Nice staff at front desk

Very noisy hotel. Throughout our stay, guests regularly left their doors open while talking and shouting loudly in the corridors, from early in the morning until late at night, which made it very difficult to relax. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with a balcony, which we expected to be of a higher standard than a regular room. While the bedroom itself was reasonably spacious, the bathroom was extremely small and very poorly designed. There was only a bathtub with a short shower hose, making it awkward and uncomfortable to shower. The room also had a noticeable smell of dampness. There was a dehumidifier in the room, which made us wonder if this was already a known issue. Overall, the room and hotel did not meet the standard we expected from a Deluxe Room, particularly because of the noise, poor bathroom facilities and damp smell.

Everything was a described, clean, close to everything.

They upgraded my room for free. It was superb with great furnitures. The location is near the centre and the night market.

Breakfast was terrible. You couldn't get a boiled egg from the egg station. The selection was poor, the coffee was yuk, and the staff were rude. No air conditioning in the 'VIP' room, only a pedestal fan.

Det var jobbigt när människor i grannrummet började prata väldigt högt klockan halv sex på morgonen. Lite tydliga regler för gäster när det gäller tider vore bra.

Very clean, great location for walking to night market and Xuân Hương lake! Also, great breakfast with different varieties! Kim Phương chef’s food was tasty and she was very sweet when serving us!

There was no AC but I expected due to its location.

Emplacement près des restaurants et du night market à distance de marche. Le personnel est très gentil et courtois.

Le personnel est plein d'attentions. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Déjeuner copieux, beaucoup de choix asiatiques, mais des oeufs cuits sur place. Nous retournerons avec plaisir à cet hôtel.

Le parking, l’emplacement et la propreté.

L’insonorisation n’est pas top, le personnel est moqueur, on nous a fait payer des bouteilles d’eau alors qu’on nous les as indiquées comme gratuites. C’est dommageable pour l’expérience client. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres.

I accidentally booked a small room and it is really small but that’s my fault

All the staff is quite courteous and helpful. Hotel won't charge you extra for anything. When they book you your taxi, you pay directly to the driver. And the rate is the same if you booked any taxi yourself.

Plenty of walking and climbing steps around town for elderly person like me. Luckily, there are plenty of Grab cars around.

Lovely hotel, very grand in its day in a quiet location above the town. Just 5minutes walk to market. Staff were exceptional and everything was spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately night 2 and 3 the hotel hosted a teenage end of year team building group of 50 or so. Screaming / shouting and loud noises lasted into the early hours making sleep impossible and it was a general distressing experience. We understand. Kids will be kids, no problem and a large booking is good business but I suggest the hotel should not be booking other guests at the same time, Shame.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than most, with a good view from top floor. Great location with lots of places to eat around and short walk to the night market. Breakfast was good

bei geringer hotelbelegung gibt es nur die wahl zwischen 3 frühstücken: banh bao, ei mit speck, nudelsuppe.

Struttura molto bella e super pulita. Camera bella grande e bagno con vasca idromassaggio. Receptionists gentili, soprattutto un ragazzo che ci ha trovato un driver che ci ha accompagnato in giro per la città.

Unica pecca, la colazione. Non c'erano molti ospiti e credo per questo motivo il buffet era scarso e con nessuna scelta dolce (abbiamo visto delle foto in cui il buffet era decisamente diverso...con tante cose e anche opzioni dolci)

Very convinient location, specious room with big balcony. Very friendly Staff, especially Kim from the reception, who was extreamly hrlpfull and kind.

חדרים גדולים ומרווחים. בכל בוקר צוות מנקים קרצף לנו את החדר. הכל מתוחזק היטב והצוות אדיב ונחמד. מומלץ למי שמגיע לדלאת. תמורה מעולה בשביל המחיר !

わたしの部屋は、VIP エリアという隔絶された場所にあり、そこのパブリックスペースにキッチン、ダイニングテーブル、応接セットがあったので、使うことが出来て助かりました。（同行のひとりが、足をケガして歩きにくくなり、デリバリーサービスを頼んでダイニングテーブルで食べられたから。） 現地に行く前に近くのスパやハイティーの予約を手伝ってくれて、とても助かりました。ありがとうございました。

オンライン上では、わからないが、バスタブがあると良かったです。 有料と無料サービスのミネラルウォーターは、ラベルが同じで大きさが微妙に違い、間違い易い。 まあ、500ｍｌ1本10,000ドンは、相場ですが。

Camera spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Buona la posizione e varia la colazione. Personale super gentile pronto a rispondere tempestivamente a tutte le esigenze e richieste del cliente. È stato un ottimo soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

Frukosten var inte den bästa

Отличное расположение в самом центре Персонал - быстро заселили, помогли вызвать такси, когда не работал grab. Это был единственный отель, который предложил нам 2 номера в этот вечер (отель, который бронировали заранее просто продал наш номер и закрыл бронирование еще до нашего приезда(( потому нам пришлось срочно искать замену)

Нам дали 2 номера 208 и 308, они с видом на помойку и крышу соседнего здания. В номере был грязный пол, на кроватях волосы и по ощущениям несвежее постельное белье. Мы попали в тот момент, когда в отеле в остальных номерах были только китайцы- очень шумные ребята, всю ночь ходили, гуляли, кричали, все было слышно. Завтрак чисто азиатский, но дети съели яичницу свежеприготовленную. И в номере 208 очень сильно пахло едой утром

I enjoyed my stay at the Roy Dala hotel very much. My room was nice, clean, and big. It was also just a five minute walk to the night market, which was convenient for a relaxing evening out. I was amazed by how the hotel staff are all very young (I estimate they are all 20-25 years old) but are incredibly professional and courteous. The free breakfasts are very good. There was one day when they had a planned kitchen outage, so they sent me over to an affiliate hotel / coffee house (Roy Dala Coffee House) via taxi that they paid for. Food was equally good.

夜市に近くて便利。周囲にはお店が沢山あり便利。シャワールームの密閉が悪く洗面所に水が流れ込むのが気になった。スタッフは親切。チェックイン前の荷物の預かりやチェックアウト後の荷物の預かりも快く受けてくれた。
