J’ai tout aimé au sein de l’hôtel. Les employés, la chambre, le jardin, la piscine, le petit-déjeuner, l’accès à tout le centre ville, les restaurants et magasins, le parc Jaguar et la plage, tout à pied et à vélo. Les employés sont particulièrement gentils et intéressants. Merci !

La struttura si è presentata come una piccola oasi immersa nel verde, una piscina molto carina cosa come tutto l’esterno, personale preparato e gentile, stanza pulita, spaziosa con ogni comfort, abbastanza vicino al centro. La struttura presenta anche un bar/ristorante al suo interno, comodo per colazione e cena.

La chambre, la piscine, la gentillesse du personnel… hôtel calme, a proximité d’une laverie et d’un 7-Eleven pour faire des petites courses. C’était vraiment un super séjour.

Le jacuzzi et la piscine sont des prestations sympathiques. Le personnel était très gentil, professionnel et accueillant. La chambre est spacieuse et le côté décoration est joli. Le restaurant Sushi Lab attenant proposait d’excellents mets. De plus, la climatisation est très appréciable avec le climat.

Bien que nous ayons été surclassés, la chambre et la literie sentaient beaucoup l’humidité (il n’y avait pas vraiment de ventilation) et le frigo n’était pas très propre, ce qui est dommage. L’eau de la piscine ne semble pas nettoyée tous les jours.

Super centralt og meget lækker tropisk have med en flot pool. Vi nød at være i haven og bade. Værelserne var fine og alt var som beskrevet. Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi blev taget godt imod.

The property was so inviting and relaxing. The pool was fabulous. The setting was tropical and so fabulous. The staff and restaurant were awesome.

The bed was a little hard. All else was fabulous.

No hemos podido usar el jacuzzi en el balcón, porque era sucio, pero es normal porque realmente llovía casi todos los días.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben das Penthouse-Apartment gebucht mit Pool und Küche. Das ,,Zimmer‘‘ war sehr groß, tolle Dachterasse und bequemes Bett. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und insgesamt hatte man ein richtig cooles Dschungel-Gefühl in der Anlage. Ein paar Minuten entfernt gibt es einen 7-Eleven und die Hauptstraße mit Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufmöglichkeiten ist ca. 7min entfernt. Für den Strand muss man ein Colectivo/Fahrrad/Taxi nehmen, laufen ist zu weit.

Die Liegen auf der Dachterasse waren schon etwas alt und die Küche leider eher schlecht ausgestattet, ein paar Utensilien mehr hätten es auf jeden Fall leichter gemacht. Und vielleicht noch eine kleine Standard-Ausstattung mit Öl, Salz, Pfeffer (für den Preis hätten wir sowas erwartet😊)

La habitación que nos ofrecieron inicialmente olía muy mal, tenía humedad , no tenía vistas y era un segundo sin ascensor. A la mañana siguiente el encargado de recepción nos hizo un cambio y nos ofreció un apartamento muy mono y con vistas a la piscina

Lo cerca de todo y las intalaciones

El personal fue muy amable. El espacio esta cuidado y el lugar era muy tranquilo.

Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas y la piscina estaba algo sucia aunque seguramente fuese por ser temporada baja.

Dovevamo soggiornare due notti, ma, una volta arrivati abbiamo chiesto subito di potere rimanere più a lungo. La camera era molto spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. La vasca privata è stata una bella coccola e ci ha permesso di rinfrescarci anche nelle giornate più calde. Tutto il resto perfetto, il parcheggio per l'auto, la piscina, il personale, la colazione, il ristorante. Non abbiamo sentito il rumore della strada perchè in vacanza usiamo i tappi e non abbiamo inconvenienti.

La nostra camera era abbastanza polverosa, la doccia non aveva il porta sapone e non si riescono ad aprire le finestre per far cambiare l'aria con il risultato che la stanza sapeva un pò di chiuso.

Great stay in Tulum - 10 minute walk into town. Friendly staff, good restaurant, large and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Lovely pool and the surrounding gardens are very nice! Would stay again!

