Heel mooi, gezellig en uitstekend onderhouden verblijf in een rustige omgeving! Plunge pool en gym zeker een meerwaarde 💕 Het ontbijt was uitstekend, lekkere tussendoortjes of diner in Reeza ook altijd heel lekker tegen correcte prijzen met aangename muziek op de achtergrond.

Gefallen hat uns das Fitnessstudio, es war sehr gut ausgestattet und man konnte während des Sports eine phänomenale Aussicht genießen. Der gemeinsame Pool und allgemein die Aussicht aus dem Komplex war sehr gut. An der Unterkunft selbst gibt es kostenfreie Parkplätze.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Plunge Pool gebucht und haben auch eines bekommen, allerdings Vorsicht(!) in diesem Pool gibt es eine Ansaugfunktion für das Wasser zum Zirkulieren, welche ein heftiges Vakuum aufbaut - ich bin mit dem Oberschenkel hineingeraten und habe ein Hämatom bekommen. Es gab weder ein Gitter noch ein Warnschild. Die Lampe in unserem Zimmer kam von der Decke. Die Holztür klapperte bei jeder Böe und es war extrem laut. Allgemein gibt es einen enormen Unterschied in der selben Zimmerkategorie in der Zimmerausstattung und Aussicht. Nachdem wir uns über den Mangel beschwerten, haben wir auf Kulanz ein anderes Zimmer der angeblich gleichen Kategorie erhalten und dieses war wunderschön und hochwertig ausgestattet. Aussicht top. Wir sind auch hochgradig vom Frühstück enttäuscht. Wir sprechen hier von einem europäischen 5-Sterne-Standard und wir haben bereits 5 Sterne Hotels in afrikanischen Ländern besucht und diese haben um Welten besser abgeliefert. Auch der Unterschied zu anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels in Mykonos selbst war gravierend.(Wir waren während unseres Aufenthaltes in 3 verschiedenen 5-Sterne-Hotels) Es gab lediglich Weintrauben als frisches Obst, ansonsten war es geschnitten in Gläsern eingelegt, welche allerdings schon zur frühen Morgenzeit den kompletten Fruchtsaft gelassen haben. Das Brot war ab dem 2. Tag nicht mehr frisch, trocken und hart. Es gab lediglich Orangensaftkonzentrat, Wasser und Filterkaffee kostenlos - alle anderen KAFFEESPEZIALITÄTEN musste man gegen EXTRA Bezahlung beim Frühstück bestellen - für den Preis den man im Hotel allein und plus Frühstückspreis zahlt einfach nur extrem frech! Marmeladen inklusive Schokocreme Diabetesfähig, sonst nur trockene Pancakes. Das beste am Frühstück war der griechische Jogurt. SEHR ENTTÄSUCHEND. Das Hotel war kein Adults Only, Kinder haben Handtücher einfach in den öffentlichen Pool geworfen und andere Gäste bespritzt. Da muss man als Hotelmanager etwas sagen, wenn es die Eltern nicht tun.

The personell was very nice. The view was beautiful and everything was decorated very tasteful.

I have suggested cleaningspray and paper at the gym. A lot of men are training without a shirt and they do not use a towel.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not much to complain about. Drinks were a bit expensive, but that’s expected in Mykonos.

The hotel infrastructure is amazing and the staff great. An additional perk was the swimming pool DJ.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive. The property was clean, modern, in a good location. The rooms were spacious with amazing outdoor space. The photos online were accurate and it was more beautiful in person. Food and drinks were great. The pool area, the gym, and the Common space was nicely decorated.

The modern pool area with the sunbeds were great to lounge around in, with a great view overlooking the Aegean Sea. The hotel also features Reeza Restaurant, featuring delicious grilled squid, meatballs, sea bream, basque cheesecake, and crème caramel. My compliments to the chef. Truly the best hotel we have ever stayed in and I would highly recommend for couples and families trying to get the best out of Mykonos. The hotel kindly arranges airport transfers and taxi rides throughout the island for a reduced fee in comparison to other prices on the island. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Mykonos Greece, and had a fantastic stay. The hotel upgraded our room and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine, making our celebration even more special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. We also loved the hotel’s beautiful design, and its convenient location close to the ferry port.

