Although it did have washing facilities for clothes they were not commercial machines so lacked the functions available in other hotels in a similar price bracket. Restaurant was expensive compared to local options and was lacking in a general vibe. Some effort to refresh this could help.

Sobe su čiste, prostrane i kreveti su jako udobni. Redovno se čiste i svaki dan se dobije dvije boce vode. Doručak je obilan, iako su europski izbori limitirani. Bazen je velik i grijan. Osoblje je iznimno susretljivo i srdačno. Parking je natkriven i siguran. Sve sobe imaju predivan pogled na ocean, iako u blizini nema plaža za kupanje.

Vidi se da je hotel malo pregazilo vrijeme. U bazenu na dijelovima ima plijesni. Za doručak ima jako malo svježih opcija povrća, većinom je korejska i azijska hrana koja je često kuhana ili pržena.

The view from the rooms is spectacular and there is a (short) olle trail starting just outside the hotel. Rooms are comfortable, swimming pool is amazing and open until late and for breakfast you always have a choice of local dishes which change daily. The staff is really helpful and polite. There is a small convenience store walking distance but you will need a car for trips/restaurants.

Some facilities were broken: the jacuzzi in the room took a while to switch on and the gym equipment is partially broken down. The hotel has potential but needs a bit of maintenance

Posizione tranquilla in mezzo alla natura. Dalla struttura parte una passeggiata molto carina che porta ad un'oasi verde e al mare, ma in questo punto non si può fare il bagno. La posizione è buona anche per Seogwipo per Jungmun Saekdal Beach e per le principali attrazioni del sud di Jeju, ma bisogna muoversi sempre in taxi. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, buona la colazione e lo staff è gentilissimo.

L'hotel, nonostante abbia pochi anni, non si è mantenuto benissimo e un po' di manutenzione in più non guasterebbe. Visto il costo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.

No concierge service to upload our luggage from the car. I was travelling with my daughter, and it was slightly raining when we arrived, some help would be great. Even on the day we checked out, it was 5 am, and no one helped to load luggage’s into my car. But the staffs at the reception were very friendly.

It was in a good location, away from the big part of the city. Good view and close to all the site seeing spots.

The hotel is along the shore. The view is amazing even from the rooms. The rooms are spacious and there’s a jacuzzi in each one. It’s clean and luxurious. The beds are wide and comfy. The facilities are great with a swimming pool, a fitness area and a free laundry. The staff is nice and helpful. I recommend for a stay in the South coast.

If your main priority is simply having a spacious room (maybe same as your country home own room!!!l) a private jacuzzi, and access to a small pool, you may enjoy this hotel. However, if you are paying a premium price expecting good food, professional international-level hospitality, attentive management, and a genuine resort experience, I would strongly recommend comparing other hotels in Jeju first.

First of all, the food was one of the biggest disappointments. The breakfast selection was very limited, and most of the food had almost no taste at all. The vegetables, rice, and other dishes were extremely ordinary, and there was very little variety. Even the juice selection was limited, and there were not many choices of salads, desserts, or other items that you would normally expect from a hotel charging this level of price. Breakfast was basically enough to make you less hungry, but it was certainly not an enjoyable or memorable dining experience. As a foreign guest, communication was also difficult. It was not simply about whether the staff could speak some English. The bigger problem was being able to communicate concerns clearly and have the management and reception staff fully understand what I was trying to explain. I often felt that only part of what I said was understood, which made communication unnecessarily stressful. Most disappointing for me was the overall hospitality. The level of guest welcoming, hosting, communication, and attentive care from both staff and management was almost zero in my personal experience. I did not feel the warm, professional hospitality that I normally expect when staying at a hotel in this price range. I have stayed at many hotels and resorts in Jeju, including Parnas and other major properties, so I fully understand that GoldOne is a smaller and different type of hotel. However, even with that understanding, I still cannot understand why the online ratings and rankings are exceptionally high. If your main priority is simply having a spacious room, a private jacuzzi, and access to a small swimming pool, you may enjoy staying here. However, if you are paying a premium price expecting excellent food, professional international-level hospitality, attentive management, good facilities, and a genuine resort experience, I would strongly recommend comparing other hotels in Jeju first.

Struttura pulita, camera grande e spaziosa con vasca idromassaggio. La struttura è dotata di una piscina comune e di un ristorante dove poter pranzare e cenare. Il personale gentile ed accogliente. Per raggiungere la struttura dall’aeroporto ci impiegate circa 1 ora senza traffico.

La suite était confortable pour une famille de 4 personnes. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont agréables.

L'ensemble de l'hôtel et des équipements mériteraient un rafraîchissement.

Övertäffade verkligen mina förväntningar! Jag var mycket nöjd med hela vistelsen. Personalen var otroligt trevlig, hjälpsam och gjorde att man kände sig välkommen. Städningen var perfekt och frukosten var underbar, med ett stort och varierat utbud av rätter. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell och kommer gärna tillbaka!

