade Turkish breakfast that felt so personal and sincere. The free-roaming animals around the property made the place feel alive and comforting, just like a village home. Our room was wonderfully warm despite the cold weather outside, with heated floors that made such a difference. During our departure, they continued to help us until the very end, which we truly appreciated. Even though we couldn’t see the hot air balloons because of the rain, we will always carry the warmth of their hospitality in our hearts. Such a beautiful hotel and such beautiful people. Thank you so much, all the way from our island, Bali 🤍🌴

Perfect stay for the perfect holiday,

Intimidate by Ensar, night receptionist who forced conversation in my accomodation and insisted a coffee date on the terrace. I felt highly uncomfortable as a single woman and avoided movement on the premises to avoid further interaction. This is not great and tainted the overall experience.

Location and views. Modern hotel with beautiful deco.

Can’t explain how beautiful the cave suite was. It felt so authentic and was amazingly comfortable

La première chambre que l’on nous a proposé comme surclassée . Nous avions vraiment l’impression de dormir sous une nécropole. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ce qui a été fait contre supplément. Cette chambre vraiment très propre et confortable . Bravo aux femmes de chambre.

직원분도 굉장히 친절하고 아침 조식도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 숙소 안뜰 정원도 이뻤고 조금만 위로 올라가면 괴레메를 한눈에 내려다 볼 수 있습니다.

위치가 높아서 조금 걸어올라가야함. 동굴 숙소 특성인지는 모르겠으나 방음이 썩 좋지는 않음..

Excellent unique property inside the famous Cappadocia caves. The staff were friendly and professional. It would be nice to add coffee makers in the rooms (currently fly instant coffee). The breakfast was excellent.

とにかくロケーションが最高です。ギョレメの街の一番上の方に位置しているので景色は抜群ですし、気球がホテルの真上を低空で通過するのでとても楽しかった。またホテルの裏山に上るとギョレメンの街の上を通過するすべての気球が見えます。（ただし車がないと登るのが少し厳しいかもしれません）

グーグルマップがあってもレンタカーでギョレメの街の迷路を抜けてホテルにたどり着くのが難しかったです。

Beautiful room and hotel grounds. Easy walk down to town where restaurants and coffee shops are.walking distance to many trails and points of interest like open air museum. Nice roof top w beautiful view of sunset and sunrise. Good breakfast included. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a must! Perfect location, beautifully decorated and a gorgeous terrace to watch the balloons. The staff went above and beyond to help with any planning we required and even treated us to a birthday cake to celebrate our birthday. Very kind and warm people. Couldn’t recommend more!

The Lunar Cappadocia, located in Goreme, is a wonderful place to stay. We reserved a suite room and loved it. The resort is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are so comfortable. I have never had the opportunity to stay in a cave before and I will say that I have never slept better! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers so many delicious choices. This hotel is walkable to the center of Goreme, which has lots of food, excursion companies, bakeries, bars, coffee shops, etc. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, choose this property!

The property is gorgeous; rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The amenities were great - loved the daily breakfast display! My husband and I agree it was one of the best breakfast we had in Turkey. The staff was amazing by allowing us to early check in too. Thanks for everything!

We stayed for 5 nights and the views from the accommodation were amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Bit of a walk up the hill from town, but very manageable and a good way to walk off dinner!

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view!! The staff is super friendly and so accommodating. We stayed as a big family of 5 adults and one child and our suite was perfect. I think breakfast service could have been better but overall this was definitely a highlight of our trip.

In my humble opinion this is one of the best hotels in Cappadocia. It's breathtakingly beautiful. It has a lovely green garden and several amazing spots to take those Instagram worthy shots of the balloons. The rooms are lovely and the amenities are amazing. My bed was soo cosy that I slept well every night. All the staff are awesome, and the hotel owner is a lovely, humble, kind soul. Special thanks to Ensar who was most helpful and went above and beyond. I miss this hotel already. 🥹 I will definitely stay here again.

Wir waren als Familie nun das zweite Mal im Lunar Cappadocia Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Täglicher Zimmerservice. Das Hotel selbst ist einfach wunderschön vorallem die Höhlenzimmer und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und sind einfach verliebt in diesen Ort- sehr empfehlenswert.
