Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, eine wirklich schöne Anlage mit Parkplätzen direkt beim Hotel. Gym und Pool sind super! Für die kleinen Erledigungen gibt es einen kleinen self-service ConvenienceStore. Frühstück sehr ausgiebig und lecker!

Leider ist die Anlage etwas weit weg vom Schuss, sodass man mit längeren Fahrszeiten rechnen muss.

We loved the quiet location by the seaside and the size of the hotel complex both of which enabled a very relaxing and comfortable stay. We also appreciated the sizable parking lot.

אחלה מלון. ארוחת בוקר עשירה, וגם המסעדה של המלון הייתה מצויינת. נהננו מאוד. (למי שלא ברור לו מה ההבדל בין החדרים.. בבניין האגף הם קצת יותר ישנים כנראה מהבניין הראשי, אבל עדיין מאוד גדולים ונוחים.) great hotel, good breakfast. we liked it very much.

Great location to relax but still a lot to do if you wanted to. The hotel was lovely, very clean, pools were great, staff were helpful, room was big with everything you needed. Can't say enough good things about this place. The restaurant is good. There is also a little cafe 2 mins walk away- yomangjin kitchen. It's excellent

מיקום מעולה (חובה לשכור רכב) , וחדרים גדולים נוחים. קיבלנו חדר בבניין הראשי (ישן יותר) ועדיין החדר היה מאוד גדול ונוח. הנוף לים ולבריכות היה מושלם.

ארוחת בוקר סבירה, חסר ירקות וחלק מהאוכל כולל מאפים לא חם. הצוות בקבלה קצת אדיש ולא שירותי

the view was beautiful

the property itself was a bit unclean and not well managed. there were no front desk staff in our building so we would have to back and forth a lot between annex building and the main building. the bathtub clogged very easily.

The beds were too hard for us.

We stayed at a room with Seaview and the view was amazing. Room was spacious and bedding was very comfortable. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was a small spread but provided sufficient variety.

Posizione meravigliosa con vista mozzafiato, camera ampia e confortevole dotata di un comodo terrazzino, 3 piscine grandi e ben attrezzate. Il ristorante offre scelte variegate e gustose. Parcheggio grande e comodo del tutto gratuito.

La pulizia potrebbe essere più accurata e il personale della reception più amichevole. A colazione non ci sono opzioni gluten free e nessuno ha cercato di risolvere il problema. Il balcone è poco fruibile perchè non ha sedute nè stendipanni.

Gute, ruhige Lage direkt am Meer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Auswahl war wirklich gut und ausreichend. Auch die Aiswahl bzgl. Abendessen war gut.

Auch hier sind die Zimmer, inkl. Bad in die Jahre gekommen, alles sehr abgewohnt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt m.E. überhaupt nicht!

Un établissement avec une vue imprenable sur la côte sud de l’île ! Juste sublime ! Jeju requiert une voiture pour visiter l’île et la proximité de Segwipo et de pas mal de centres d’intérêt en font un lieu idéal ! Piscine sympa, restaurant très correct, petit déjeuner très bon ! Salle de gym bien équipée avec une vue !! Bref à refaire

Oceniam hotel bardzo dobrze. Jak dotychczas najlepiej w Korei. Są dwie części hotelu - stara i nowa. Obie bez zarzutu. Można powiedzieć iż starsza cześć jest nawet lepsza pod kontem pokoi i ich funkcjonalności + balkony. Przepiękny widok na ocean i kutry pływające. Cztery baseny zewnętrzne + jeden basen wewnętrzny. Koreańska strefa odnowy - polecam - nie spotkałem się jeszcze z miejscem na odnowę fryzury i nie tylko. Pozytywne zaskoczenie. Śniadania i desery wyśmienite. Pochwały dla kucharza/y. Obsługa profesjonalna. Trzy parkingi. Jak jest komplet to wszystko zajęte. Tarasy na dachu. Siłownia. Polecam.

Las Instalaciones , en especial la piscina, con vistas al mar. También había piscina interior por si llueve , aunque nosotros no la usamos. La comida también era de calidad y ofrecían bastante variedad.

