L'emplacement près de la gare et du vieux Strasbourg était parfait. Endroit sécuritaire. La chambre était assez petite mais adéquate.

Chambre un peu petite.

L’accueil est très professionnel et tout est bien expliqué. L’hôtel offre des services qui changent de l’ordinaire : espace lounge fauteuil et table basse pour travailler tranquillement avec boissons offertes. Petit déjeuner complet et bien présenté. Réduction offerte concernant un parking sécurisé à moins de 5’ à pied.

Hotel is very central. Fantastic access to city and a short walk from train station. The room was a bit small...but was comfortable, clean, and had character. Staff were helpful, the breakfast had a varied selection of foods...hot & cold. The lounge area, with coffee and snacks, was a really nice and useful facility. Overall a nice hotel...would have preferred a larger room...but was staying at a busy time. Stayed in 506...noisy air-conditioning unit...was reported to maitenance team.

Room was slightly too small. The swing door on the bathroom was not ideal...and caught my heel...which was painful. Air-conditioning unit required maintenance made some loud noises every now and then...disrupted sleep occasionally.

Muy cerca de la estación Gare Strasburg de tren y un Mc Donald's en la esquina, un Carrefour enfrente. A pasos de Petit France. Tiene un lugar con café y té las 24 hs gratis en el lobby, eso está bueno. Tiene un estilo vintage de los 70 muy lindo

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole: ottima la colazione e personale gentile e disponibile. Anche la posizione è buona e il centro è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata.

La stanza molto piccola e in bagno c’era un solo appendino, decisamente insufficiente per due persone. Il problema più serio è stato alla partenza: le ragazze della reception, gentilmente, ci hanno prenotato un taxi per le 4:30 del mattino, ma il portiere di notte non era stato informato della prenotazione. Alle 4:35 il taxi non era ancora arrivato e, quando abbiamo chiesto al portiere di chiamarne un altro, abbiamo dovuto insistere perché evidentemente non rientrava nelle sue mansioni. Il taxi è arrivato alle 5:00, facendoci temere di perdere il volo. Apprezziamo che l’hotel abbia poi verificato l’accaduto e riconosciuto il problema, ma l’inconveniente ha inevitabilmente inciso sulla nostra valutazione.

Charming and great spot. Loved the breakfast room with the record player. Food was excellent and fresh.

Die Lage ist optimal, wir haben im Parkhaus 3 Min entfernt geparkt. Das Hotel befindet sich am Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Man hört keinen Straßenlärm. Klima vorhanden. Für jeden Gast stehen zwei verschiedene Kissenarten zur Verfügung, gute Idee, kannte ich bisher nicht. Sehr freundliches Personal, Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich. Das Frühstück umfangreich und köstlich.

Unter dem Bettlaken hat sich auf der Matratze eine Unterlage/Hygieneunterlage befunden. Sie knistert laut und ist sehr warm.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre. Bon accueil. Très bon petit déjeuner, très propre et rénové récemment.

Hotel in ottima posizione, una passeggiata e si è in centro, colazione completa di tutto sia per chi ama il dolce che il salato, personale veloce e molto intuitivo per ogni richiesta, camere pulite, un po' piccole ma funzionali. In zona reception stanza con giochi e bevande, acqua e caffè, pop corn e caramelle a disposizione degli ospiti. Parcheggio convenzionato a soli 15 euro per 24 ore, a due passi dall'hotel Consigliato per chi visura Strasburgo

In der Buchung wurden die Parkplatzkosten „inklusive“ angegeben. Leider entsprach das nicht den Tatsachen. Parkticket hat lediglich 5 € der Gesamtkosten von 20€ Parkhausgebühren abgedeckt. Das sollte klarer kommuniziert werden.

Pulizia della camera molto scarsa, la moquette aveva numerose macchie. La colazione buona ma servita nel seminterrato non c'era ricircolo d'aria.

Personalul foarte agreabil, mic dejun delicios, faptul că puteai găsi în lounge o cafea, apă rece sau un covrig gratis, că hotelul este relativ central, că este bine izolat fonic și aerul condiționat funcționează foarte bine, că are saltele și perne foarte confortabile. Aș reveni cu drag în acest hotel!