Un peu éloigné du centre ville faut prendre le taxi .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had quite a lot of special requests and required some help with calling some services in Korean, and they were very patient and eager to help. Also, when I reported a broken piece of equipment in the gym, a handyman came 15 minutes afterwards to fix it, which was impressive. Breakfast was very good. Heated swimming pool was a blast, especially since it was cold during our stay.

Even though the hotel is quite new, it has a dated vibe (I guess its probably the style of the hotel?) The hot tub was flimsy, sometimes the massage worked, sometimes it didn't. The gym was not very well equipped.

제주도의 장점을 살린 조용한 호텔이었다. 조식을 선택하여 먹었는데 여유롭게 대부분 정성이 들어간 조식이었다. 가장 좋은점은 많은 사람들로 붐비지 않았다. 외국인 비율이 높았다.

객실내에 에어컨이 LG 최상위 모델이었는데 리모컨이 없어서 단순한 작동만을 사용하였다. 에어컨 리모컨을 객실에 비치하였음 한다.

Удобные кровати и подушки, было комфортно спать. Рядом расположена пешеходная тропа которая ведет вокруг острова. До всех интересных мест нужно ехать на машине. В целом на острове нужна машина.

The rooms with the jacuzzis are amazing. The whole building is kept very nice. Breakfast was above average for Korean standards. The possibilities with the huge pool, fitness, playing rooms, laundry are very good too.

The prices in the hotel are too high. I recommend to eat somewhere else. And don't book the airport transfer through the hotel, they rip you off. It's easy to find Uber/Taxis driving you around the whole island and you pay a third of what the hotel lets you pay.

Estuvo bien pero no iría expresamente. El jacuzzi estuvo bien pero quizás haberlo podido disfrutar sin cristal o poder haber abierto la ventana hubiera sido lo suyo. Parking gratuito y techado (debajo de la piscina). Estaba bien la habitación, bastante grande con todas las comodidades de un hotel de estas características aunque con algunos peros...

Se veía un hotel que ha quedado obsoleto y la moqueta ya olía a rancio... Espacios muy grandes pero desaprovechados y desayuno excesivamente caro que finalmente no pagamos ademas de que teníamos que decidir si queríamos desayunar alli el día anterior. En las fotos se veia mejor

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise: decor, comfort, views, location, quiet, cleanliness, staff attention, support & kindness, proximity to the Ocean & Olle trail 7... Please do not be put off by any negative reviews: this hotel's amenities are not dated, in my opinion. Go, you'll love it.

Location and view were nice. It's a quiet location with a short taxi ride to the the main city.

Cockroaches in the pool area. The gym is really poor quality and smells like mould. Rooms also have a strange mouldy smell.

The rooms were spacious and lovely, and the pool was fantastic. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cafe on site, easy parking and accessible laundry. We had a great stay.

Stort utrymme med fantastisk inredning och arkitektur. Utmärkt personal och en trevlig pool att simma i på dagarna. Poolen hade även en fantastisk utsikt över det fina havet.

På frukosten fick alla i mitt sällskap en fantastik köttbit medans min köttbit var en skosula och senig. En bra kock ska se det.

Прекрасная ухоженная территория. Чистые номера. Новая, качественная сантехника. Приятное постельное белье. Всегда в достатке халаты и полотенца. Даже свет в номере удобно выключается. Отзывчивый, приветливый персонал.

Spacious rooms for our family of 5 with crib for little one. Beautiful ocean view from room, balcony and jacuzzi. Very warm pool making it possible to spend hours and hours in it. Close to hiking trails that lead down to the ocean. Breakfast was huge and full of options and hardly anyone eating there….property full of people but restaurant and lobby always a ghost town. My kids felt at home there🥰. Receptionist who spoke English very well and older gentleman were always so kind and helpful. We had to leave early to the airport so they kindly packed large delicious breakfast sandwiches and fruit!

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night first night, had to wake the kids up and get them out into the hallway only to find out it was a “humidity error “. Although property is newish, decor is very dated and amenities appear much older than 2018.

Lack of room amenities for a 'five star' hotel, cheap tea and coffee, no hand soap! No face towels, fire alarm going off in the middle of the night meaning the hotel needed to evacuate and no staff to be seen for some time...ended up being a false alarm

Море недалеко но каменистое, есть где погулять Уединенные тропы. Вид на океан, очень понравился бассейн - чистый и теплый

We really enjoyed this hotel. Very spacious rooms, helpful and professional staff, many helpful hotel facilities (such as free laundry and gym as well as relaxing pool) and car parking for our hire car. We stayed in a room on a higher floor with a beautiful ocean and mountain view. The hotel is in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay here - comfortable, quiet and peaceful hotel and great staff. While the hotel is on the older side, it is well maintained and has a great style about it.

The room size is great.

You look at the hotel and you know this was a bad decision! The size and cleanliness in the room is the only saving grace. Common areas didn't appear to be maintained well. Also, we placed a dinner order and they forgot to tell the kitchen. The hotel is not close to any restaurants and we were traveling with a toddler! We got a bottle for wine for an apology- quite disappointing and thoughtless.

Mycket tillmötesgående personal. Frukosten speciell och fin. Har aldrig ätit biff tidigare till frukost. Fint kött och mycket gott. Fin utsikt från rummet och bubbelbadet på rummet härligt.

