The property is near to the central bus termin. Just a few minutes away you can easily walk to the terminal.

There is no TV inside the room. And there is no hanging bars on the CR for you to use to put the hangers.

Awesome Location, right next to Baler Centre Terminal (extremely convinient for those arriving by Bus or Van from Cabanatuan Bus Terminal) and about 200 metres from Genesis Bus Terminal (good for those arriving by Genesis Joyride or Genesis Regular). Right next to Baler Public market that sells everything you can imagine. We had freshly cut Buko water there everyday for 25 Pesos. (45-50 Pesos in Manila) Right in front across the road is NOVO 24 hour Supermarket shop that sells everything from liquor to biscuits, chips, chocolates etc....literally everything except fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, About 100 metres away is Robinsons Easymart. Sabang Beach and Baler Beach are within walkable distance, about 1.5 km to 2 km. We took tricycle once, as it was raining that cost us only 50 Pesos one-way. Room has WIFI, AC, TV with plenry of cable TV channels, including English movie channels. Hot water is HOT in bathroom. Toilet roll and toiletries including dental kit was provided. Slippers were provided too. Receptionists and Staff were very welcoming and provided assistance with all queries. Breakfast was served hot that included Omlette/ Smoked Fish with Fried Rice and Salad. Coffee too. They let us use their fridge to keep our beers/drinks and let us use their smart TV to sing Karaoke too. Would love to come back and stay again.

I don't think the price is fair for the room no Tv there's cockroach inside in a bathroom,open drainage hole no exhaust fan, smell moldy. But the stuff they're nice.

I like the proximity to the Bus Terminal. There is a nearby public market and small grocerues and food stall around the area. There is an ATM Machine right across. It is also justva stone throw away and you can actually walk goint to Baler Church, Dona Aurora Ancestral House and Museo de Baler. I also greatly appreciate for accomadating myvearly check in at 11am and the staff were all smiles and polite. The room and the bathroom was relatively clean to my standards. The Breakfast on the roof top was simple yet enjoyable.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful.The location was perfect - close to the Market, Bus Terminal, Bank and Tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious especially the beef tapa☺️

Cleanliness is obviously not a priority in this hotel. I saw large cobwebs in the toilet room and near the windows. The tiles of the shower near the floor are so dirty. We never dared stepping on the tiled floor of the room. Lucky for us, we had with us our own slippers. The water in the shower area doesn’t drain well. So after you shower, water will accumulate on the floor. So it’s really yucky. I had to use my slippers to drain the water. Dust is accumulating in the cabinets and the floating shelves of the toilet. When you look under the bed, there’s a lot of accumulated dust as well. Wifi is painfully slow. So don’t bother using it. Just use your phone’s data- it is faster; the cable TV is not working. Toiletries are provided but I suggest you better bring your own. The ones that the hotel provides are of inferior quality. We had to wait for 2 days and numerous follow up before they gave us complimentary toilet tissue (the reason was they ran out of tissue papers.) I also recommend to bring your own towel. The towels they provided do smell good but there are brown stains on it and it is so thin. It is a good thing we brought our own. If you want to refill your water jag, you have to climb up to the 4th floor. Select for rooms located at the back of the hotel. The rooms located at the front of the building are noisy. You can hear the sound of traveling cars and tricycles down below. About the staff: they will not engage you into a conversation. They will just smile at you (which is a nice thing). Based on my experience, the only time that I heard them talk is when I asked for some details. Would I go back to this hotel in the future? Probably not. Will not recommend it. Some of the good things about this hotel: *** This is one of the cheapest hotels in Baler. *** Just a few steps away from Baler Public Market, and few minutes drive away from Quezon Park, Museo de Baler and Sabang Beach. Last tip: I booked using Klook and Agoda for different days. I got the best rates via Klook. Don’t book directly with the hotel since it is more expensive.

The AC in the first room was not working and the floors can be seen with leakage of some sort. Tiles in the bathroom are sharp - not enough ventilation. The doors aren't as secure - felt like someone can get inside the door easily. Suitable for locals - not recommending for foreigners

Available parking spot, clean towels and linen, and cold AC. Staff were all polite and helpful.

Establishment is old and rundown. Wall stains, bubbling paints, cracked or broken floor tiles, ceiling(soffit) falling and deteriorating, dirty and rusting bathroom fixtures, sink cabinet falling apart, pests crawling, and dirty glass doors and windows are just a few major issues I can remember. Amenities provided were also not good. TV had 1 channel, no drinking water (bottle or dispenser) closeby, limited breakfast menu, and the immediate vicinity outside the building had trash.

Its not clean, no bidet, toilet flusher is busted, aircon is malfunctioning. So we had to leave our room and transferred to a better hotel. What freaked me out was i was transferring the room to my staff and asked him to just demand a small room with better aircon but the hotel attendant said only the original user of the room can be transferred. Stupid

The staff was the best. Really caring and so friendly. I was in a accident whit the tricycle in the town and they helpt me clean my wound and took real good care of me

My bathroom was disgusting and moldy. My bed didn’t have a proper blanket. They used a mattress cover as a bed sheet.

It's close to the market and police station. Very nice staff. The pantry on the penthouse is a great idea.

Rooms are nice, staff were very helpful and accommodating, the rooftop terrace has a fantastic view of Baler ! Sabang Beach isn't far away, maybe a 5-10 minute tricycle ride.
