3 stars at best, the location is great! If you are looking for a hotel with a nice view for a photoshoot with the balloons, it’s definitely a good option. However, the terrace was extremely dirty, didn’t even wanted to sit down… some common areas smell of cat urine, I had a room with a terrace and they never cleaned the terrace (not even the ashtray) in 3 nights, the bathroom is not the best, the water pressure is not the best, not a lot of space on the bathroom counter to put your things. The staff is friendly, but not necessarily efficient, they forgot to book my shuttle to the airport.
A magical stay in Cappadocia! Mithra Cave hotel has undoubtedly the best views in Goreme. Perched high on the hill overlooking the valley, one gets to experience the beautiful paranomic views from this vantage point. Although I did not get to see the hot air balloons during my stay due to unfavourable weather, it was still amazing to take in the beauty of the town from above. The unique cave architecture, peaceful atmosphere and friendly hotel staff all made for a beautiful stay. I’d certainly stay there again.
I asked AI to help me find a cave hotel in Cappadocia with a great view, comfortable outdoor seating, and a reasonable price and I’m really glad I chose Mithrah Cave Hotel. The room was cozy and beautifully done, and the staff were genuinely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious, and I also enjoyed their lunch and dinner menu. The hotel is within walking distance to the city center and close to some great spots like Seten Anatolian Cuisine and Sofi Cave Restaurant. Mithrah is located right next to Sultan Cave Suites, so the area is lively yet still peaceful. One thing I really loved, especially during the cold winter, was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made a huge difference. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I’d happily come back again.
Very nice people. So nice people. Cave was nice. Super super nice. Very nice people. So nice people. Cave was nice. Super super nice.
Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, big, beautiful and comfortable room with an amazing view. Breakfast area with view of the balloons (if the weather allows it), but if you want the beautiful seating area seen on online photos, it's private, need be booked and has an extra charge (nobody told me this in advance and I couldn't make my photos). Breakfast very simple, I was expecting more for a 4 stars hotel. Not close to the main street because we are on top of the hill.
I recomend the chef Gőzde. She is brilliant. The hotel is also very nice and all staff very polite. My room was amazing and I will come back one day
5 night stay at Mithra Cave Hotel was very pleasant. Our room was clean and spacious. Good selection at breakfast. Chef Gozde was very helpful making sure we were looked after and satisfied. All other hotel staff were friendly too. Location was also good, near to restaurents and shops.
The room that we got was so different from the pictures. It was so tiny. Compared with $378 we paid, it’s not worth at all. We checked in at 1am. we just thought that’s only 3-4 hour sleep. If we check in normal time, we would have to complain it. Luckily we got Milat for the second night. It’s cheaper and much more comfortable. We paid only $110 and breakfast was so much better. If you looking for the best hotel in Cappadocia, you better give this hotel as your last choice.
Amazing hotel and location with a very dedicated staff to assist and support.
Beautiful hotel with a magical room called the Fairy Chimneys. Steps up to the room not for the faint of heart but worth the climb. Beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant.
Yes, Breakfast is fresh and delicious
5 out of 5 for us The staff are amazing, rooms are traditional bed is very comfortable ! Rooftop is great for photos I would highly recommend staying here Walking distance to Eveything and the booked multiple trips for us
Great hotel in a perfect location with everything within walking distance , room was clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive , especially Eylűl!
My stay at Mithra Cave Hotel was truly unforgettable. The morning view from the terrace is simply magical, watching the hot air balloons rise at sunrise felt like living in a dream. The breakfast was delicious and rich with local flavors, the rooms were spotless and beautifully unique, carved directly into the rock, giving an authentic full experience of sleeping inside a fairy chimney. The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help. I couldn’t have wished for a better place to enjoy this special destination. Highly recommended!
This post is dated August 9th 2025. We traveled from the United States. We booked Mithra Cave hotel for 2 nights after reading the reviews. The room was not as described on hotels.com. False advertising. The fairy chimney room has no windows but the rooms pictures showed hot air balloons. The morning breakfast was stale. We checked in to our room and saw that it had no windows and it was absolutely claustrophobic. We immediately requested a new room and the staff stated it wasn’t available. My wife and I checked out of this hotel within 2 hours of checking in. We found another hotel to stay. We requested the hotel to charge us for 1 night and refund the second night (the room cost us around $350 a night) as we thought it was fair. The staff said that they will speak to the manager and call us about the refund. We haven’t received a call yet. I opened a case with hotels.com. The pictures were a scam to lure customers in. You can only see the view from the hotel property. Not from the rooms. You can find hotels without a view in cappadocia for approximately $120 a night. We lost our money for 2 nights. We moved to Kelebek hotel instead. The rooms were as advertised.