Tyckte att det var lite nedgånget men inte så det påverkade vår vistelse, kanske upplevde vi det mer eftersom det var lågsäsong.

The outdoor jacuzzi’s water heater was broken the entire time, which was disappointing. I wanted to use the jacuzzi in the evening when it was windy and cool. The room had a big bathtub with with some jets, and a ocean view, which was great, but the jets were very loud, and though the tub was very large, it wasn’t extra deep. I’d prefer a smaller but deeper soaking tub, like a Japanese ofuro.

お掃除担当の方が、ドアノブに掛けているroom cleaningの印をdon’t disturbと勘違いしていました。 スタッフの方に伝えれば解決出来ますが、むしろドアノブに掛けない方がスムーズなようです。

The room itself was clean and the sea view was nice, although all rooms appeared to have the same view despite this being presented as a “higher floor upgrade.” The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower pressure and hot water were very good, and housekeeping cleaned the room daily. You were provided with dressing gowns and slippers.

Almost everything else. This hotel is absolutely not a 4-star boutique or luxury hotel and the online images are extremely misleading. Before even arriving, the hotel had issues with a hacked account and scam payment situation which should have been a warning sign. The exterior areas were in a terrible state of repair with weeds growing through paving, moss, broken paving stones, damaged furniture, missing lights, rusty mini golf equipment, and generally neglected surroundings. The rooftop area was particularly awful, with uneven AstroTurf full of holes, broken chairs, cracked pots, and even a staircase that appeared to be pulling away from the wall. The room itself looked fresher in photos than in reality, with dated fixtures and fittings. The jacuzzi bath leaked across the bathroom floor on the first night and the “repair” involved maintenance putting tape around it. The keycard and door lock repeatedly failed during our stay, including one occasion where my partner was locked out for around 30 minutes in wet swimming shorts after using the pool because the battery in the door lock had died. The pool area also felt poorly maintained and unsafe, with loose raised tiles around the edge which I saw a child trip and injure themselves on. There was mould around the pool and hot tub areas, damaged chairs with no cushions, and broken hot tub jets. Small details were also disappointing for a hotel advertising itself as luxury, shower heads covered in limescale, an empty diffuser in the room, very few clothes hangers, and repeated issues that management acknowledged but never resolved despite promising they would “make up for it.” Overall, this hotel felt neglected, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard being advertised. I genuinely do not understand the high ratings and would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelowa. Duży pokój z balkonem, wanną z hydromasażem. Widok z hotelu był świetny a sama lokalizacja jest fantastyczna. Dodatkowo w hotelu są pralki i suszarki do ubrań. Podgrzewany basen i hottub. Pokoje jak i przesyrzeń wspólna czysta. Miejsce parkingowe w paringowcu a w okolicy dużo fajnych knajpek w zasięgu kilku do kilkunastu minut spacerem. Świetna baza wypadowo na zwiedzanie wysypy. Bliska odległość do Seogwipo z wspaniałym nocnym marketem. 10/10

Śniadania są dosyć drogie biorąc pod uwagę, że w pobliżu jest bardzo duzo opcji które są sporo tańsze. Hotel ma już kilka lat i widać że potrzebuje "tu i tam" odświeżenia ale ogólnie jest świetny.

Jacuzzi bath tub was clean but when we turned on the air jets dirt came out of the pipes. It was quite unpleasant.

Krásny luxusný hotel, pravdupovediac sme taký luxus nečakali a ani nevyužili.. Ale cítili sme sa tam úžasne. Personál veľmi milý a nápomocný. V Kórei je to asi aj norma.

Nenašli sme žiadne negatíva.

Skrzypiąca i podnosząca się podłoga na skutek odchodzenia desek od podłoża,nieszczelny korek w wannie do jacuzzi, więc radość z kąpieli odpływa, śniadania skromne i niezależnie od pory przyjścia na stołówkę - braki na talerzach. W restauracji specyficzna kelnerka, na którą najpierw trzeba było długo czekać mimo, że tylko we dwójkę byłyśmy na sali, podała jedno menu mimo prośby o drugie i nie zrozumiala zamówienia, wobec czego jedna osoba nie otrzymała dania w ogóle.

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient location. Staff were very good though sometimes it was difficult to communicate. Yang was extremely helpful. Short taxi ride to the southern great wall and east lake.

I loved this place! The spacious room with an ocean view. Comfy beds. Luxury bathroom with nice toiletries and soft towels. Jacuzzi in the room and heated pool were my highlights, especially in low season when it's still not a beach weather. Staff was friendly and helpful. It must be even better during high season with the rooftop terrace lively. I never wanted to leave!

The laundry room is free but filthy, some space for improvement there. The price for breakfast was ridiculous... It is so unreasonable that makes you think they want you not to order it. There are no tours from Seogwipo, so in general, the location is more suitable for travelers who come by car. It's not on the hotel, but something to take into consideration.

The hotel makes you feel like you are on your honeymoon. The room is large and has a beautiful view with a hot tub. The pool is heated to perfection and tranquil. I wish I could have stayed longer!
