Sadly some of the other guests seem to be totally unaware of the fact that others are sleeping and it’s well after midnight. I have traveled a lot and in my opinion it should be a priority that hotels need to put up more notices about silence between certain hours

I had a large room with large windows, couch, a large flat screen TV and refrigerator. The double bed was super comfortable. The ensuite was well set out and the shower had good pressure. As the hotel is set back, down a lane way, you are shielded from the busy street noise. The hotel generally was quiet. The host is a lovely person. Friendly and easy to deal with. Any questions you may have of her are answered via WhatsApp in minutes. While in Da Lat I stayed in perhaps some more up market places. That being said, I enjoyed my stay at this place the most.

-could feel every spring in the mattress poking through. -The owner is only around in the morning from 9-11am, if you need anything in between, it takes hours to get a reaction. We had 1 room where the tv went on by itself, on max volume… even though 3 people sent her messages, the response came 4 hours later. That meant that 3 rooms couldn’t sleep till 2.30 am. We didn’t get a real apologie. First experience of renting a scooter for a day, where you had to hand back the key at midnight?! Because she didn’t told me, she just took the bike in the morning with her spare key…

Расположен близко к центру, рядом супермаркет с хорошим выбором и несколько кафе и ресторанов (рекомендуем Carrot для любителей европейской еды и куриный фастфуд для любителей побыстрее). Хозяйка всегда на связи через мессенджер. Номер очень комфортабельный, хороший интернет, хороший напор воды. Внизу общая кухня - можно пользоваться при желании. Также можно оставить вещи и побродить по городу. Рекомендуем!

Close enough, but away from the noise

I enjoyed my stay here everything was perfect, the room, the check in and the facilities downstairs were all exceptional. One of my favourite things about this accommodation was the host, she was so easy to contact via WhatsApp and super accommodating. The check in is self check in but she provided very detailed instructions, she also texted me when my room was ready which was before the stated check in time which I really appreciated. We were also leaving Da Lat quite late in the evening so she let us keep our bags in the reception for the day and use the downstairs toilet. I highly recommend The Green House Da Lat

Everything about this place was great. You really feel like you’re at home. The space is great and has everything you need. The shower had great pressure and got warm super fast. Internet was great too. The host was super friendly and was great at replying, she even did our washing for us!

The only downside was the shower didn’t drain the water quickly so it would overflow a little bit but nothing major.

Overall, a positive experience. The atmosphere was welcoming. Although not always physically present, the staff accommodated our requests. We appreciated the "get what you want when you need it" philosophy. The bathroom was a bit small, the cleanliness wasn't entirely adequate. The blanket had a large stain, and we found two cockroaches.

There is no breakfast included in this booking, so I cannot give review about this service. However, you can easily enjoy local breakfast food surrounding this place. Location is perfect, center of Da Lat city where I can reach destinations easily. The Green House Dalat hotel is near Da Lat market

Having more wardrobes for family room would be better

The host was amazing, she was available on WhatsApp for any request, and helped quickly and professionally. The room was very big and comfortable, we had quite a lot of luggage with us and we stayed for relatively long, as we were searching for an apartment in the city, so it was very comfortable to have a desk we could use for work and a little living room inside the hotel room with a big screen TV, where we could relax and watch movies

Don't expect a stunning view from your window, it's right in the middle of the city, you get a view of the street. But to us that wasn't a big deal at all, and all in all we loved the place and our stay there.

This property was superb, it smelled amazing every time we entered and also was kept very clean which was really nice. The room itself had everything we needed, such as a good shower and bed.

The bathroom would flood if you have the water on for too long

Le logement est très bien situé. J'ai pu déposer mon sac le matin en arrivant et même avoir accès à ma chambre plus tot que prévu. Super séjour.

I had such an amazing stay at The Green House Da Lat. Honestly one of those places that makes you feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and super cozy, perfect for relaxing after long days exploring Da Lat. The room was clean, comfortable and everything felt very well taken care of. But what really made the experience special were the two young people working there. They are genuinely some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met during my travels in Vietnam. Always smiling, always willing to help, making sure I was comfortable and giving advice whenever I needed something. They truly made the stay feel personal and warm instead of just another hotel. You can tell they care a lot about the guests and about creating a good atmosphere. Thanks to them I felt very comfortable during my whole stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Lat and I would happily stay here again. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏

We loved our 3-night stay here. Upon arrival, we loved the downstairs sitting/kitchen area and made the property feel like home. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean and the host was very friendly and responsive when we needed help with something. The location was perfect and we could walk to a lot of amenities. We'd definitely stay here again!

Es war ein sehr grosses Zimmer und die Better waren so gemütlich. Wir hatten sogar einen Tisch im Zimmer. Allgemein war alles sehr gut eingerichtet und man fühlte sich wohl! Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Nicht so zentral, aber mit 15-20min Gehen ist man voll im Zentrum.

Todo limpio, cama muy cómoda y se adaptan para la hora del check-in/out. Localización correcta, cerca del centro a 10 minutos andando.

No hay recepción. Todo se hace a través de Whatsapp y parece que estaban en renovación porque la cocina de la habitación no estaba terminada.

No air conditioning like it was advertised and the noise no tea or coffee. We booked for two nights but only stayed one. The host was understanding and offered to move us, but we had already made arrangements to stay elsewhere as we had a tour for a day. Still paid for two nights.
