Reviewed Apr 12, 2026ADO巴士站近在咫尺，马路对面就有发往玛雅遗址公园的中巴，非常方便。 我们凌晨抵达，担心安全，临时选了离巴士站最近的酒店。值班的前台热情接待了我们，还提供了免费咖啡。8点换班时提前为我们办理了入住手续，非常感谢。 房间宽敞，空调给力，院子里还有个漂亮的小泳池。 相邻的店铺有中餐、日餐馆和taco店，以及小超市。

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026La amplitud de la habitación y su luz natural, el jardín con la piscina y que se podía dormir sin aire acondicionado porque el ventanal tenía mosquitera al igual que el del baño. El colchón era bastante cómodo.
No hay lamparitas en las mesillas de noche ni los enchufes están cerca de la cama siendo la luz central de la habitación un poco agresiva.

Il manque un espace de rangement pour les vêtements et un réfrigérateur.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Clean and comfortable property right in the centre of tulum, 1 min from the bus station. I felt very safe there as a solo traveller. Hotel offers bag storage and water machine with teas and coffees on offer. Shower pressure was great and very warm.
It is on the Main Street so a bit of noise should be expected. Staff could be a bit friendlier. The beds are on wheels so move around sometimes.

J'ai loué 3 vélos (2 demi journées et 1 journée : aucun geste commercial, j'ai payé 3 jours). Aucun reçu. Le dernier jour j'ai crevé, les vélos étaient très vieux. Je l'ai signalé au retour (après avoir poussé mon vélo 5km) par honnêteté. La "mamager" a voulu me faire payer 15€ pour réparer la crevaison. Après lui avoir exprimé mon mécontentement c'est passé à 7€. Je ne suis pas à 7€ près, je lui ai donné mais sur le principe j'ai trouvé ça à la limite de l'honnêteté.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Big, relatively comfy bed. Central, 2 min from ADO. It was less noisy than we expected (I'm sound sensitive) after reading horrific reviews here and on Google. Maybe we just got lucky or it was the Sunday-Tuesday timing.
Do prepare for a plethora of noise, day and night, but most of that is outside of the power of the hotel. They clean quite chemically. Socket on only one side of the bed. They were not (extra) kind to store our luggage for an hour the day after we checked out.

Le pides en recepción que te consigan un scooter y una agencia te lleva uno directo al hotel (durante la noche se puede guardar adentro ) después lo pasan a retirar ahí mismo. Estábamos de luna de miel y nos sorprendieron con pétalos de rosas y chocolates en la habitación !
Todo bien! , un frigobar en la habitación ya sería perfecto (lo único que falta)

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Very good position. Frendly staff. Furniture is very minimalistic but functional. Very nice garden with pool, but we didn't really use it much.
Our room was at ground floor, right by the pool, and the main door is made of wood. This has two large problems: 1. No soundproofing AT ALL. Voices from the pool area, loud music from the street (yes, by the way the front door of the hotel is open 24/7), steps of people walking, etc... all sound like inside the room. 2. The room gets a lot of humidity from the pool. There is an AC unit if you suffer during the night but everytime you enter the room it smells from the humidity. Also the mattress was a bit too hard for us.

Because of open air style of hotel, people's voices hanging out in pool and patio seats were echoing loudly into our room. Also there was a big gap of room door on the bottom so not sure if insects were more able to come in.

L'hôtel est super propre, le ménage est fait tout les jours et les serviettes sont changées. Et l'eau chaude fonctionne vraiment (ce n'est pas le cas partout) Il y a toujours du café à l'entrée et des infusions en libre service, c'est sympa :)
Un petit bémol, l'insonorisation des chambres. Ce qui fait qu'on entend la musique des boîtes de nuits à côté.