Es un Hotel muy agradable, cómodo y tranquilo, tiene mucha vegetación y lo hace verse muy bien. Sus habitaciones son amplias.

Que el restaurante para comer y cenar solo tiene la opción de Sushi, creo que si tuvieran un restaurante de comida internacional estaría bien. Que dejan usar las instalaciones a personas locales, sin estar hospedadas en el Hotel.

La disponibilité du personnel Situé à 13 minutes à pied de la station ADO

Situé en bordure d’une route très passante et extrêmement bruyante : poids lourds, motos, quads, scooters et voitures circulent à vive allure aussi bien de jour que de nuit. Le bruit est très intense ; même avec des boules Quies, j’avais l’impression de dormir au bord d’une autoroute. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre, mais cela n’a pas réellement amélioré la situation. Même constat pour la piscine, qui était bruyante et sale. En sortant de l’hôtel, il n’y a pas de trottoir : on arrive directement sur cette route dangereuse et mal éclairée. L’hôtel semble vieillissant. Dans ma salle de bain, il n’y avait pas de fenêtre, seulement une moustiquaire. La porte de la chambre, qui est une baie vitrée, était cassée. Il y a également beaucoup de moustiques, probablement en raison du jacuzzi.

This hotel was incredible and one of our favourite stays. The space was insanely spacious and we had everything we could ever need including an oven. Air-con and fan was a dream and shower was amazing. The on site restaurant was so good we ate there twice. The location is good and wifi was great. The pool was amazing.

We had a car and we’re lucky to have a parking space but parking is a bit limited.

L'emplacement proche de tout. La piscine est top. Le jacuzzi dans certaines chambres était super, même si les jets ne fonctionnaient pas. Le petit parking à disposition devant.

L'odeur d'humidité partout dans la chambre.. c'est insupportable. Et rajouter un sèche cheveux.

Our room was massive - we did get a free upgrade. The facilities were great in the room, there was a nice pool. The big pleasant surprise was the quality of the food in the on-site restaurant don't over look this option. Location was close to the main street which had some touristy shops and restaurants. Off street parking was easy to access at the front of the property. Definitely happy to stay here again.

Végétation dans la cour de l’hôtel, personnel agréable à l’accueil, piscine et transat, chambre de bonne taille avec petit balcon. Comme on est arrivé tôt notre chambre n’était pas prête donc on nous en a donné une autre et tant mieux car la chambre au départ était côté route et je pense que cela aurait été très bruyant car beaucoup de passage sur la route, au final notre chambre était éloigné de la route donc plutôt calme. Nous n’avons pas essayé le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel (en supplément). Place de stationnement devant l’hôtel

Musique à côté de l’hôtel le soir mais qui n’a pas duré toute la nuit donc ne nous a pas trop dérangé pour dormir

The staff was very nice and helpful. They accepted to change our room due to some issues with the shower water, even giving us a better room. The hotel premises are beautiful, the food at the restaurant was delicious.

Xscape exceeded my expectations 1000%. Thr photos can't do it justice.

- pool was nice but could use a touch up.where there is noticeable discoloration / staining. - the patio door key 🔑 easily gets stuck and is difficult to remove when locking it. - the kitchen/ lv room could have better lighting like under lights below the shelves. - the reception staff could be more fluent in English for guests who do not speak Spanish. Very minor improvements. We loved it! Great setup for the cost! We will be back again! Satisfied guests!

THE ROOM IS BIG ENOUGH FOR 2 PERSONS. THE BATHROOM IS ALSO BIG AND CONFORTABLE. THIS IS OUR FIVE OR SIX TIME THERE, BECAUSE IS GOOD LOCATED.

THAT THE DOOR OF THE BATH WAS KIND OF OLD. THE DOOR MAKE MUCH NOICE BECAUSE OF THE MATERIALS ARE ROSTED. THAT THE PERSON IN CHARCHE DIDNT GIVE US THE PILLOW WE WANTED.

