Wow, we’ve just left Mykonos Soul Suites - what an excellent start to our Greek island hopping. Exceptional staff, exceptional rooms, brilliant breakfast & choices. Couldn’t fault it at all. Highly recommend to all and won’t hesitate to stay again!

Our stay at Mykonos Soul Luxury Suites was a dream! Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, we felt genuinely looked after. Their warm and professional service made our experience even more special. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday. Another highlight was the heated outdoor pool. Mykonos Soul Luxury Suites exceeded all our expectations. It is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and exceptional service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special stay in Mykonos!

We had a wonderful stay at Mykonos Soul Luxury Suites for our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, but what really made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Ioana, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special and helped make our stay truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

It was clean, and the person bringing breakfasts to us was very polite and friendly.

On Booking.com, the hotel was listed as pet-friendly, which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here with our small toy poodle. However, during check-in, the receptionist seemed surprised that we had brought our dog and told us that pets were actually not allowed at the hotel. We were then told that, “as an exception”, we could stay with our dog, but with several restrictions - for example, the dog could not be left alone in the room at any time, even though she is calm and quiet and there are no carpets in the room. This restriction made our stay significantly more difficult. It was extremely hot during our stay, and our dog could not comfortably spend long periods of time at the beach in the heat and sun. As a result, we had to plan our entire holiday around constantly returning to the hotel so that she could rest and cool down. Having to organise every day around this restriction is hardly what you would call a relaxing holiday. At the same time, despite the hotel being advertised as adults-only, there was a very young child, around one year old, staying in the room next to ours. So, apparently, this pet-friendly, adults-only hotel does not actually allow pets, but does allow children.

Literally every single detail in this hotel we really liked it: 1. The staff that showed a great hospitality, professionalism, welcoming and very helpful and supportive. 2. The room itself: spacious, clean, convenient, has everything you need along with a huge terrace with a breathtaking sea view that we enjoyed with the hot jacuzzi. 3. The location: very calm, with shaded parking and near to a lot of attractions like little vinice, Zuma and cavo-tago

Location obviously a little bit far out and they were quite pushy to get us to use their sister property which I wouldn’t recommend! Dinner food was not great.

We hebben al veel gereisd, in veel hotels overnacht, maar dit hotel staat bovenaan onze lijst als favoriet. De luxesuite met privé zwembad is gewoonweg fantastisch. De kamer is ruim en zeer verzorgd. Het eten is super lekker en voldoende keuze. Ontbijt kan je op voorhand doorgeven via een tablet (ruime keuze) en komen ze naar je kamer brengen op het gewenste tijdstip. Op rustige locatie gelegen, op 10 minuutjes stappen, vind je een busstop die je zo naar Mykonos stad brengt. De grote meerwaarde aan dit hotel? Het personeel - Gewoonweg uitmuntend. Ongelofelijk vriendelijk, niets is ze te veel. Ze doen er alles aan om jouw verblijf zo fantastisch mogelijk te maken. Iowana, Boris & Fotis: 1000x dank voor alles.

As someone who travels to Mykonos almost every year, this hotel is the best I've ever been to, perfect location close to town, quiet, amazing view, everything is new and very high standard, private heated pool in the room, and above all, the service was simply perfect from the moment you entered. You are a prince, Iva takes care of everything, you can be calm, and Boris will take care of whatever food you want, at whatever time you want, with whatever coffee you are used to drinking. I will definitely be back.

Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend, aber nicht sehr praktisch, es gab zB keine Handtuchhalter

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich! Wir sind noch nie in einem Hotel so toll versorgt worden! Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft eine Karte erhalten mit jede Menge Tipps für (organisierte) Strände, Lokale, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, etc. & jeder davon hat uns überzeugt! Das Frühstück, Cocktails und Abendessen sind super - man kann alles ins Lokal oder ins Zimmer bestellen! Auch das Swim-up Zimmer war ein absoluter Traum mit einem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer! Zum Geburtstag meines Mannes haben wir vom Hotel sogar ein kostenloses Floating Breakfast bekommen - so toll! Alles in allen einfach nur empfehlenswert!

