第一晚睡覺感覺被子太厚身體很熱

兩大一小入住，房間安排在邊間，睡在榻榻米上，是好睡的薄墊搭記憶枕，我自備小朋友睡袋，一起睡空間感剛好；房內有除濕機，不因山區而有潮濕霉味蠻好的。 早餐提供 7-11 餐券，可以自由選擇喜歡的餐點，很方便。 飯店也有提供導覽活動，可自由參加報名，房內則提供茶葉，能品嚐在地茶葉。

房門仍使用喇叭鎖，門與門框密合度不好，感覺稍微一撞門就會開了。 房門一打開時也有較明顯的飯菜味，建議可以留意公共區域或房門附近的氣味。 浴室陽春水壓不太穩定，使用時會有忽冷忽熱的情況。入住時馬桶內也發現一撮頭髮，推測可能是房務清潔後未留意到，建議留意入住前的檢查。 另外，房內插座數量較少，對於現代旅客同時需要替手機、手錶及其他電子設備充電的需求來說稍嫌不足。

早餐是樓上7-11的100元券，可以隨便買自己要的東西，走出來就是老街吃在地食物超方便，甜甜圈一早就開了。所以100元7-11還算錯。

對客人的需求，儘量滿足了

チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえました。 宿泊者は弁当がNWD 10引き、朝食券も1人NWD100のバウチャーをもらえました。日本語の解説が分かりやすくて便利でした。

檜風呂はとてもよかった。けれど、バスルームが水浸しになってしまいました。

Location is good. The room is big for a family of four.

1、停車要自己找附近的車位。 2、早餐給100元抵用券，不限早餐使用，在旁邊的小7選購，不過這家小7很小，進貨理貨時走路請小心。 3、和室房空間超大，小孩很喜歡。浴室沒有乾濕分離。 4、非假日時老街有營業的店面較少

房間有年代感，有些地方發霉，雖然是不影響使用，但就是會看到。

The staff are absolutely incredible and assist you very well. I found the traditional bed very very uncomfortable and the staff assisted me and moved me into a western style room which was much better. English is very good. The bento boxes as well as the set dinner is also very yummy and incredible value for money.

I did not like the traditional bed it was much too hard on my back. If you need a soft bed then book accordingly.

離老街近和方便。

角落很多肉眼能見的蜘蛛絲和灰塵、馬桶水箱會ㄧ直漏水、洗臉盆水塞無法存水，澡桶霉感很重⋯⋯隔音不好。

房間隔音很差很差 走廊的一點點聲音 會傳到整個房間在晚上都聽得見 讓人睡得品質很差～ 整體建築老舊了 希望未來有機會可以住到翻新後的大飯店！

因為在老街所以停車位置會比較遠，要扛行李走下&走上有坡度的老街 房間角落和窗框灰塵明顯 無冰箱較不方便

The room was nice enough for a building half way up a mountain. The staff were excellent and helpful. The wifi was good

The bathtub is a traditional Japanese thing that isn't really big enough for a human. Breakfast is just a voucher for the 7/11 next door and doesn't go very far. The controls for everything in the room are on some horrible remote control wired into the wall with a frayed cable - looks like something from the 70s.

和式套房有檜木桶泡澡很舒服～

棉被有點太厚了 也沒冷氣 睡到兩度被熱醒 全身是汗😅 另外家人反應 早上8:30的導覽已出發沒有跟現場等待的人告知 若之後能主動關心大廳客人是否是要參觀導覽會更好

位置非常的好，離阿里山大約不到一小時的車程，可以是個很合適的中繼點。飯店有三場不同的導覽活動可以參加，可以很藉由活動更加認識這個環境

窗戶外面是半封閉空間，樓下是廚房，所以無法開窗感受感受自然的空氣

房間很整潔乾淨，不會有奇怪味道

Immediately below the train (& bus) stations, on Jiufen Old Street, so location is perfect. As advertised, the hotel does make its own bento box, and it was awesome, although we did also want to try the bento from the station café. We chose the Japanese-style room, with tatami mat bed, and a wooden bath: this created the perfect (unusual for us) experience. The staff were absolutely awesome. The firefly tour was available for free for the hotel guests; we loved this.

Although the hotel provided a NT$100 voucher to buy breakfast in the 7-11 immediately next door, a convenience store breakfast could never be the same as a locally-cooked breakfast. The dinner madse by the hotel restaurant was quite pricey, and we instead had an awesome meal in the restaurant right next door to the hotel.

Japanese-style room of a good size with windows on two sides. Outlook is better on higher floors. Great bento boxes available via the lobby.

is very near to wenchihu train station. the room is very very big. good experience with tatami bed. lucky me to be able to upgrade to window room and allow me to get the cold air into room and see the nice view out there. can find many lunch box and food near by. 7-11 is just next by.

Der japanische Stil des Zimmers ist sehr charmant. Es gibt eine Fernsteuerung für alles, was schon sehr praktisch ist. Der Badezuber ist genau das richtige nach einer langen Wanderung. Das Hotel ist sehr sehr gut gelegen. Das Abendessen kostet extra, ist lecker und es gibt auch eine vegetarische/vegane Option.