Decent hotel but need some upgrading.
The hotel view is wonderful for taking some wonderful photos with your beloved ones! The services provided from the hotel staff, like Melis, is amazing! She helped us to reserve the hot air balloon activity successfully even when there is a great demand on that particular day.
The staff at Mithra Cave Hotel is truly exceptional — incredibly warm, attentive, and customer-centric. A special thanks to Utum and Milisa, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their hospitality made us feel right at home in Cappadocia. Highly recommended!”
Eylül is truly outstanding in her professionalism and service. When I arrived at the hotel and felt that the room wasn’t quite suitable for me, she immediately assisted without any hesitation. Her response was swift, her attitude warm and respectful, and throughout the process she remained calm, patient, and solution-oriented. Thanks to her, the issue was resolved quickly, and I felt genuinely cared for as a guest. She made me feel welcome from the very first moment. Not only Eylül, but every staff member I encountered at the hotel was equally friendly and attentive, which reflects the hotel’s strong service culture. It’s rare to experience such seamless and thoughtful hospitality—Eylül and the entire team made my stay truly enjoyable.
We had a great time at the Mithra, we were very comfortable and received great service. The breakfast had a lot of options and the best views!
nice location, huge room.
Location Amazing Facilities and Staff Amazing! View of Goreme for all those that come for the view is 10/10 Thanks to Efe, Berat and all the staff, nothing was a hassle We will be back and we will recommend to all our Australian friends and Family. They organised our transfers our balloon ride and restaurant assistance was just magical
Comfortable and nice place
We had a one night stay in hotel with an early leave the next day. The hotel packed us a small breakfast to take with us. The rooms are great, set partly in a cave or stonework. Roof terrace is a great spot in the evening for a relaxing drink and in the morning to watch the balloons. Staff really friendly and efficient, reception booked a taxi for us to see the areas we wanted to see in the short time we had. Thank you!
If your are go for the beautiful rooftop and cave environment, it would be your best choice. But the king suit is overrated, except the jacuzzi is not working, hot water pot wire too short, some sockets are out of power, falling some lime etc. Other things were cozy and the staff is super helpful.
->Area and Surroundings: The hotel is located with just short 7-8 mins walk from the old town market area of Göreme. The walk is a little steep and have lots of fast cars coming up and down so one has to be careful. ->Room: We booked a 2 bedroom suite and our room was just below the breakfast terrace. The room was good and spacious comprising of a room with twin bed and interconnected with the 2nd room with king bed. The king bed had its own private balcony with amazing view of the valley. One should head out in the balcony at 5:00 AM to see the balloons in the sky. The King room also had a small vanity area and spacious table chair setup with windows. The rooms were true cave style fitted with modern amenities for comfort. Unlike other cave rooms, since these rooms had windows, they were not dark and dingy. The entry room had a fridge and the minibar. The water kettle and tea bags. I found the service a little miss. Also since the room was just below the breakfast terrace and the viewing terrace, it had a lot of commotion and noise at 5:00 AM by other guests of the hotel. ->Bathroom and Bathing experience: The bathroom had a water tub , and a shower enclosure. Since it is retrofit in a cave, it is not 1005 as in other five stars, but still a 9.5/10 setup. I missed an electrical point next to the washbasin to turn on my shaver and blow dryer. The blow dryer in the wall was not working properly. The water tub was overlooking the window as well. The view is what makes up for all the laws. ->Hotel Staff: Extremely polite, welcoming, interactive and warm. ->Breakfast: The breakfast area was at the top of the hotel giving best views while you enjoy breakfast. Since it’s a boutique type hotel, the spread was not very huge. Still we were accommodated by staff for whatever small needs we had. The chef and staff were interactive and more like friends. The view at the terrace is at a cost. So in case you plan to just sit there in the evening, its not free, one has to order something and that is fair. ->Swimming Pool / Gym / Spa: The city is famous for balloon ride and views, so pool and gym can be given a back seat. We even did not feel a need for them in our short 2 day stay. ->Special mention: Wifi could be improved, as it had the coverage but no connectivity. The entire hotel hotel had many places and terraces to sit and relax. All except the restaurant terrace were available for public free of charge at all times. Its fun to be in the hotel as it is made in a mountain so the terrain is a lot of ups and downs. Very interesting. Must mention hard working staff who take heavy bags up and down for so many guests for checkin and checkouts.