There were a lot of mosquitoes but it was our fault because we left the window open. The staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite, semplicemente meravigliosa. Piscina privata gigantesca con una vista spettacolare. Camera moderna, pulitissima e con doccia spaziosissima. Staff veramente super accogliente e molto disponibile: gentilissimi, professionali ma molto simpatici allo stesso tempo. Colazione in camera abbondante, curata e di alta qualità. Cocktail di benvenuto sublime, uno dei migliori mai provati. Un ringraziamento speciale a Ioana, veramente molto professionale, disponibile e amichevole. Servizio taxi fantastico. Wer es familiär und ruhig mag, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Zimmer: geräumig, reichlich Stauraum, bequeme Betten, große Regendusche, genügend Getränke und sehr sauber. Der Privatpool ist der Killer. Jeden Morgen nach dem Aufstehen eine Runde im Pool gedreht. Essen + Service: Ioanna hat uns rund eine Stunde erklärt, was die Insel zu bieten hat. Alles worauf wir Lust hatten, hat sie uns organisiert bzw. reserviert oder gebucht. Frühstück,Lunch oder Abendessen können über ein Tablet problemlos gebucht werden. Wir haben immer auf dem Zimmer gefrühstückt. Der ganze Staff ist so herzerwärmend freundlich. Immer hilfsbereit, immer für ein kleines Gespräch zu haben. Dieser Club...jederzeit wieder

This place is incredible, probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at! 1. The room was amazing, clean, tidy and also such a beautiful room, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in in Europe. We had the private pool which was just amazing! 2. The food was so delicious, the breakfasts and all the food we have had here was absolutely perfect! 3. Finally the service, this is by far is the best service I have ever received. The tablet and using WhatsApp made communication so easy and their communication was extremely good. Ioana, Fortos, Bobby and the whole team made us feel like friends, they were genuinely so interested in what we were doing, how we were enjoying things and making sure we had the best experience possible. This was such an incredible stay I can’t wait to come back, if I could give this 20/10, I would. And also everything they did to make it special for our honeymoon was so appreciated, thank you so much!

Beyond excellent in every category. Eleven out of ten. We had a truly wonderful stay at Mykonos Soul Luxury Suites. The room, facilities and food were all amazing. The location is beautiful. But the lovely friendly, helpful, staff really made our stay the most enjoyable experience. They went out of their way constantly to anticipate and cater to our every wish. They were always ready with a warm smile and engaging conversation ❤️

The staffs are golden gem to this hotel. Excellent attention to details. Nothing was too much them, they went above and beyond for myself and husband. The room is huge, immaculately clean, tastefully furnished, and spacious, excellent sea view, very spacious balcony with seating area with heated jacuzzi. They have excellent tour recommendations with very convenient instant Tranfers.

The positioning of tv in the room. Not enough storage, its an open plan clothing rail. No kettle for making tea in the room. Although there was coffee machine but i don't take coffee.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum, tolle geräumige Zimmer, tolles Service, unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Poolwasser war sehr angenehm, eher kühl aber zum Abkühlen und Schwimmen perfekt. Jeden Tag leichter Wind, einfach herrlich erholsam. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Our stay was very pleasant. The location is excellent and the room was just perfect, exactly as we expected. The staff were wonderful so kind and thoughtful. For our honeymoon, they even surprised us with a lovely gift. We truly recommend this place!

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances ici. Les suites sont magnifiques, le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, la vue est imprenable et l’hôtel est parfaitement situé. Mon compagnon avait réservé ce lieu pour fêter nos fiançailles et la chambre avait été décorée avec soin. C’est un parfait mélange entre luxe et simplicité, merci encore !

