Good location and very clean and spacious.

Not enough places to put our luggage and hang clothes. Could have used a few hooks on the doors or by the entrance. Very sparsely furnished and decorated, kitchen not so equipped and lighting a bit harsh.

Tuvimos un problema con la conexión de la tele pero nos lo resolvieron rápidamente.

Pasamos genial, el apartamento cómodo, limpio, con todo lo que se necesita. Cerca de todo, tenes un 24 hs a media cuadra y a 2 cuadras lugares para comer. El centro está a 4 cuadras. El lugar tranquilo, no usamos la piscina porq hacia frío, pero todo hermoso Lo recomiendo!!!!!

Very understanding and nice receptionists, esp Guido during the day. Wifi connection very good. Excellent location in Puerto Iguazu, close to bus station and taxi stand. Ask for Victor Gomez at the taxi stand if you are 3 or more people.

Amplios los departamentos. Muy bien equipada la cocina. Nos prestaron una cafetera a filtro cuando planteamos que queríamos tomarnos un café. La pileta y el sector de parrilla muy amenos, limpia el agua y ambiente relativamente tranquilo y familiar. La ubicación inmejorable, cerca del centro y la terminal de ómnibus. Guardaron nuestras valijas hasta el horario del vuelo. Muy amable el personal.

Muy ruidosos los equipos externos de aire acondicionado, cerca de las ventanas de la habitaciones. Estuvimos en 2 departamentos diferentes, ya que en el primero, que estaba en el último piso, tuvimos el inconveniente de que estaban haciendo trabajos de pintura y al caminar los pintores por el techo nos retumbaba todo, hasta temblaban las ventanas durante el horario de la siesta. Cuando lo planteamos, Guido muy amablemente nos resolvió el cambio a otro departamento un piso más abajo. Otra crítica que tengo es que el living comedor, donde se encuentra el sofá cama, no tiene cortinas blackout, por lo que quien duerme allí se despierta con la luz natural apenas amanece. Tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor aunque eso está aclarado en la descripción del alojamiento, pero con niños puede resultar cansador. Los colchones un poquito blandos para mi gusto.

地點很方便，飯店人員的溝通效率也很高，傳訊息通常一個小時內就會回覆，事前的提醒跟 check in 的聯絡都很積極。房間本身很乾淨也很寬闊，而且有廚房、廚具、許多餐盤跟杯子，無論自己要買回來料理或是外帶食物回飯店吃都很方便！

浴室的水太小了，洗澡時有點不方便，水量太小導致要洗很久，如果水大一點會更好。

El apartamento estaba limpio y contaba con lo suficiente para estar cómodo unos días.

El sofá cama realmente no es una cama para 2 personas. Son dos camas, que ya tienen hueco en el centro con la forma de una persona y es bastante incómodo

At the first impression the apartment is large and seems to have all you need, but we didn't use any as we arrived late and after that we were force to search for another accomodation as is was impossible to sleep. I do not know how they manage to have this amount of positive reviews.

- The air conditioning units from all the apartments in the building are located in a single shaft in the middle of the building, and they create an overwhelming level of noise that can be heard on all floors, and in the hallways. Our apartment had its bedroom wall against that shaft, and it was vibrating due to the air conditioning units (we switched off our units with hope that the noise will lower). We tried to sleep but couldn’t. We even used noise-cancelling headphones, but it was still impossible, as the noise exceeded 80 dB. At 2 a.m., we searched for a hotel with a 24-hour reception, managed to book a room, and only got about 4 hours of sleep that night. - The water pressure is very poor. - They sprayed in the apartment some strong air freshener and we needed to have all windows opened when we arrived (23:30) because it was way to strong.

Замечательный отель! Большая площадь номера, хорошо оборудован всем, что нужно для комфортного проживания, в номере очень чисто, хорошая вентиляция в ванной, хорошее место расположение и все очень рядом. Приятный и дружелюбный персонал. Мы приехали раньше времени и нас сразу поселили.

PRECIO: alquilamos 2 dptos p/ dos días en mas de USD400 y nos escribieron al día siguiente del check in para reclamar una diferencia de USD 4 después de acordar la tarifa en efectivo (así nomás). (X) ESCALERAS: Los dptos del 2 piso son inalcanzables para personas con movilidad reducida.. y ni hablar cuando hay que subir con niños, equipaje o compras. Como no tienen asensor estos deberían ofrecerlos a mitad de precio

L’emplacement est idéal proche des commerces et des restaurants à pied. Tout près de la gare de bus et des taxis pour ceux qui n’auraient pas de voiture . Stationnement et appartement sécurisé. Grand mais les fenêtres ferment mal on sent de l’air dans la chambre notamment près du lit. Le chauffage est bruyant. Sinon le quartier est calme. Mal insonorisé donc attention si voisins bruyants. Notre séjour s’est bien passé 3 nuits. A 20 min en voiture des chutes.

Fenêtre et murs mal isolés. Il manque une machine à laver et un micro onde pas de cafetière non plus. Ne parle pas anglais à la réception

Las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias. La atención de Clarisa a destacar, muy predispuesta y amable.

No funcionaba el ascensor para poder subir las valijas, pero utilizamos las escaleras. Deberían repararlo, sobre todo para las personas que cuentan con movilidad reducida.

The reception staff was really welcoming and helpful. Thank you for your kindness. The layout of the apartment was perfect for us, especially as really we were just sleeping there after long days at the parks. The location was great - just a short walk to some great restaurants and small convenience stores and it was a really good place to be picked up/dropped off by cars.

Not essential - but some laundry facilities on site would have been really helpful as we were travelling for an extended period.

Apartment located on Level 3 & no lifts. Arrived earlier than official opening time, there was no attendant, we had to figure out how to get into foyer & waited by road for sometime while driver assisted.

It was meticulously clean. It had extra sheets and towels. The kitchen has everything you need from cooking to cutlery. The pool has a bathroom. The location is really close to the bus station and shops.

Excellent stay. Nice big apartment. Met at reception on arrival and shown the room and facilities. Close to bakery, cafe, mini market and bus station. Pool was welcome after a hot day exploring the falls. Quick response to Whatsapp messages once we were there. The staff allowed us to have a later check out which was really helpful.

Host was communicative and spoke English. Marie helped with recommendations for dining and visiting Iguazu falls. She even provided us with a large bottle of drinking water. Property was convenient to restaurants and bakery

No elevator for luggage

The staff is super friendly and helpful. All the sheets and appliances in the apartment seem to be quite fresh and brand-new. The place is pretty quiet. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to use a pool, although it seemed pretty nice and clean. The place is located right next to the small store with almost everything that we needed, and a street with a buffet (El Árbol Real) and great restaurants (e.g. Color). The buffet is great because you can have lunch there before 12pm, and the prices are low, and the food is just great.

We could not have asked for more. Large, well furnished, comfortable apartment with air conditioning throughout. Very personable and accommodating owners. Highly recommended.