We stayed at Mithra Cave Hotel for two nights and absolutely loved it. The cave room was stunning and full of character, and the views from the rooftop were the best we saw in Cappadocia—perfect for watching the hot air balloons. I proposed to my fiancée on the private terrace, and the staff were incredibly helpful in organising everything, which made it even more special. The service, setting, and atmosphere were all exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend to anyone visiting Cappadocia!
Great location, could be improved with activities on site like shisha or resturant, the food could be improved by a margin, and service like colas in the mini fridge available, more lighting in bathrooms - overall cool experience
Location, service and restaurant / roof top were amazing. Rooms are very comfortable. Our only comment would be that our suite had poor lighting so it was difficult to work around our baggage and get ready (make-up) to leave the room.
We had a great stay as a family of 5. Our room had a balcony which was an amazing place to watch the morning balloons from, plenty of space for the kids and separate sleeping area for the adults. Restaurant property was good, and had a nice breakfast. In easy walking distance to the whole town and lots of good dining options, staff were always helpful and their airport transportation was on time and well priced. Overall a great place to stay.
The highlights of Mithra included the view, the location, and their restaurant for dinner specifically (the manti was supreme). Otherwise, the quality of this hotel was more on the fair to poor side. We arrived before checkin and were please we only had to wait a short while for our room - but other than this the service was lackluster. We were often told my staff they couldnt help with something - like when we asked for additional towels. The room did not come with an iron or ironing board but they did bring us one - though the ironing board was torn to shreds. The bed was hard and pillows were flat. The room did not have enough lighting. Additionally, the shower drastically overflowed and flooded the entire bathroom - when we told reception they said “its okay” rather than fix it. So our bathroom was flooded nearly the entire stay between morning and evening showers (there was an additional drain next to the toilet). The cleanliness of the hotel also left something to be desired. There was a dirty glass coffee cup outside of our room that was there when we checked in and remained there until after we checked out. Cappadoccia is a beautiful place and I was excited to stay here but if I were to return I would choose a different hotel. Sultan Cave Suites or Kelebek were both nearby and both much better.
The room is beautiful, spacious and clean. I loved that there are so many terraces in the hotel that you can sit and enjoy the view. I was able to watch hot air balloon by simply stepping out of my room. My favorite part of the hotel is the library area. It's a semi indoor cave room with vintage furniture, and a small area where you can play chess. The room and the common area really made me feel like I live in caves. The service of the hotel, however, could be improved. There were two tissue box in the room, one had a few left and one was empty. I thought they would be replenished during housekeeping the next day but they weren't. After two days, the toilet paper also ran out and it took a few hours to get them to send some to our room. The room has a nice and large bathroom, but it seems that the ceiling of the bathroom is falling apart. There were some dust and small particles of cave stone falling constantly, and visible cracks. I hope it will be properly maintained for safety. Overall I enjoyed my time in the hotel, and would like to come back next time.
Waking up to the sight of hot air balloons soaring over Cappadocia from our spacious cave room at Mithra Hotel was magical! Seriously, the view was incredible. We were really hoping to capture that classic shot with the carpet seating, but it wasn't arranged in the morning. A small letdown in an otherwise wonderful experience. Staffs were helpful to provide luggage carrying service to the room
Excellent
Lovely, quirky hotel built into the caves in Goreme. Brilliant spot to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. Great breakfast on the terrace. Really comfortable beds and rooms and fantastic double shower! We loved the toiletries provided!!
Should be 4.5 stars Excellent hotel with individualized rooms depending on what you get. The staff including the manager were excellent and even changed our rooms when asked. we got the honeymoon suite and our friends got one with a terrace which allowed us great views of the balloons. there are a few new hotels on the other side of the town, but this one has character! The food in the restaurant is amazing and we ate there twice! the one negative was that they leave only two small bottles of water in the room and charge you $2.50 for another one ( which to me is odd since we paid over $350/night) maybe they can make this minor change.