În prima zi am primit o cameră în care nu era făcută încă curățenie, dar domnișoara de la recepție a rezolvat cu promptitudine și eleganță acest mic incident, oferindu-ne imediat o altă cameră.

The hotel is located next to the railway station and very close to the old town. If you come with a car, park in the partner parking space and don't forget to ask a second parking ticket to get a discount. The hotel has a good air conditioning.

There are two more Ibis hotels next to the Ibis style, it could be confusing. Old building with small elevator. The shower is modern, but the floor in the bathroom stays always wet, the floor towel is also wet.

When we entered the hotel we were a bit disappointed as it looked dark and small. Then, eventhough we had requested a quiet room on a high floor, we were given the room on the first floor and right next to the elevator facing the busy street. The room was really small and we had to store our carry-ons under the desk while we "squeezed" the chairs between the wall and the desk. The distance between the desk and the bed was very little but it was enough to sit on the bed and write on your laptop on top of the desk. Other than that the room had a mini fridge and a kettle but not, very surprisingly, a bin! The pleasant surprise came after our first night when we realized that the soundproofing was excellent while there were also electrical window slides keeping the noise out. We heard some noises like uploading supplies to the super market right across in the very early hours but it wasn't that bad. On the other hand if we were given a room like we had requested on a high floor I am sure we were not going to hear anything or be bothered at all as we are light sleepers, unfortunately. The amenities in the bathroom was one product for everything, very odd and very cheap which later on we realized it is the IBIS philosophy/sustainability (I call it cheap) as we had the same experience with the Ibis hotel we stayed in Colmar after our stay in Strasbourg. The breakfast was excellent, very good it had everything and the persons who worked in the kitchen/breakfast room made great efforts to replace everything on time, they were increndibly fast! The location was great, very close to the center and the river but very conveniently close to the train station. I really can't say if there were any dangerous and sketchy people around, as it is very common for hotels close to the train stations, because we didn't stay out during the long hours. I omitted to mention that there was a small room behind the reception area where you could have free of charge coffee, tea, water and some candies.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό . Ζήτησα ένα αίτημα για μια έκπληξη και ενώ υπήρχαν τα μηνύματα δεν έγινε το αίτημα. Είχε στο δωμάτιο ένα μπουκάλι το οποίο ήταν άδειο χωρίς νερό . Έξω από το παράθυρο υπήρχε συνεχώς θόρυβος όλο το βράδυ με την προϋπόθεση να μην μπορείς να κοιμηθείς ειδικά αν άφηνες το παράθυρο ανοιχτό για να πάρεις αέρα. Μίλησα με την ρεσεψιόν όταν πήγα και έδειξα τα μηνύματα για το αίτημα με την έκπληξη και δεν καταλάβαινε ούτε τα ίδια τους τα γαλλικά .

Die Lage war top, da sehr zentral und wir mit Zug gefahren sind. Bahnhof 120 m von Hotel entfernt. Zimmer alles sauber . Café, Wasser, Tee, Obst in der Lounge 24 Std kostenlos Frühstück auch sehr vielfältig gewesen, für jeden Geschmack was dabei.

Sehr gute Lage, die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt ein Parkhaus, das eine Kooperation mit dem Hotel hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überraschend gut!

Väldigt snyggt och rent med roliga inredningsdetaljer. Ligger 3 min från tågcentralen, 10 min från katedralen. Jättegod frukost! Det finns även kaffe, te, vatten och popcorn dygnet runt. Snygga rum, med bra air con. Trevlig personal.

Close to the Station and Old Town with a fantastic breakfast

The staff, especially the lady handling breakfast, was brilliant!

I was there for a short stay and It was perfect. The room was clean, with a good size for me and the bags, and their shower is great. In the lobby, there was water, coffee, tea, popcorn, candy and other amenities available. The staff is great as well. Loved it.

Best breakfast spread with lots of choices. Refreshments like tea, coffee, popcorn, etc. were available. Walking distance to the central station. Right on the market street. You can't go wrong with this one. The room was just enough for 2 people with little luggage. It can get cramped if you have big suitcases - but for the price you're paying, it's a great deal.