No hay ningún bar para tomar algo por la noche. Hay un roof top y una terraza pero sin bar habilitado y pasadas las 21:30 no te dejan pedir ni una copa de vino. Lo que menos me gustó fue el trato del personal , muy poco predispuestos a ayudar al cliente, peticiones como leche vegetal caliente en el buffet eran un NO rotundo. No nos dejaron encender una vela de cumpleaños dentro del restaurante. Tampoco me gustó que me cobraran incluso antes de traer la comida , y eso que estábamos alojados en el hotel y tenían una tarjeta como garantía. Solo se salvaba una chica muy amable del restaurante por la noche , creo que se llamaba Aylin.

Жёсткие матрасы, свет выключается только с одной кровати, не очень вежливый персонал на ресепшн (мы спросили где можно заказать еду из меню из бассейна, и ответили, что они не знают и этим не занимаются), у бассейна есть меню, но нет персонала кто занимается заказами. Бассейн работает до 20, но в 19:30 они начинают все складывать, как будто выгоняют тебя.

Hotel und Anlage war sehr schön und sauber. Der Zimmer ist zwar sehr groß und modern, das Bad ist aber etwa in den Jahren gekommen. Viele Pools inklusive Hot Tub! Frühstück war super, mega viel Auswahl und lecker!! Abendessen im Hotel Restaurant auch zu empfehlen

On a 4 star hotel guest shouldn't wait for having breakfast due to a packed room, especially when some outside table are available to be seated to. And staff is not able to speak English properly.

Superbe hôtel en bord de mer, vue mer. Chambres spacieuses avec balcon pour certaines, notamment dans le bâtiment principal. La piscine est grande et propre. Tout est très propre. Piscine intérieure et sauna très agréables. Le village est charmant avec ses haenyeo, ses roches volcaniques, et son sentier qui longe la mer. A proximité de la ville de Seogwipo. Parfait pour un séjour balnéaire.

Самый лучший отель!!! Все было идеально, персонал отзывчивый. Номер просторный и чистый. Интернет летает. На завтрак не ходили, а вот в ресторане просто кушали. Порции большие и вкусные. Бассейн отличный и вид огонь!

사우나 이용당시 라커룸 이용에 대한 설명이 조금 부족한것같아요 이해하기 쉽게 설명서가 벽에 크게 붙어있으면 좋겠습니다 처음에 초기비밀번호가 0000으로 설정이 된줄 몰라서 잠긴후에 조금 당황스러웠어요

Personalen talar inte engelska nått vidare i receptionen städas bra vardags städ men stånk på väggar sängkarm och hår på madrasser drar ner ordentligt

Location was excellent for us and our plans to visit the south of the island.

Staff was not customer oriented (we had to leave early in the morning of our last day, 15 minutes before the opening of the restaurant for breakfast) and, although we asked, we didn’t even get a croissant or fruit.

Superbe hôtel en bord d'océan. Piscine superbe avec plusieurs parties pour tout le monde. Petit-déjeuné parfait et varié. Accès facile. Un peu isolé mais avec une voiture ce n'est pas un problème car Jeju n'est pas très grand et l'hôtel est situé au milieu sud de l'ile.

The location is good and is close to the sea. The room that I stayed is on the highest floor. The room is nice and we could stay indoor to enjoy the seaview.

La posizione era perfetta Lontano dalla città principale e sul mare I ristoranti vicini erano accoglienti e con una vasta varietà in menù. Le camera era spaziosa e confortevole, i letti erano molto comodi La colazione buonissima e con molta varietà

La sala della colazione si affaccia su una zona coperta all'aperto, c'erano dei tavoli ma non era possibile fare lì colazione o mangiare in generale Penso sia un pò un peccato, durante la bella stagione, non sfruttare la zona esterna

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the location was convenient for exploring Jeju and nearby attractions.

The room was a little warm at times, and the Wi-Fi could have been more reliable. Other than that, everything met our expectations.