My family of 10 and I stayed at Mithra cave hotel a few weeks ago and our stay was so special. It was a last minute booking which we made the previous night when we went unannounced to the hotel reception. We were greeted by two lovely employees Doa and Miris who were so patient and lovely listening to us for a long time. They not only showed us exceptional customer service but went far and beyond to ensure our stay was more than just pleasant. This is also one of the best places to view the breathtaking hot air balloons and the pretty of its own is an Ottoman fairytale of its own that has to be experienced. Each room has its own character and story to tell just like the people and places of its country. One hiccup is a not so satisfactory employee in the restaurant who was less than helpful with our elderly family members and was not accommodating but we didn’t let her to put a damper in our spirits. She did however manage to almost dangerously leave an entire room service service tray in a compromising position in my elderly parents room which fell to the ground and the night restaurant staff didn’t come to pick it up for an entire day straight nor was she accountable for it. But the rest of the staff in the property were lovely.
Room was very very hot, AC only in one room in the family room which did not cool down any room other than the one it was in. Had ants in our room. Staff weren’t overly helpful!!
This hotel was a terrible experience. The rooms were extremely small and uncomfortable. The food was bad and not worth eating. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and extremely racist. They showed no respect to guests and had very poor manners. The hotel itself felt cramped and nothing like what I expected from the pictures. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone.
I found this hotel to be quite overpriced for what it offers. The only real attraction is the view of the balloons, but even that comes at an extra cost if you want to enjoy it from a private terrace. The overall maintenance could be better. Basic amenities like dental kits were missing, and I had to request several things that should have been readily available in the room. I had booked a deluxe room for two nights at a hefty price (around ₹50,000), and surprisingly, the room didn’t even have an AC. After repeated requests, they did upgrade my room without extra charge, but it took considerable effort. Also, the room looked very different from the photos shown online—don’t be misled by the pictures. It seems this might be a common issue with many cave hotels in the region, so do your research carefully.
We felt the room numbers were all haphazard, and it was tough to locate a room based on the number. Breakfast was horrible, with a limited menu and choices.
I recently stayed at Mithra Cave, everything was good! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The room we had was huge and had a teras. It was comfortable except the kind size bed was so noisy due to the type of the bed frame.
This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The cave room was incredible—beautifully designed, with a cozy and warm atmosphere, plus air conditioning for added comfort. My room had windows, and in the morning, I could see hot air balloons drifting across the sky, both from inside and from my balcony, which made for a breathtaking start to the day. The breakfast was outstanding—far better than the five-star hotel breakfast I had in Istanbul just a few days ago. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Efe, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience!
Wonderful place to stay with a magnificent view of the valley below. Stayed in room #42 that has two separate bedrooms.
We had a wonderful stay at Mithra Cave Hotel in Göreme, Cappadocia! The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a truly unique cave experience with stunning views, a comfortable stay, and a delicious breakfast included. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and a special mention to Omar, who went out of his way to help us take pictures and videos before we left. What We Loved: ✔ Beautiful and well-maintained rooms that give an authentic cave hotel experience. ✔ Great breakfast with a variety of options. ✔ Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist. ✔ Perfect location—easy access to attractions and stunning sunrise views. ✔ Steam room was a great addition to the experience. Areas for Improvement: 🔹 No soap or shampoo holder in the shower, which made it inconvenient. 🔹 The hot spa tub was dirty—when we turned on the jets, it spat out dirt, likely due to unclean nozzles. We ended up not using it after seeing that. Regular maintenance would improve the experience. 🔹 Weak Wi-Fi signal—probably due to the cave structure. It would be great if they could provide individual modems in the rooms so guests can access the internet properly. Searching for restaurants or attractions became frustrating without a stable connection. 🔹 Shower issues—the overhead shower did not direct water properly, so we had to use the hand shower instead. Final Thoughts: Overall, we had an amazing time, and the hotel offers a truly unique and memorable experience.
I’m not sure where to start. First and foremost the staff is AMAZING!!! Especially Efe. We arrived earlier than our check in time. But they were more than accommodating. They have a welcoming space. We rested and looked at the wonderful tours they have available (easy and greatly priced!) Breakfast is amazing and delicious. Views are beautiful. The room was very clean and spacious. This was our first time here and they made such a lasting impression!!! We are looking forward to coming again just because of the staff alone!!! Well worth it!!!!
