Das Appartment war sehr ruhig, traumhafter Balkon, tolle Aussicht vom Sichtplatz, gute Ausstattung in der Küche.

Clean. Spacious. Good location. Good value. Responsive staff.

Smell coming from master bedroom en suite bathroom in the evenings of the first two nights of our stay. But I think they did fix that after we flagged it (see responsive staff comment above). At least it went away. Key cards locking you out of the property promptly at 10am when you’re emptying the apartment and your phone and car keys are locked in the room. There’s no way to contact anyone when that happens. So I had to frantically shout for my wife to let me into the building while she’s trying to manage two kids and getting the rest of our stuff to the car. Honestly, it was so frustrating I might never stay here again. At least not as long as there’s no staff on site. I would expect the key cards to give you a few minutes after 10am to leave. And there’s literally nothing inside the property other than dish cleaning products. Not even any hand soap.

La posizione dell'appartamento è molto comoda, sulla strada principale del paese, di fronte piccolo market e vicino fontana di acqua potabile proveniente dai ghiacciai in quota. 2 comode stanze da letto, 2 bagni, soggiorno con cucina e terrazzino. Presente piano cottura a induzione, stoviglie, macchinetta caffè e cappuccino Nespresso. Pulizia ottima. Presenza sauna comune, spaziosa lavatrice e asciugatrice sempre comune.

Avrei gradito qualche bagnoschiuma/sapone in più ma, la politica antispreco della struttura (e del loro sistema nazionale) evidentemente non lo prevedeva, così come il cambio asciugamani...

Non poter ricaricare l’auto, ormai tutti hanno una postazione di ricarica. Peccato non siano partner per avere la summer card inclusa, molte altre vallate in Austria la includono già con l’appartamento, sarebbe un ottimo regalo!

Lage direkt an der Straße

Obiekt idealnie czysty. Kuchnia zaopatrzona we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Podziemny parking! Możliwość porannej dostawy chleba - super pomysł. Lokalizacja idealna- na przeciwko sklep spożywczy oraz regionalna, sympatyczna restauracja. Naprawdę warto spędzić urlop w takim apartamencie. Sympatyczny taras z kawałkiem trawnika- cudowny widok na góry. Jako gość masz możliwość zakupienia tańszego biletu do Aqua Dome.

Generalnie wszystko było ok, jedynie zasugerowałbym wstawienie mydła w płynie przy umywalkach, zamiast jednorazowych saszetek.

Czysto, nowoczesny apartament, szerokie miejsca parkingowe w podziemnym garażu, piękne widoki z balkonu, bezpłatna sauna, bliskość szlaków górskich, polecam przyjechać z rowerem.

Super Wohnung und gute Ausstattung.

Die Unterkunft liegt an der Hauptstraße und somit ist es sehr laut. Das fängt früh um 5 Uhr schon an und endet nach 24 Uhr. Im Sommer sehr warm. Keine Klimaanlage.

Es ist alles sehr modern eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Eine super Lage und sehr schöne Sicht auf die Berge. Auch der Fahrstuhl ist für behindertengerechten Zugang sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage perfekt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und wirkte gepflegt. Sie ist auch praktisch eingerichtet.

Den technokratischen Check-in am Automaten muss man mögen. Das WiFi Passwort muss man sich mühselig erfragen. Im EG versprühte der Außenbereich eher etwas Hinterhofatmosphäre.

Mountain view, Modern and clean design, big rooms, excellent location ,near supermarkets, bakery ,restaurants and a good management team

On summer a lot of insects are lurking around and it may be a problem on hot days. But having said that, I must say that the management team was incredibly cooperative. They sent over a maintenance guy that reprogrammed the outside lights to shut down only during the night. This mostly fixed the problem with the insects and it allowed to open the windows.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig, modern und gemütlich ausgestattet. Das Elternschlafzimmer hat ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Für das zweite Schlafzimmer gibt es ein separates Badezimmer. Die im Haus dazugehörige Sauna, haben wir gerne genutzt. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist perfekt. Genau gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles findet, was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, das Freibad 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Straße, und da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, bleibt nur das Öffnen der Fenster. Der Straßenlärm ist jedoch sehr laut, da ist die Hauptverkehrsstraße durch das Ötztal ist. Eine Waschmaschine wäre in der Ferienwohnung genial.

Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, bequeme Betten, hochwertige Möbel und Küchengeräte, moderne Einrichtung und Bäder. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Aussicht und die Lage.

Der Automat mit dem an an den Code kommt war defekt. Wir müßten 15 km in den nächsten Ort fahren um die notwendigen Infos zu bekommen.

Eine Kleinigkeit, es war keine Seife an den Waschbecken verfügbar.

Check-in and Stay Checking into the apartments was quick and easy; the processes are well-organized and clear. The rooms fully met our expectations. During our stay, we only encountered the staff once, but there was no real need for further assistance as everything was provided for. Location and Amenities There is a bus stop about 300 meters away, and just across the street, you can find a grocery store and several restaurants for dinner. We especially enjoyed the on-site sauna and made use of it several times. Parking Parking was a bit of a challenge for us since we were traveling in a minibus +2.1 meters high, which meant we couldn't use the underground garage. However, there was free parking available across the street, which worked out perfectly for us. Thanks

Zeer net, schoon en compleet appartement. Twee badkamers, helemaal top. Communicatie is op afstand, geen personeel fysiek aanwezig: voor ons geen probleem maar moet je van houden. Parkeergarage onder heel handig onder het gebouw, sauna aanwezig.

Het pand ligt aan de doorgaande weg. Best wat hinder van het verkeer als je slaapt met open raam.

Sehr moderne Unterkunft, tolle Lage und praktische Zimmeraufteilung. Auch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war super! Die Aussicht auf die Berge beim Frühstück war ebenfalls klasse.

Zur Trocknung der Skisachen hätten wir uns eine Handtuchheizung im Bad oder mindestens einen Wäscheständer gewünscht, auf dem wir die nassen Sachen aufhängen können. Die Heizung für die Skischuhe im Skikeller war zudem zeitweise aus, sodass die Schuhe am nächsten Morgen noch feucht waren.

Location is great. The apartments were new with everything we need. It was very nice to go to the sauna after a long day of skiing.

Przestronny, nowoczesny, ładnie urządzony apartament, duży garaż podziemny. Szybki check-in dzięki info kiosku przy wejściu. Po drugiej stronie ulicy sklep spożywczy.

Brakowało w kuchni podstawowych rzeczy takich jak gąbka, płyn do naczyń, ręcznik kuchenny.

Casa elegance team quickly answered any questions. There were no problem to get more keys when we requested.

In the apartments were cold when we arrived. To obtain comfort temperature we need to heat apartments whole first day. The size of sauna is too little for such object and this number of guests.

The entire facility was quite cool. The rooms were spacious, ample storage space, everything felt new & in tip-top shape. Ski bus stop is not too far, the sauna is acceptable (heats up to ~80-84 degrees C), everything, generally speaking is good. Moreover, there was ample garage space for the cars.

The ski room seems to be too cramped, the dishwasher doesn't really do it's job too well, the fridge would constantly freeze things (even at the lowest setting), there were no radiators to dry your stuff overnight (we had to crank the floor heating & just drop our things on the ground)

Нові, гарно зроблені, сучасний дизайн, чисті апартаменти! Все необхідне є! Критий паркинг 2.10м, наш RX з багажником на даху, заїхав спокійно. Заїзд дуже простий. Рекомендую!

Locatia este situata le sosea insa am avut parte de liniște perfecta, izolarea.fonica chiar Si in pensiune a fost excelenta. Foarte curat si foarte bine compartimentat, nu ne-a lipsit nimic. Garajul subteran a fost o surpriza foarte plăcută! Sauna spatioasa, curata si binevenita!!!!

Das die Wohnungskarten exakt um 16.00 bei Ankunft erst frei sind. Ebenso bei Abfahrt Punkt 10 eine Tasche war noch im Aufzug, die Tür zur Tiefgarage war aber zugefallen. Zum Glück war noch Jemand mit ihm Aufzug Hier wäre 11 oder 12 die bessere Lösung Wenn

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe. Besonders schön fand ich den Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und die bequemen Betten, außerdem war das Personal unglaublich herzlich.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden – es gibt eigentlich nichts, das uns wirklich nicht gefallen hätte.