La zona piscina ha delle cabanas un po’ vecchie, dovrebbero sistemarle e rinnovare i cuscini. La colazione non degna di un 5 stelle. Il personale gentile sì, ma non troppo sveglio. Mi aspettavo un servizio migliore e un personale più formato.

The property was only a 10 minute taxi away from the main town which we found handy. The pool had beautiful views of the caldera and the hotel kept a clean and calm vibe.

We left a bad review after having a disappointing stay at this hotel for many reasons and the hotels response was to bribe us with a partial refund or complimentary stay if we removed our review which we found was very very dishonest and secretive. My partner tried to use the spa facilities but was immediately told that he wasn’t allowed to use them even though we had paid for the room which had it included. They didn’t ask for the room number or anything but simply looked at him and assumed he wasn’t allowed to be there which is disappointing. The food was below average especially for the price you pay and don’t even think about ordering room service as they add a whopping €15 room service fee even though the rooms are all a 5 minute walk away from the main restaurant. We had a very poor nights sleep on the first night as the air conditioning was left on a timer setting which kept turning off which should have been fixed before our arrival. Also do not forget to log off of any streaming accounts because when we tried to watch Netflix it was still logged into the previous guests account which is shocking as it should be something the staff checks before any new guests come. All I can say is yes it’s pretty but 100% not worth it for a luxury rate.

We booked the villa for a family of 4. It’s a beautiful villa . The view is amazing and it’s such a quiet hotel so if you like some peace and quiet you will enjoy this hotel . Staff were all nice and the concierge was the best !

During breakfast , staff were a bit slow but overall they were polite . Its also a bit far from old town so you need a car and it’s far away from cafes and restaurants . Hotel menu needs some updating especially with lunch and dinner options .

The housekeeping team was extremely professional and attentive. All the staff members were genuinely friendly, always smiling, and radiated positive energy, making the atmosphere feel light, happy, and relaxed. Their hospitality was exceptional. We had an unforgettable experience during our stay at this hotel, and we truly couldn’t have asked for more. Barbara was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Always smiling. Even the toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, were high-end and luxurious, which shows how much attention is paid to every little detail. What touched us the most was how the management surprised us by upgrading our room as soon as they learned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. It was such a meaningful gesture that made our stay extra special and deeply memorable. We’re incredibly grateful for that. The design and ambiance of the hotel feel like a professional photoshoot location — every corner is elegant, aesthetic, and picture-perfect. Bring plenty of outfits, because you’ll want to take lots of photos in this stunning setting. We are beyond satisfied with our choice and are already planning to come back very soon.

The views were amazing. It is located away from the main town. It is necessary to have transportation, although the hotel arranges for transfers back-and-forth as needed. staff is excellent and responsive.

This was our first stay at Rocabella Hotel in Myconos. The hotel was much more beautiful than what we expected and the service was excellent. The ocean view is breath taking, you get to see a beautiful and huge view of a beautiful bay. Although Mykonos is a very Windy City all year round, the hotel has an open restaurant next to the pool that is very comfortable and lets you enjoy the views while having a nice meal. The rooms are nicely decorated in the Mediterranean style, with minibar and a coffee machine. The air conditioner is very good and the window shutters are very helpful for good night sleep. The bathroom amenities are thoughtful with very good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The gym is just in front of the ocean view so you can workout while admiring the Aegean Sea! Is a small gym but it has everything you need for a nice workout at your stay. All staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful they truly made our stay a great experience. The car service from the hotel is very affordable and lets you enjoy Mykonos in a safe and trustworthy way. Don’t hesitate to book their service to visit downtown or to transfer to the airport.

An amazing property in Mykonos. Attention to detail and luxury is obvious at this hotel. It is a fair distance from town, but good bus and car connections.