La chambre est spacieuse, le restaurant est bien et est ouvert jusqu’à 22h. Super petit déjeuner. La piscine interieure, l’eau est plutôt fraîche par rapport à la piscine exterieure. Le sauna femme et homme correspond à des bains à 40 degré et non pas à un sauna nordique. Le port d’un bonnet de bain est obligatoire pour la piscine mais la casquette est acceptée.

Locatie was fantastisch

Het is een beetje afgetrapt en niet zo strak allemaal. Daarnaast pretenderen ze een 4 sterren hotel te zijn maar de hospitaliteit is zeer laag. We vroegen om een extra dekbed en moesten daar extra voor betalen (nog nooit meegemaakt). Drankjes bij de pool kon je wel bestellen maar dan moest je zelf helemaal naar binnen gaan. Nee het was in die zin een magere 3 sterren, terwijl ze eigenlijk alles in huis hebben om een dikke 4 sterren te zijn.

Too many kids playing videos out loud through loudspeakers during breakfast time. Staff could have been more proactive to suggest to parents to control their kids. There’s room for improvement for the sauna - put in a sauna /steam room. There aren’t a lot of convenient stores / restaurants within walking distance.

We did not eat at the restaurant as menu seemed to offer off choice.

We were in the new portion of the hotel - it seemed like a nice, quiet part of the island. The hotel was fairly basic but good value, clean and staff was friendly!

Dimensione della camera, posizione hotel, piscina e spa, ottima la colazione.

Camera con materasso adagiato sul pavimento, assenza di appendini sulle pareti o porte del bagno. L'hotel e posizionato a due passi dal mare, ma non dispone di nessun accesso.

Schönes Hotel, genügend grosse Zimmer. Sehr schöne Pool Anlage und Garten. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Schön am Meer gelegen. Gutes Restaurant mit grosser Auswahl an Speisen.

Die Möbel sin etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht gross gestört hat. Auf dem Balkon gab es kein Tisch oder Stühle zum draussen sitzen. Englisch der Restaurant Angestellten teils mangelhaft, schwirig zu kommunizieren.

Keine Dusche, stattdessen Badewanne mit Brause und Duschvorhang, das passt nicht mehr zum sonst sehr schönen Zimmer.

The room was big. The location. Listening to the waves while sleeping. The pools and jacuzzi. Comfortable bed.

The building we were in was the older building so not as nice. Breakfast was too expensive so we got breakfast from a convenience store. The staff was not always that friendly but I think it's because they did not speak English well. Hotel was clean but not super clean.

The amenities provided in the room were of good quality (eg toiletries, hair dryer, clothes rack, coffee maker etc). The water pressure of shower was good. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The view was great. The sauna was great. The hotel entrance was fit with amenities for drying our wet umbrellas and shoes, which was a small but very thoughtful and helpful provision.

The staff generally felt like they were not happy to meet our queries or service at the counter. I did not feel like I was welcomed at the hotel; it was a transaction and we were there to pay for a service. We informed them of an aircon issue and three days later, it was still met with a lacklustre attitude. We were also told verbally and with paper instruction that going to the pool and jacuzzi required a swim cap. We complied in consideration to the instructions, only to find that hardly anyone did so and were allowed to anyway.

Very beautiful room. It was a suite with two bathrooms, living and kitchenette. It also has a jacuzzi. The views of the small islands in front of the balcony are astonishing. All was very good. Breakfast very good as well. It has outdoor pools.

Fint beläget vid havet med väldigt bra pooler, både en varm pool och en simbassäng som var cirka 25 meter lång så man kunde motionssimma där. Finns också ett välutrustat gym med fria vikter och maskiner, bla en ställning med olympisk stång för knäböj och bänkpress, smith-maskin och latsdrag. Frukosten var otrolig, fanns både nyttigt och sött. Restaurangen serverade även lunch och middag och de rätter vi hann prova var väldigt bra.

מלון מקסים, ממוקם מדהים ( נוף יפיפה לים), חדר כושר עם נוף הכי יפה שראיתי.למרות שירד גשם כמעט כל הזמן, נהננו מאד
