Ein wunderschöner Garten, das Appartement sehr gemütlich, sauber, bequeme Betten, gute Dusche, Küchenausstattung sehr gut, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, zu Fuss sehr nah zu Restaurants und Bäckerei. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind kostenlos. Es gibt keinen Aufpreis dafür. Das Beste war jedoch Mirta, die Vermieterin. Sie ist so sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ich freue mich schon, wenn wir wieder zu ihr in die Unterkunft kommen werden.
Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren! Alles war super.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026El alojamiento es precioso además de que cuenta con un jardín de muy buen gusto y que te da la sensación de naturaleza .El servicio es muy completo con todo lo que se requiere para cocinar y para pasarlo cómodamente con tu familia. Además, el trato de la dueña Mirta es excepcional. Es una persona muy bella ,cálida y sobretodo aporta mucha confianza. Cuenta con todos los servicios de transporte y tours. Javier estuvo con nosotros para llevarnos a todos lados. Es de los mejores alojamientos que he estado. El trato de Mirta inigualable!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Se destaca la.comodidad para cuatro o cinco personas... todo equipado de primera. el departamento súper cuidado arreglado con muy buen gusto ..como estar en casa por la calidez del mismo. sus anfitriones súper dedicados, en todos los detalles. nos recibieron, nos dieron las indicaciones del lugar ,además de darnos un pantallazo de la ciudad , recorridos , visita a países vecinos, etc y siempre a disposición. El lugar mejor que en las fotos. super super recomendable. precio calidad acorde. sin dudas volvería.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026דבר ראשון-מירתה!! אישה מקסימה ונעימה כל כך. היינו 3 לילות ובזמן הזה יצא דיברנו איתה פעמיים במשך איזה שעה לפחות. מעבר לכך, היא עזרה לנו המון, הסבירה לנו כל הדברים שבאזור ובעיירה (כמו התצפית של הגבולות) והביאה לנו טיפים שהקלו עלינו מאוד. יש לה שם בן דוד שמציע שירותי נסיעה, נעזרנו בו מהשדה למלון ובשביל הלוך חזור לצד הברזילאי, בזכותו המעבר עבר לנו בצורה יעילה וטובה בלי בירוקרטיה ועיכובים מיותרים. הדירה עצמה מדהימה, שירותים במקלחת נקיים ועם מים חמים, מטבח מאובזר בהכל והסופר גם נורא קרוב וזה הוזיל לנו את השהות כי המסעדות באזור מאוד יקרות.
להתכונן עם דוחה יתושים, יש המוןן באזור. אנחנו ריססנו על עצמנו כמה פעמים ביום ובלילה ריסננו סביב המיטה.

Notre hôte a laissé du café, des infusions, un peu d'épicerie (sucre, sel, huile, vinaigre), ce qui évite d'acheter. Les exterieurs (table et chaise sur le pallier en exterieur), la piscine, sont parfaitement entretenus et tres agreables à utiluser.

It is central to several excellent restaurants and transport to Iguazu falls is easily possible by bus. The pool was a great place to relax after a busy day at the falls. We are grateful to the owner who was able to advise us on fast border transfer to see the falls on the Brazilian side before our bus to Florianopolis, as well as the enjoyable conversations about local life. THANK YOU!

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026quality-price is a good choice. I rented a 2 bedroom apartment. It is not modern but it is clean. The swimming pool is quite big and clean. There is also parking for the car. The hosts are very friendly, prompt, speak English and payment can also be made by card.
I was there in January 2026 and it was very hot outside. More efficient AC would have been useful. There is AC in every room but they don't have much power.

The location on 100m from the bus stop to Iguazu Falls and walking distance to the centre of town is ideal for exploring! The hosts are super kind and speak English as well. Reviewed Dec 27, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at Ocio. The apartment is spacious, clean and is equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, air conditioning is in bedroom and living room and works well. The kitchen is well equipped for an easy meal. Coffee makers are nice to have instead of just a kettle. The location is great, a short walk to bus and restaurants on Brazil st, but it is very quiet. We didn't get to use the pool but it looks very clean. The owner is very nice and helpful. We will stay again when we return to Iguazu.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Lovely apartment with everything you need! Clean and feels like home! The pool looked very clean and inviting too but I didn’t get a chance to go for a dip :(. The apartment is within walking distance to the main section in Iguazu, or there is a taxi stand around the corner, and there are also bus stops near by. Highly recommend this apartment, reasonably priced and the host was so helpful with her tips for Iguazu falls! She also recommended a driver to pick us up from the airport and take us to Iguazu in Argentina and Brazil - I highly recommend Christian the driver as well for the airport pick ups and drop off and tours - he speaks Spanish and Portuguese very well. I would happily stay here again.
If you’re on the second or third level you do need to climb some stairs but it’s not that many, and Christian the driver helped us with our luggage. The apartment itself and everything else is perfect!

Wir wurden beim Empfang mit vielen Informationen bezüglich unserer Aufenthalt versorgt: wie man die Zeit besser plant, Empfehlungen bezüglich Restaurants, die wir genutzt haben und sie vollkommen stimmten. Die Gastgeberin hat ohne Anfragen unsererseits aktiv gefragt, ob wir noch etwas zusätzlich brauchen. Wir fühlten uns willkommen vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Fußläufig sind sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants als auch Bushaltestelle zu den Wasserfällen. Der Pool, den wir jederzeit nutzen konnten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

La ubicación es muy conveniente, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más agradable. Quiero destacar especialmente la cordialidad de Mirta, que fue simplemente divina con nosotros durante toda la estancia. También agradecer a Javier, quien fue muy amable al esperarnos para el check-in y hacernos sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Es un lugar súper recomendable al que, sin duda, volveríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones, una cocina bien equipada, una linda vista, un dormitorio y baño muy cómodos. Además de un jardín con pileta muy lindo.
El único detalle que no me gustó fue que la campana de la cocina no funcionaba, por lo que cuando cocinamos teníamos que abrir las ventanas y en la noche se llenaba de mosquitos. Pero no quita todo lo bueno que tiene el apart

Es muy importante el alojamiento para cuando viaja, en este caso, superó todas las expectativas. La dueña es una persona excepcional, que el primer interés no es económico, sino que te sientas cómodo durante la estadía. Vayan y disfruten!