This is a gorgeous property on the outskirts of Mykonos town. It is somewhat remote, so transportation or the hotel's driver is necessary to get you around the island. It is tranquil and beautiful and has a great, relaxing pool, good wine list, and fresh food. The staff is also very attentive an wonderful.

So the miniature pool in the room was literally like a bathtub on a closet balcony. It was a beautiful resort. It was up on a cliff, so it was removed from right in town stuff, but that was fine. The view was gorgeous. Staff was great.

The view is pretty

The aesthetic of the hotel and the view were highlights. On check in I told reception we were separate, but instead of treating me as a separate entity they decided to show the two friends I came with my room first. After checking out I found out they billed what should have been billed to my room to their room. My room was smaller than theirs, which was upsetting as I know we paid the same price. The bathroom door had a lock but didn’t lock. Its outward swing blocked the circulation of the room. The drawers either wouldn’t work or would get jammed and fall out. The quality of house keeping to turn over my room was poor. Clumps of hair left by the sink. Furniture was left askew. Never left more toothpaste or q-tips when I finished what was originally given on check-in. My requests through WhatsApp were granted. There was a friendly cat on site.

Comfortable stay, due to miscommunication our complimentary drinks ended up being billed to the room which caught us off guard. The staff are friendly and very accessible through WhatsApp, rooms are clean, breakfast is yummy! If you are planning to rent vehicles it is a great place to be as the area is not very walkable.

The staff from the reception desk, house keeping, concierge, restaurant were excellent. Everyone very friendly and willing to help. The room was kept clean all the time. Nothing was too much for any one of them. Not forgetting the hotel transport drivers they were really nice and always available when needed transport using hotel transport/shuttle. My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable mainly because of the hospitality myself, my daughter & my sister received.

The rooms position and front desk

If you go late in season they were very light on fully trained staff and derive with exception of front desk was poor for this class of hotel

Hotel was amazing, views were incredible, the staff were so nice and attentive. The food was amazing and the breakfast was great, a mix between a la carte hot food and continental buffet. Hotel is about 10 mins by car from Mykonos town and 5 minutes from the Port. There weren’t too many restaurants around outside of the hotel but the beach at Agios Stefanos was a 10 min walk down the hill and had a supermarket and few nice restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend Rocabella if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with the option to visit some more of the island. Rocabella has a car/taxi service that is easy to book and will take you anywhere you want to go for a good price.

The view isn't great

The pool and the view is what you are paying for. They are great, but I wouldn’t say this hotel is 5 star. More like a 3-4 it’s also pretty expensive and not worth the price they charge. The food was mediocre at best. And the neighbors gave us a noise complaint on a Saturday night for chatting on the phone on the balcony. Overall nice place, staff was friendly but not worth the price. Will not stay again

We loved it here, outside all the noise with amazing sea views. Staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet could have a few more options but as you can pick the cooked bfast I think it's perfect this way. Tom the cat is amazing addition to this place, we miss him already and hope someone takes him during the winter time. We had dinner and drink at sunset time and food was delicious, drinks on point and views so much better than those expensive sunset bar with crazy minimum spend per person. Here you are loooked after rather than rushed about. We recommend this hotel. Town is just a few minutes drive and a nice little bay round the corner too.

The plunge pool water was too hot, perhaps some clients want that but we prefer a nice chilled temperature. Perhaps they offer the option, we didn't ask and just went in outside the hot hours of the day.

What an amazing hotel! Super luxurious, views are incredible, staff super friendly and helpful, food delicious. A real haven away from the hustle and bustle of Mykonos centre. The beach is a short walk down the hill and the shuttle bus into town is frequent and reliable

The staff were incredible. Very welcoming and attentive to your needs. The concierge staff were particularly helpful and assisted with booking dinners, transfers, ATVs, etc. Nicely out of the busy town but still a quick drive away.

It’s not really walking distance from any beaches due to the hills but the pool area was amazing so we used that a lot.