בסביבה ישנם ישובים תוססים יותר

מיקום מעולה במרכז עמק אוץ. לקחנו את הדירה מתוך הרצון ללכת ברגל לAQUADOM וזה היה מושלם. דירה מאוד מרווחת וגדולה, נוחה מאוד ומאובזרת. מטבח מאוזבר עד הפרט האחרון, המון מקום לאחסון.

1. היינו בשבועיים שמשיים מאוד, היה מאוד חם, ללא מאוורר. אם פותחים חלונות לאוורור אין רשתות וזה טיפה מעיב על האווירה כי נכנסים המון יתושים וחרקים. 2. חבל שלא נותנים אפשרות לקבל את כרטיס הקיץ המשתלם.

An der Ortsdurchfahrt hat man doch einen hohen Lärmpegel. In Deutschland hätte man hier Tempo 30 gemacht. Man hat Hinterlassenschaften der Vorgänger gefunden, Reinigung sollte verbessert werden.

Die beiden Badezimmer, die gut ausgestattete Küche und die bequemen Stühle. Der große Balkon zum Wechsel von Sonne und Schatten.

Leider war es aufgrund der Straße manchmal etwas lauter.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, rundum gelungenen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung Nr. 5 ist modern, rundum top ausgestattet (in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt) und grundlegend sauber! Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, absoluter Luxus! Ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Auch die Sauna ist toll. Dort liegen Saunatücher bereit. Es gibt einen Smart TV im Wohnzimmer, nicht aber in den Schlafzimmern. Unser Hund (Labrador) war hier auch willkommen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aus ist wirklich wundervoll und auch die Ausgangslage für sportliche Aktivitäten ist top! Wir haben einige Wanderungen und Rennradfahrten unternommen. Das war hier in der Gegend echt klasse! Ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein Freibad und einen Tennisplatz. Auch der Ort Längenfeld bietet alles, was man für den alltäglichen Bedarf benötigt - verschiedene Supermärkte, Drogerie, Bäckereien. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden bestimmt nochmal herkommen!

Kein Wäscheständer vorhanden um zB nasse Handtücher im Sommer über Nacht trocknen lassen zu können.

Ruime kamers, modern en netjes.

Vlak langs de weg, waar de vrachtwagens soms voorbij denderen. Ondanks de goede isolatie van de ramen, dringt het geluid toch door.

Perfekte Lage, Tiefgarage vorhanden, super Aussichten, Check-in hervorragend. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Lovely apartments and a perfect location to use local bus free of charge with guest card. Special thanks to the staff for finding a local Vet so we could get my little dogs form signed to return back to the uk.

Ordering from the bakery using a simple online system prior to arrival and having daily fresh breakfast rolls/croissants delivered to a bread box at the front door was a fantastic service adding to the comfort of our stay.

Clean large apartment, fully equipped kitchen, ski bus stop right next to the house, the owner solved the problem with the light bulb in the bathroom immediately, good communication, large terrace, comfortable beds, free sauna right in the house.

The sauna is missing a cooling barrel.

The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The living room and kitchen area were spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and cook meals without feeling cramped. Enough dishwasher tablets and fresh kitchen sponge were provided. You should bring soap for the bathrooms, but as a positive note - two single-use shower gels were provided. Despite being located on the main street, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay.

The ski room was relatively small, but it was sufficient to accommodate all the ski and snowboard equipment.

The underground parking was great. There is an elevator in the building and the room was very clean and nice interior. There was also a room to warm up ski’s and boots.

I don’t have anything that was not good. It was perfect!

Everything was superb! The only thing to be aware: We got stuck in a traffic jam, arrived before midnight. Although we called in advanced and were supposed to get a PIN (we have the "PIN" in the booking app). The actual PIN did not arrive and we have to call many times to get someone at the reception. Then everything went smooth.

Wonderful place. Wonderful stuff and overall great value for money.
