Room was clean, and it had a clean bed. It's a good place to sleep for a night, that's it. The restaurant is good.

Room had a bed and that's all it had. A TV that didn't work, no chairs or desk, just a bed.

My room was at the 3rd floor and I'm having a hard time using the stairs due to gout attack. When I went down for a breakfast and order my food, the waiter asked for the food stub. I told him I forgot it inside the room and that I will give it to him later and told him my room was 323. He told me NO. I cannot give you any food without the food stub. I explained I'm having a gout attack, and that I'm checked in at room 323 showing him my room and key and that I have a deposit and that I can give it to him later. He said it is the policy; I told him to be considerate and got angry and raised a bit my voice and threatened to make a complaint. That's the time he took my order and gave me my food. Then while waiting for the food, I went to the receptionist to tell her what happened. She just listens and did not say any words. My take on this is to be considerate and at least an apology would have settled me down, but I heard none. I will not book to this place again and would not recommend it to my friends

They should be ready to make an apology and be considerate when I forgot my food stub. I showed my room key and have a deposit. So why would he say I cannot give you any food?

Bed is too small for a couple and the mattress is not too comfortable. The room is too basic and small for the price.

The shower drain wouldn't drain properly the bath room door needed a lot of convincing to close and there was a huge gap I the front door jam that everyone can see straight in an you could unlock in without the key.

The aircondition wasn't cold enough and noisy. The bed was hard.

The rooms have bad smell coming from the bathroom. Towels were frayed . Bed not comfortable and the bathroom was small. Not good for tall and big people. There’s no elevator .

CR portion, it is elevated, the reason why the water from shower palagi bumababa palabas sa rug to main floor going to bed. the staffs were polite except for one receptionist, the lady, i forgot her name sounds like "Fe". She's a receptionist, we're not being judgemental on her behaviour not only to one of our colleagues but we observed that she's the same towards other guests. "mataray" as per my sales in Bacolod. The food in Bistro is always good. Thank you, not bad as my first time in Bacolod :)

Friendly staff. Good location if you need to go to Northern bus station.

The photos on the website did not match the actual room. Very drab . The tv system was so old . When they finally got it working, there was only 4 channels and none in English.

The location is very central.

Very unstable wifi. No matter how many times i tried to connect, it just kept on giving an error. The staff were not very accommodating either since the day we arrived. Not pleasant. We wanted to change our room but instead wanted to inform booking.com that we were a no show to their property. The audacity to put a bad record to my account with booking.com.

Summary (1–2 sentences): We stayed at North Tourist Inn for one night during Typhoon Verbena preparations. Noise, pests, and misleading details made it an uncomfortable experience, prompting us to leave early and seek alternatives. Positives: - Convenient location a couple of km north of Robinsons Mall. - Helpful, friendly staff. - Clean main room area. - Gated courtyard parking. - Some attractive facilities. - N-Bistro ambience was warm; lemon herb chicken and baby back ribs were excellent; breakfast simple but tasty; servers were great.

Negatives (highlights): - City View overlooked busy Lacson Street and an adjacent overpass; very noisy all night. - Requested room change; inner court rooms quieter but only fit for two guests; no extra cots available. - Numerous mosquitos; multiple bites for each of us. - Perceived allergy-like congestion and sneezing upon entry (possible pet exposure). - Breakfast policy unclear/ misleading: “free breakfast” only for the first morning, not all five. - Bathroom odor and cleanliness concerns. - Free toiletries were minimal (toothbrush, small toothpaste, toilet paper); no soap, shampoo, or other items. - Towels limited; hand towels, washcloths, and extra linens not provided. - Beds were very hard. - Age policy: children 6+ billed as adults; unclear for families. - Free Wi‑Fi unreliable and difficult to log in. - No elevator; stairs only to second floor.

Sockets were installed in wrong areas, d. No elevator, we are located at 3rd floor with 2 senior citizen and we had two 20kg luggages e. Isle at the 3rd floor a bit smelly

They have good breakfast, although its not a buffet and staff were friendly, room was just okay but good for family.

The room TV was too old and can't watch anything that much, room was too plain and simple.

Property is not in good location as mentioned and it's amenities is very poor specially arrangements of room and the furniture is very poor. And many more it's hard to explain. Better to look for other option

The family room was very spacious and comfortable for the price. The internet worked well for my work, and the restaurant food was excellent with friendly staff. The price was reasonable for what the hotel offers.

The building is quite old, so even if the room was spacious and clean, it gave me a bit of an eerie feeling. The toilet was clean but also showed its age. Since the hotel is beside the highway, car noises can be heard, though it did not disturb my sleep. What concerned me most was the room telephone. It had no number buttons and when you pick it up, it automatically calls the front desk. About 1 AM, the front desk called us because they said our room phone kept ringing on their end. My son may have accidentally played with it earlier, but it was still unusual and made me feel uncomfortable. I suggest updating the phones, especially for families with children, to avoid situations like this.

The hotel need to renovate specially the rooms we booked 4 rooms and the lady front disk is not friendly. Never greet a guest nothing.
