The air conditioner has big noise in my room but due to the package , it’s inconvenient to ask for change . The price I booked in Booking.com is higher than the real price that we can get when coming directly and the property is very basic

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Chỗ ở như đang lừa đảo khách hàng, gởi hình ảnh rất sạch sẽ rất đẹp. Đến khi đến nhận phòng nhân viên nam rất mất lịch sự.phòng rất dơ và cũ . Chăn gối dơ nằm ngứa cả người. Phòng đầy muỗi. Xuống hỏi nhân viên có tăm bông không em thì nhận được câu trả lời 2 chữ không có. Nam nhân viên rất thái độ . Rất rất tệ. Phòng 1triệu 700/ngày mà thua nhà trọ rẻ tiền. Mình rất giận nên đã hủy tất cả các đặt phòng trên booking vì mình thật sự thất vọng về cách làm việc của công ty khi đã có đánh giá không đúng thực tế với một khách sạn tệ hại như thế

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Good location, near the center of the city and quite near the restaurant. The room is quite clean and has no smell of smoke. The staff are friendly. There are inhouse motorbike park.
The furniture are not new anymore (4 years ago, this hotel is really new). The bed is not comfortable due to the soft spring mattress.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026We stayed in a Twin Room with a Balcony. The room was spacious, new, airy, and well-laid-out. Although the air conditioner was a bit old, it still worked perfectly fine. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet it's very convenient to get to the dining spots on Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Thuy Van Beach, and other attractions. They also offer motorbike rental services right on-site. During my stay, I rented a scooter for 180,000 VND per day. The receptionists were enthusiastic and friendly. If I ever come back, I will definitely choose to stay here again!
The air conditioner was a bit old, though it still worked perfectly fine.

đặt phòng qua booking, có confirm từ mail (mã xác nhận và mã bảo mật) và khi đến lại báo ko có data. kết quả khách ko có phòng. trước đó tuyệt nhiên 1 tuần ko có liên hệ gì tới khách qua bất kỳ hình thức nào(ít nhất là yêu cầu khách hủy với giá đã đặt).
