It needs a bit of maintenance ( I need to wash and bleached the bin under the sink as there’s few cockroaches, there’s a smell under the sink when you open the cupboard ). Toilet rugs need changed too. I just arrived from the UK and I just wish I can let a family member to visit me inside the unit, so I need to leave a day earlier as too much questions on the security and can’t let any visitors in. Overall the unit is good and comfortable to stay

Staff were imbeciles . Tried to chsrge ms for parking . Got moved 6 times . Got surrounded by security . Felt intimidated, security with guns telling me to move . No one was friendly towards me or explained anything properly

Firstly nothing but a hassle. All the hidden cost after you book. Pool and car park. Agent was so hard to contact as they allocated our car space to someone else. Then once we got inside the room and set up the wifi didn't work. After requesting our money back because off all the drama and hidden cost the agent stated she wouldn't give our money back then got us another room then told us to cancel her booking and pay the new room owner the money. I refused I wasn't paying twice and waiting for my money to be returned. Never again will I stay there or recommend them.
