Breakfast wasn”t as expected. One of the reason I chose to book this hotel as it was free breakfast on the description. Booked for a family room for 6 pax but hotel staff said it’s only for 2 people. Disappointed

Es gab ein Problem mit Ungeziefer. Das Personal war sehr bemüht das zu lösen.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2023I like the location, easy to find and spacious parking. Staff were nice and friendly.
The smell of the poops of the belgian malinois are strong 4 puppies in 1 cage and 2 big dogs tied on the side and poops everywhere in the parking area. Kids were scared to swim at first because of the 2 big dogs. Fortunately, they transfered them in the entrance area. Too hot in the 1st floor living room to kitchen area, with 2 electric fan, I suggest to install aircon. The beddings were not clean as well as the sofa with stains. Too many decorations which led the house more messy look. Laundries were stacked up on the side of the stairs going to the second floor and quite smelly. I asked for broom and managed to sweep the flloor.

Reviewed May 21, 2023The location was brilliant. Malapit siya with everything. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. If anything, they were kind enough pa na papasukin na kami ng mejo mas maaga than the agreed check in time. The rooms were very spacious and we even had spare beds among us. It's about 10-15 mins close to the beach which is nice. And very convenient that they have their private pool.
If there's anything that I'd comment on--but let me first say that this is VERY, VERY MINOR--it's the plumbing in the upstairs bathroom. Medyo mabagal lang lumubog yung water sa bathroom floor, but other than that, everything was perfect.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2023We stayed in the Executive suite with everything you need..even toilet paper and a nice pool in front of your room. Price was nicely competitive...waking distance to Stores. Nice place to stay.
Didn't like seeing a big dead Norway Rat by the piles of trash by the fence and lots of trash piled over the fence by the dog cage. The storage building and maintenance room were cluttered and smelled skanky as we walked by on our walk..Other than that we completely satisfied.
