Very helpful with booking the next stage of our trip The breakfast was delicious, and we were able to try different local dishes fresh from the mountains. Location is close to the bus stop and away was the tourist centre - allowed us to see/experience more of a local energy. Definitely recommend 👌

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Das Hostel liegt nahe zu Bahnhof und Busstation. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns beim Navigieren der Busse geholfen. Außerdem hat uns die Inhaberin extra ein anderes Frühstück geholt, weil sie sich nicht sicher war ob wir das regulär angebotene, taiwanesische Frühstück mögen. Dieses haben wir zusätzlich trotzdem probiert und es war sehr lecker. Die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mal in Fenqihu ist!

Un équipement un peu vieillissant dans la salle de bain, mais largement suffisant pour une nuit.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026老闆娘很親切，住宿的房間乾淨，最重要的是有停車位（限定），還幸運的獲得升等房型，在奮起湖住了一晚，很滿意推薦給大家，謝謝。夏天的午後偶有細雨，但或許這是奮起湖的特殊關係，飯店提供除濕機必須要記得使用，整體而言CP值非常好

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Le logement est simple mais très propre. Le petit déjeuner compris dans le tarif est excellent. La propriétaire est une très gentille dame, toujours prête à nous aider et à nous conseiller : elle nous a aidé à trouver un taxi pour aller voir les champs de thé et a offert à nos enfants un petit déjeuner plus adapté à eux. Bref l'accueil est très familial et chaleureux. Nous recommandons à 100%

Reviewed May 3, 2026老闆娘非常親切暖心，住宿的部分價格合理、環境整潔、舒適溫馨，還附帶早餐！ 因為找不到隔日凌晨從奮起湖上阿里山的車，老闆娘很熱心的幫忙詢問是否能併車可以上阿里山，並且車費相當合理！ 老闆娘還會溫馨提醒山上要注意保暖、注意下山班次的時間！ 好感動！下次去阿里山還會選擇這家住宿！

Reviewed May 1, 2026De sfeer en de lieve eigenaresse! Ik voelde me er zo welkom en ik werd enorm goed verzorgd door haar! Daarnaast was de locatie echt fantastisch! 1 minuut lopen van de bus vandaan, midden in de natuur, dichtbij de Old Street en dichtbij hikes.
Het was niet geluiddicht en wat verouderd, maar desondanks zou ik er elke keer terugkomen dankzij de lieve eigenaresse!!!

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026当日お願いしたにも関わらず、オーナーの方が近くのバス停まで自動車で迎えに来てくれました。 とても気さくで優しい方でした。 全て揃っており清潔で、むしろ質素なところが好感が持てました。
奮起湖は阿里山上部から離れているので、玉山の御来光や阿里山上部の森林ツアーを楽しんだ後に奮起湖まで降りて、老街歩きや付近の阿里山上部とはまた違った森林歩きをするのがいいと思いました。

Can brew loose leaf tea from owner, who speaks only Chinese but very proficient with Google translate. There's a wonderful local diner just a few steps from hostel. Overall, a decent value

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026早餐是自助式的中式清粥小菜早餐，看起來很乾淨又新鮮，可惜我沒有吃早餐的習慣，所以我沒有吃。老闆娘很熱心也很熱情，很難得在山區缺水的時候還可以好好的洗一個熱水澡民宿出去走路5分鐘就會到老街地理位置非常好。早上起床會配合著蟲鳴鳥叫聲，你會感覺到非常的舒適。房間不大，但是很乾淨，這個價位真是物超所值。如果你是要去爬山，民宿的位置離大棟山登山口也很近。