We stayed in the honeymoon suit. The property was spotless and the amenities were outstanding, but what truly set this place apart was the staff. I’ve rarely encountered such warm, caring, and genuinely hospitable people at any hotel. From the moment we checked in, they made us feel welcome with friendly smiles and complimentary drinks. Whatever you need, they’re already one step ahead, ready to help. If you’re looking for great restaurant recommendations, just ask—they know the best spots. Breakfast was excellent, and the floating breakfast tray was a fun and delicious touch. Our hot tub was perfectly clean and made the ideal spot to relax and watch the sunset. Lastly, free parking at the hotel makes it very easy to drive to any place and return.

The room was beautiful and spacious and the outside area, including private pool was fab! The staff were absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful or generous with complimentary drinks! They also organised all transfers and really took great care of us - thank you! The food was superb, both lunch and breakfast - beautifully prepared and served. We will return with family!

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage im Mykonos Soul. Beim Check-in gab es einen Cocktail aufs Haus und am Zimmer war eine Flasche Sekt eingekühlt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool (temperiert) im Obergeschoss. Die Terrasse samt Aussicht ist ein Traum. Super leckeres Frühstück, dass auch direkt auf die Terrasse serviert wird. Einmal haben wir auch ein paar Snacks bestellt, die auch sehr lecker waren. Es gab eigene Liege Handtücher die man zum Strand mitnehmen durfte. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da sie etwas abseits vom Trubel ist aber mit dem Mietwagen alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ist. Überdachte Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das ganze Team ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Preis Leistung Top!

Es gibt dort und da ein paar kleine Schönheitsfehler. Ein Haken in der Dusche hat etwas gewackelt. Auf der Terrasse war ein Kabel lose. Im Bad wären noch ein paar Haken für die Handtücher nett. Hat uns aber alles nicht weiter gestört.

Ruhig gelegene, kleine Anlage, geräumige Suite, makellose Sauberkeit, tolles Serviceteam, das immer zur Stelle war, wenn es gebraucht wurde, freundlich und verbindlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück, sensationeller Pool und Sonnenuntergänge. Auch wichtig: große, sehr bequeme Betten! Alles in allem 6 wunderbar erholsame Tage in toller Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert. Tipp: Mietwagen für den Aufenthalt buchen, um immer flexibel zu sein. Viele Strände sind mit dem Bus nicht gut erreichbar, vor allem in der Nebensaison.

Unser Zimmer. Wir hatten die Hochzeitssuite mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick gebucht. Mussten aber feststellen, dass alle anderen Zimmer schöner, neuer und mit einem tollen Pool ausgestattet waren. Noch dazu waren sie günstiger als unsere sogenannte „Hochzeitssuite“. Die Liegen auf unserer Terrasse waren schlichtweg ekelerregend, der Pool war unter einem Holzverschlag mit Plastikverglasung untergebracht. Das Frühstück. Lt. Info des Hotels konnte man das Frühstück vorbestellen. Das hatten wir für den ersten Morgen gemacht. Allerdings war alles kalt und abgestanden.

The service was exceptional. We felt so taken care of and so relaxed. The option to have breakfast in our room at the pool all the way up to 11.30 was perfect.

The staff were amazing at Mykonos Soul! We felt like we weren’t just guests but apart of the family. The facilities were great and it was an awesome way for my wife and I to end the last 3 days of our honeymoon before our big flight back home to Aus as we were totally relaxed. Thank you again!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Ioana on the front desk was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. She organised transfers to other parts of the island for us and was always available on if we needed anything. The hotel was perfect for us and we loved the privacy of our swim up room as well as having breakfast on the patio ever morning. The rooms were large and cleaned everyday. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff at this hotel made us feel so welcome. We both received a welcome drink while waiting for our room to be ready. They even offered my partner a bottle of Prosecco for his birthday. Loana at the reception was so helpful and gave us all the tips to have the best time in Mykonos. There was truly nothing less of excellent in this resort! Fantastic view, wonderful clean and comfortable suites, tasteful meals but the best of all: the people consisting the staff there. With Genuine drive to make their visitors have the best possible time on this magical island! Will be visiting both Mykonos and Soul Suites again for sure
