Le Grand Hotel By Stay Collection

Location

Bathroom was looking tired and not thoroughly clean

Convenient location Nice breakfast Comfortable beds Rooms are small but the hotel offers everything one needs for a comfortable night

Room layout a bit tight

Aamiainen oli loistava ja kauniisti katettu. Munakasta, nakkeja, hedelmiä, jogurttia ja vihanneksia. Siisti aamiaishuone. Ilmastointi huoneessa. Tilava kylpyhuone.

Tea and coffee making 😋

No wardrobe just a rail .

Very convenient from train station. Check out time is 12:00, perfect schedule.

Confermata l'impressione della.visita precedente. Cortesia del personale, ottimi servizi e posizione centrale. Ottima colazione. Parcheggio convenzionato a 300 mt.

The breakfast was great. Perfect for families with a little bit of everything.

The ambiance of the breakfast room was a little lacking but, the food was great and the space was functional.

Het hotel zat midden in het centrum, recht tegenover het station. Fijne bedden, vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt.

The staff are friendly. The room is bigger and very clean. The location is very convenient to train station and everywhere.

Nothing

The room was spacious and modern, with good Wifi, hot water, comfy bed, good decor

There was very little storage space

Cattedrale a circa 15 min).

Room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fine with great choices and fresh items. The location is fantastic. Just walk off the train and into the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful

My only complaint is that the shower was hard to get into (slippery surface on the floor of the bath) and needs at least one bar to hold on to for anyone with balance issues.

Ligger perfekt tæt på centrum. Ok morgenmad. Værelse som beskrevet.

Ubicación

Clean, modern room with kettle facilities.

matress was worn unevenly and uncomfortable .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location for us as we were travelling by train.

Room was ready a bit early, which was appreciated. Facilities were clean & comfortable. The location, right across from the train station was perfect. Breakfast was great too

RAS

Petit déjeuner très fourni, très qualitatif. Impeccable. Chambre conforme à la description, très propre. Matelas très bien.

Sehr gute Lage in Zentrumsnähe und Bahnhofsnähe. Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

sound proof room, clean, lighting, updated decor, clean! bath was excellent

nothing, you were great

This was a hotel that exceeded expectations in all areas. The nightly tariff was modest, the breakfast suitable for all tastes, the location…just across the road from Strasbourg Centrale was very convenient.

Nothing at all.

Posizione, pulizia, accoglienza,camere.

Garage un po' lontano

Brand new hotel, just in front of the Railway Station and at 10 min walk from the center of Strasbourg. The room is very spacious and bedding comfortable. There is a possibility to leave luggage before the check-in and after the checkout, which is more than useful when coming for a short visit.

Everything was perfect.

Lovely hotel in good location

Car park is a bit of a trek in 34c heat

Very clean helpful staff

Good location for station

Location: Easy for us because of the station nearby and the old city at a walking distance

Przytulnie i czysto.

Przydała by się mała lodówka w pokoju. To już raczej standard w większości europejskich hoteli.

Fantastic location opposite the train station. Staff very helpful recommending places to eat. Breakfast was good with very good choices. Amazing room as husband has disabilities. Would highly recommend.

Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück, bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage

All of the above, plus the left luggage lockers. A great idea for peace of mind.

N/A

The hotel is really nice and the breakfast was great. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to the cathedral. We picked this hotel because it had air conditioning and parking.

The parking lot was not close to the hotel, even though I selected the hotel for that reason. It's about a 5-7 minute walk, which can be inconvenient.

Rien

Receptionists were so kind and warm. Breakfast was amazing. Location is just perfect.

Car park is not free, they only have 5 euro discount at a nearby carpark. Walls are a little thin i guess, because our neighbor came to complain for my 5-year-old son’s tiny laughs 😁

Mooie, gerenoveerde kamers. Ruim, ook de badkamer was erg ruim. Mooi pand, fantastische omgeving. Super comfortabele bedden!

Greta options for breakfast, including gluten free bread. Smooth check in and check out process. Close proximity to the old town.

Unterkunft empfehlenswert… sehr gute Lage… Bahnhofsnähe… sehr ruhig… Personal nett…Zimmereinrichtung top…

The location of the hotel is excellent… train, public transport to the city, restaurants, old town, everything is close and walkable. The breakfast has a lot of variety for vegetarians… the room size amazed me… quite big by Europe standard… definitely recommend and would stay here again

Nothing

Very nice and comfortable rooms (had a comfort one which are recently renovated)

Nothing

Sehr nah am Bahnhof, trotzdem ruhig, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sauber! Gutes Frühstücksbuffet!

Grosszügig, geräumig. Zentrale Lage direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof, trotzdem ruhig. Frühstück gut.

Very well located hotel, quiet for light sleepers, clean and well suited for multiple day stay. The breakfast was good.

Location was very good location. WiFi was solid.

Being close to the train station meant more noise at night.

Schönes Hotel Zentral gelegen zur Innenstadt. Schöne Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal.

Fantastic

Fantastic

Nulla

Camera ampia con letto comodissimo. Bagno grande e molto pulito. Super colazione. Posizione centralissima.

Sehr Freundliches Personal. Außergewöhnlich umfangreiches Frühstück. Für uns ideale Lage nahe Bahnhof. Überdachte Fahrradstellplätze im abschließbaren Hof.

Posizione strategica, a 100 metri dalla zona storica pedonale. Camera pulita, sevizio accogliente e colazione molto curata.

Freundlicher Empfang, gutes Frühstück

La réception fort agréable. Petit déjeuner très correct

Everything! It was perfect for a relaxing escape.

Nothing to dislike.

Todo genial.

Nada q mencionar. Ubicación excelente. Desayuno muy completo y habitaciones muy cómodas.

Such a lovely household - I had great talks and enjoyed the company, and the warm drink after a rainy day biking.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