This is the first time I visit turkey and corpadocia and I live and stay the Mirthra hotel very nice and the Efe very nice and kind guy he help me a lot, my next holiday plan I will want to with my family to come here again and continue to choose this hotel
The Mithra Cave Hotel was a fantastic base for two nights in Göreme. It has incredible views of the city and the surrounding area and they are really hospitable. They were able to provide a spontaneous swap from a cave room to a room with a view, need to note that those are not in the original cave parts. The whole place feels so special just as one walks through the property. The breakfast was also a lovely buffet with lots of Turkish specialties. It was also very realistically priced, would not hesitate to return here or recommend it wholeheartedly to others.
There are very few hotels in Cappadocia which gives you perfect Cave ambience. Mithra is one. I stayed there twice & both time they delighted us with best hospitality & food. Staff is very cooperative & makes you comfortable. Location is simply bang-on to access many attractions. Looking forward for my third stay over there soon. Avinash India
Mithra Hotel offers an unforgettable stay with its unique charm and exceptional service. Set against stunning fairy chimneys, the rooms blend traditional cave elements with modern comfort, and many offer breathtaking views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The friendly and attentive staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, providing great local tips and ensuring a seamless stay. The delicious breakfast, served on a scenic terrace, is a perfect start to the day. With its prime location near major attractions and tours, Mithra Hotel is a top choice for an unforgettable Cappadocia experience. Highly recommended!
Excellent location! Friendly staff, extended our check out time to accommodate with the flight time. Nice decent breakfast.
Great staff and great breakfast/food. Staff was incredibly helpful with coordinating my stay. The property was beautiful with amazing views and great photos. My room was clean and charming. The area was good but a bit inconvenient since it was a bit isolated.
That customer service is not good
It is a fantastic place to view the hot air balloons in the morning.
Very disappointing. Didn’t seem anything like 5 star- not sure how they got. 5 star rating. Tried to switch our room- had to convince them to give us the room we purchased. The beds were very uncomfortable and AC barely worked ! I would never stay there again.
Great experience, hotel staff was very responsive...expected more from honeymoon suite though
This hotel is just beautiful. Great for taking pictures both inside the property and from the hotel's view - specially when ballons are up in the early morning. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I couldn't connect to the wifi or to my own mobile data while in the room, only in the common areas, even though the staff told me it would be solved - I just think there isn't good reception in the room. Tour packages from the hotel are highly recommended. Staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Great location and fantastic view of the balloons. Only issue is that non guest would crowd the terraces.
It was a great property with nice views and multiple rooftops. The staff was excellent and the property was clean and neat. The only concern I had was the curtains were a little see thru and the bedding needs improvement
Excellent hotel, great location all major tourist attractions are nearby.
I don’t know if i was given a VIP room as the recepción did not mention anything about it
Overall the hotel comfort was sub. As there is no air-conditioning in most of the rooms, although we found out that some do hvae them inatalled. However we werent asked that preference upon check in. In full blown summer, it can be better with aircon time. Apart from that issue, theboverall experience was great as the hot air baloon makes up and puts that smile on your face. This hotel has a prime location, so if they improve on this fact, it can be a better stay and improve ratings
Clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were nice and restaurant was good as well. Beautiful views from the rooftop.
Excellent scenery. Unique design. Wo dweful friendly service
beautiful cave hotel inside. just need a little walking from downtown.
Great place and staff
Everything was perfect! The staff the food the hospitality was all great! The view from the roof top to see the balloons is probably one of the best there is in all of the area. Very impressed
Excellent experience. Staff is very helpful. Would highly recommend
The roads nearby are terrible
The prices for add ons kept on changing during our stay. There were no upgrades or even a room with a view available. I wouldnt stay there again.
very nice view from the rooftop. room is clean and large. very friendly staff.
Wonderful location, nice spacious rooms. Great views of the hot air balloons!
The excellent view to the Cappadocia ballons from the honeymoon suite!
Nothing. The surrounding properties had much more to offer.
Nice and friendly staff. The room is clean and well decorated with honeymoon themed.
Location, location, location... So many Dining options and shopping nearby. Amazing views at sunset and sunrise. Amazing Terrace, great photo ops. Meh breakfast. No window in our room, so that could be better. All great otherwise.