Unser Zimmer hatte leider nur Fenster ohne Mückenschutz zum Innenhof mit Blick auf die Feuertreppe. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, dass ich währenddessen nicht schlafen konnte. Das Lüften wurde dadurch etwas schwierig, aber nicht dramatisch.

Located right next to the Train Station, was a great location. The room was very cute and the receptionist was the best! We only spent one day in Fenqihu but had a great time.

The room was sweet but fresh air from a window would have been nice. It wasn't clear from the photos that a proper window only comes from a premium room.

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse (2 fenêtres), disposant d’un espace pour prendre le thé et d’une armoire avec penderie. La literie est conforme à la description de la chambre (matelas au sol) et ferme. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle et, en cohérence avec le style général de la chambre, le bac de douche est remplacé par une sorte de mini-baignoire en bois, dont l'eau s'écoule directement sur le sol, dans lequel se trouve une rigole d’évacuation de l’eau. Personnel professionnel, anglophone, disponible, aimable et serviable. Petit déjeuner non-évalué. Comme précisé sur le site Internet de l’établissement, l’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking car il est situé au centre du village, dans une petite rue. Il est toutefois possible de décharger ses bagages devant l’entrée sans trop gêner la circulation puis d’aller se garer sur des places de stationnement gratuites à proximité. La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite pour se promener dans le village.

Le ménage élémentaire est correctement fait et la chambre est propre. Toutefois, il ne s’en dégage pas une impression de grande netteté. En effet, les équipements divers commencent à dater (meubles, décoration) et certains sont abîmé (rideaux des fenêtres, miroir et certains joints de la salle de bains). Surtout, certains recoins probablement peu observés par les clients mériteraient un nettoyage plus poussé (encadrements de fenêtres un peu poussiéreux par exemples). L’insonorisation est faible mais cela n’a pas posé de problème car les clients étaient discrets. Cela peut faire partie du charme d’un petit établissement à la campagne mais les odeurs de cuisine peuvent se faire sentir dans les parties communes (dès le matin). Les oreillers sont compacts, très fermes et relativement hauts, ce qui ne permet pas un bon maintien de la nuque et peut nuire à la qualité du sommeil.

Super nettes Personal, kultige Bentoboxen, kostenloser Spaziergang für Glühwürmchen, absolut authentisch und gastfreundlich. Ich kann Fenchihu jedem Reisenden empfehlen-auch als Alternative zu den eher durchschnittlichen Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Alishan

Die Doppelbetten sind für 2x2 Personen eher eng (Familienzimmer)

Great location, great staff

Scruffy, rooms are scuffed up, rooms need TLC, bed extremely uncomfortable - got no sleep. Very noisy air conditioning unit, there’s a smell around the hotel that’s like old cooking that can get overwhelming, toilet plunger and brush were filthy.

Der japanische Flair, dir Kinder (1&3) hatten sehr viel Spaß. Die kleine kostenlose Glühwürmchen Tour, das Sakura Eis oben an der Bahnstation (wir sind mit dem Bus aus Chiayi angereist), die Bento-Boxen (direkt im Hotel und ganz unten an der Fenqihu street) waren beide hervorragend. Die 7-11 Gutscheine waren für uns perfekt, da wir damit kleine Snacks für die Kinder, und etwas kleines zu Abendessen und dann noch Frühstück kaufen konnten (wir hatten leider nicht vor der Glühwürmchen-Tour gegessen und nach 20 Uhr war dann nichts mehr offen). Der Tee im Souveniershop war sehr lecker, die Zugflöte fand mein Sohn genial, und die würfelförmigen Reis-Nusscracker aus dem kleinen Gässchen haben meine beiden Kinder und wir sehr genüsslich gesnackt). WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Abreise und Anreise war unkompliziert, wir konnten unserer Gepäck vorher/nachher unterstellen. Wir sind dann mit dem Zug weiter nach Alishan.

Needs a thorough clean - especially the mouldy walls. No temperature control.

Fenchihu est un bon stop avant Alishan. Nous avons pu profiter des randonnées aux alentours. L'hôtel propose des excursions gratuites pour ses clients. Nous avons adoré la sortie pour découvrir les lucioles. C'était magique!!!

Charmantes Hotel, tolles Personal, erstklassige Lage. Sowohl die Lunchboxen als auch das Abendessen sind fantastisch und man sollte beides nicht verpassen. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Staff were friendly. Located in the heart of Fenchihu - which itself is not worth more than a day trip.

The entire hotel and rooms smell like stale bento. There is no AC even in the summer. Our room did not have any windows (which added to the smell problem). Breakfast is a 100 TWD 7-11 voucher for each person. Parking was extremely challenging for a holiday weekend. We had to park along the main road and hike up/down steep stairs about 10 min each way

Would like more than 1 key for the room, especially when there are 4 of us.

- Hotel is quite dated and asks for a refurbishment - Duvet is quite small for a double matress - Not a negative point but be aware there's a limitation of using hot water after 11pm

The location was perfect, right on the old street and an easy walk to everywhere. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable.