The location worked well for us, and we liked the leafy courtyard feel, with a nice swimming pool. The staff were excellent, and very helpful trying to assist me retrieving a bag that KLM had left in Amsterdam sluggishly getting it to Cancun. Easy walk to a couple of excellent restaurants, and a choice of locals' or tourist breakfast cafes.

Arrangements for the transfer from Cancun Airport were poor - we'd passed on information about enforced flight changes, but it took a long time to be picked up. It wasn't clear who we were paying, and the minibus was extremely uncomfortable - not worth the 2500MXN it cost.

Wir sind gegen 22 Uhr angereist und es hieß, dass ein Security Mensch und den Schlüssel geben würde, vor Ort haben wir dann aber 30 Minuten auf ihn warten müssen, was nach einer 16 Stunden Reise nicht sonderlich angenehm ist

Excellent rapport qualité prix ! On avait une chambre magnifique avec salon privé, une clim et un frigo hyper silencieux, dans un cadre de jardin tropical. Les petits dej du restaurant sont en supplément mais très goûteux et à prix correct. Super literie. On a vraiment aimé cet hôtel.

Le bruit ! La route, les chiens qui aboient sans cesse... les boules quies sont INDISPENSABLES. L'eau de la douche était à peine tiède.

It is next to a loud road so sometimes you’re woken up but the air con acted as white noise so wasn’t too bad.

Die Lage war super, Anlage war sehr sauber und das Personal war super freundlich.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit privatem Whirlpool auf der Veranda. Der war super, allerdings war der Ausblick in Richtung einer derart vermüllten Straße, sodass es etwas uncool war. Morgens trafen sich dort in der Straße Obdachlose…schlussendlich haben wir den Whirlpool daher nur einmal genutzt.

You had no view from balcony because of tall plants, and balcony chairs were uncomfortable so need cushions. There was quite a lot of traffic noise.

Loved the grounds, the open environment, the room was quite large, and comfortable bed. Two water bottles in the room on arrival/check-in.

The private pool in front of the room was not really usable. Curtains did not close to block out light yet bed had surrounded covering that was pulled to block out lamp-light at night. Limited access to full personal water container.

Tout. La chambre et le bon lit bien ferme, le resto (japonais !!!) dans le jardin de l’hôtel, on n’a pas testé la piscine mais ça avait l’air correct et surtout l’accueil à la réception. Bref, la relative tranquillité des lieux dans la ville bruyante et festive de Tulum est un très bon choix.

Bed was floppy and uncomfortable. The Pool had no hand rail and that made it unusable.

We loved our stay at Xscape. Exceeded our expectation. Really good value and amazing customer service!

The room was huge! It had a lovely patio with beautiful chairs overlooking the courtyard. It had toiletries. We ate breakfast at the restaurant that is a part of Xscape Tulum, and several dinners. All were very tasty! The staff were amazing - very helpful and solicitous of our enjoyment of the hotel and the area. Well done, we would definitley stay there again.

The ONLY thing that could have been better is not the fault of Xscape Tulum. The GPS consistently took us to a spot a block away, around a corner. Not sure why? We had to ask a number of people on the street/in a restaurant where it was. We were glad to find it, but it was frustrating after a long day, to have problems finding it. Definitely worth the effort, though!

The grounds are very clean and and atmosphere was soothing. They had a great sushi restaurant and a bar on the grounds. The rooms were simple but clean and accommodating. The staff was great including the restaurant and bar staff I would definitely stay again great place especially for the money.

We had the most glorious stay in this hotel. Cannot fault a thing. Ignore any reviews with any negative rating - they definitely are being fussy. Everything was 10/10 , perfect location, room was huge (we had a downstairs room with the outside bath), staff were helpful and we felt very welcomed.

Gute Lage, ich konnte zur ADO Busstation und Geschäften laufen, hübsches, sauberes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, freundliches Personal und schönem Garten mit Pool. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch lecker.