Incredible and unique hotel! Complete one of a kind experience and highly recommend -- facilities were top notch and you stay in a literal cave, with incredible views at the restaurant. We booked all our excursions with them which meant no stress and we found their prices very fair. Definitely recommend you use them to their fullest and enjoy!
Easy and smooth check in and check out. Staff was extremely sweet and room was very clean. Many dining options 5 minutes away walking. However, it is up a hill so must be comfortable walking at an incline to and from the main strip of restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!!
Excellent view and service.
Gorgeous property with breathtaking views of the valley and balloon rides. Bar tenders on the roof top were great at mixing spectacular drinks The stay was a very unique experience for me. Never stayed in a cave like room before with modern amenities. This is the place to stay in Cappadocia.
Mithra Cave Hotel has excellent views of the balloons! It’s definitely got great patios, good “cave vibes” and the rooms were nice. The restaurant food was good too! We did a private breakfast to watch the balloons and it was amazing as well.
An amazing experience - your hotel room … in a cave!!! Hotel Mithra is a great place to stay and experience the wonder of the Cappodocia region. The staff are so attentive and keen to assist you any way they can. The Mithra location is excellent for enjoying nighttime lights and sounds of Goreme and if you get up early enough, you have the very best view of up to 150 balloons in flight majestically flying in front of your very eyes. Just magical! So, do it! Go to Goreme. Stay at Hotel Mithra. You will be very happy that you did. Tony FL USA May 2023
Great place with very beautiful view of Goreme and balloons. The staff is very friendly, service is on top level. Only the breakfast was a little dissaponting: the choice of dishes was very limited.
The hotel has a very nice location with only 5-10min walk to everything, even to the Sunset Viewpoint! My friend and I spent 2 nights in the cave room just next to the reception. Everything was fantastic except for the internet condition: the only available Wi-Fi was from the reception, but it was too weak to connect. Even though we wanted to switch to use our mobile data instead, there’s no 4G signal in the room neither…
This has to be the best Cave Hotel in Cappadocia! We stayed here as a family of 5 for 4 days. Our room had a patio so close to the hot air balloons we were able to wave to each other as they passed by. The staff is beyond amazing and were able to book us activities cheaper than we could find online or at the local travel spots. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. It’s about a 3-5 minute walk down hill to the shops and restaurants. My family and I were always greeted by the staff and they are truly nice people. If we come back I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else, thank you!
Situated at the top of the hill, location was good as we had a good view in the morning when the hot air balloons took off. The layout of the hotel was unique and had many twists and turns internally, almost felt like a magical outdoor castle. Room was clean and warm, but bed mattress could be better! Very good experience!
Wonderful staff, authentic hotel, clean
Amazing stay. Staff was very very courteous. View from the terrace was mind blowing.
Mustafa was the best.
Our experience was below expectations for the price paid and hotel star rating. The service seems great at first because of the warm welcome. The staffs would always promised to take care of our concerns or issues but simply end up ignoring our requests. Although the breakfast was free, we were only there once because we did not our experience because of the bees on our food. We had a nice room with a spectacular view of the region. However, our front door was used as a dumpster for all the outdoor furnitures when it rains, making it a very unpleasant experience. Even after multiple complaints, the staffs would only take care of it once. After few frustration, we were simply let it go because of the obvious inaction or attempt to ignore our requests. The hotel overall looks really nice and charming. We enjoy taking pictures on the terrasse. Since it is located at the top of the hill, please expect to do some walk-up every time you visit the village at the bottom. Activities in the region is quite entertaining, but pricey for what you get.
The views of balloons and restaurant were excellent! There’s no parking, there’s no Wi-Fi and told on arrival that may not have balloons haha
Excellent location and views.
Place quite staff friendly
The staff were very friendly and made my wife and I feel welcomed. Would stay here again in the future.
Breathtaking view and excellent customer service from the team.
The steam room was not working.
The hotel is beautiful and closed to many restaurants. The staff was amazing!
Grounds were lovely. Views were amazing in fact we woke up early to watch the balloons float right informer of us. The staff was pleasant and very helpful the only negative I would have is the lack of AC…with that being said I understand these are 500year old caves but sleeping at night without AC was tough. Regardless would still recommend!
Fantastic place to stay to watch the balloons launch from the terrace in the morning. Also just a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice restaurant. I will stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.
