optimale lage in bahnhofsnähe, daher auch günstig vom flughafen mit bus erreichbar! aussergewöhnliches ambiente!!!! frühstück ausgezeichnet, personal super freundlich, konnten sogar um 23.30 noch einchecken, da unser flug ausgefallen war. wir waren vor 15 jahren bereits einmal in diesem hotel und werden wiederkommen!

Absolutely nothing

The property was very peaceful and the lounge area was very comfortable. The gentleman serving behind the bar (Blane)was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He also made excellent coffee and toasted sandwiches. The breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. All the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend Hotel Abbazio. It’s location is perfect, just 5 mins from the Venezia St Lucia Train Station and the Ferrovia Waterbus Terminal, andplenty of good shops, cafes and restaurants all within a few minutes walk

Localização muito boa, há 3min da estação de trem de Santa Luzia. Não precisa atravessar os canais com as malas, o que facilitou nossa viagem. Porém dentro do hotel é um labirinto, o elevador só tem acesso ao 1 andar, nosso quarto ficava no 2- piso, e precisamos subir com malas, e o pior, o quarto tinha dois andares! O custo benefício não foi satisfatório.

Área interna do hotel confusa, como um labirinto. Decoração estranha, todas as paredes com tecido vermelho muito forte. Custo muito elevado da estadia! Fiz a reserva com cinco meses de antecedência e quando estávamos nos hospedando o valor anunciado no Booking estava 20% menor que pagamos na reserva.

The location is perfect - it less than 5 min walk to train station and water buses. The staff was outstanding and super helpful. And the breakfast was great with si many options.

Everything was really perfect, and we had a great stay. The only thing that would make it even better next time would be having wine glasses in the room. One small disappointment was that the room we received was different from the one shown in the Booking.com photos. The overall standard was just as good, but the room itself was different from what we expected. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Nous avons apprécié les échanges avec le personnel très professionnel et sympathique, nous avons aimé la chambre pour son confort et sa propreté et enfin le petit-déjeuner absolument exceptionnel. Son emplacement est également idéal.

The bell at 5oclock or very early morning from the church, was not aware and while on holidays, it was a bit disturbing

Great access to the train station. We had a wonderful location within the hotel so we could take a quick flight of stairs right up to our room. Never needed the elevator unless we had luggage. Breakfast was exceptional and the outdoor courtyard was a great place to start the day.

This is not the fault of the hotel but we took the bus to Piazzale Roma and there are no ramps on the main bridge heading toward the train station. So humping luggage up the stairs on the long bridge was not pleasant. We left Venice on the train and access to the train station was great.

設施不符合使用習慣，床邊的插頭靠近地上，須要把床頭櫃搬開才能使用、冰箱在衣櫃裡、浴室置物架用得太高了，也沒有地方可以放置衣物、浴室水龍頭很卡很重，很難拉起來、淋浴的時候，一定要把水龍頭完全拉起，才能轉換成蓮蓬頭，每次開關水龍頭都要用一次

Excelente, quartos confortáveis, café da manhã ótimo, e super perto da estação de trem o que facilitou muito a chegada e saída com malas. Equipe super atenciosa. Localização perfeita!

Fui com a minha mãe idosa, e para chegar nos nossos quartos, precisava subir escada. Para ela foi um pouco complicado e a escada principal não tinha corrimão. Depois optamos pela escada de emergência que tinha corrimão. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a nossa estadia.

El hotel fue antiguamente un convento. Así que eso ya es hermoso. La decoración y detalles son muy llamativos. El desayuno fue excelente. La atención del personal fue muy amable. La ubicación es muy buena muy cerca de la estación santa Lucia. De ahí se puede recorrer en Vaporetto o caminando.

The bathroom needs update

I actually do not know what I would write as my highest complement. Because the staff was amazingly friendly and interactive with my guests. The location is unbeatable for maneuvering. In and out of Venice, with no resistance. The hotel and staff make it an enjoyable stay each time I am there. My guests loved the multiplicity of choices for breakfast.

Hotellet har ett perfekt läge 200 m från tågstationen Santa Lucia och i en gränd 100 meter från gångstråk. Kort promenad över bron till stadsdelen San Polo. Välkomnande och trevlig service. Hotellet Känns gemytligt och ombonat. Frukosten av god kvalite.

Excellent location and very clean room with a modern flair. Staff was excellent and by far the best breakfast in town. Room had a nice small refrigerator, safe and this is very close to the train station yet very quiet. I do recommend it. A bit privy but considering the breakfast and location, that is Venice.

Абсолютно лучший отель, всё в пешей доступности, все виды водного транспорта, месторасположение очень удобное рядом вкусные тратории, кафе, рестораны, бары, пабы. Отель очень чистый, вкусные завтраки, номера очень комфортные, персонал очень приятный и отзывчивый!

The room was nice, and the history of the building added an interesting twist. The A/C was a god send as the heat/humidity were both high the day we were there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean.

The location was a little troubling as you had to walk down a very narrow alley from the grand cannel to get to it, which meant the room had a very poor view from the windows. But after walking around Venice, most places had the same type of walk unless they were directly on the cannels.

Dichtbij het station en een mooi vertrekpunt voor de wandelingen door de stad.

Kamer rook naar rook. De tuin, zo mooi op de foto’s, haalde het niet bij de plaatjes. Weinig personeel aanwezig en voelt een beetje verlaten. Of zelfs als vergane glorie. Het “oud klooster” stuk in de tekst triggerde me bij boeken maar het moeten wel heel ondeugende monniken geweest zijn als je het sfeertje in de paars behangen gangen ziet.

Super Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Super freundliches Personal. Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Frühstücksbuffer sehr abwechslungsreich.

기차역에서 매우 가깝고, 수상버스 선착장도 가까워서 아이들과 편하게 머무를 수 있었음. 아침 일찍 수상버스 타고 관광객들 몰리기 전의 한적한 산마르코 광장을 거닐고, 호텔 바로 옆 식당에서 파스타와 화이트와인을 즐기던 순간들이 최고였음.

Stilvolles Ambiente in einem ehemaligen Klosterkomplex! Ruhige Lage in einer Seitengasse, nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Santa Lucia. Für das Frühstück - mit breitem Angebot - gibt es auch ein paar Tische im paradiesischen grünen Innenhof.

Świetna lokalizacja, Hotel z zewnątrz wygląda niepozornie ale w środku kapitalny wystrój. 3 gwiazdki to mało. Świetne śniadanie w postaci bufetu, świetna obsługa baru, kapitalne patio z super roślinami. Pokój 406 piętrowy, świetny. Wystrój rustykalny, bardzo ładny dwie łazienki i wanna. Napewno tutaj wrócimy. Jak najbardziej polecamy.

Great choice if you’re looking for a hotel close to the train station. It’s just a few minutes walk, yet located on a quiet street. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the slippers, dental care kit, etc. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. There’s also a lovely, cozy courtyard where you can have breakfast or simply sit and relax.

Some furniture is a little dated, but given that the hotel is located in a former monastery, it actually feels quite harmonious and adds to the authentic atmosphere. The church bells rang at 7 a.m. and could be heard from the room. It didn’t bother me as I was already awake, and the sound itself was very melodic. I’m not sure whether the bells ring every morning or only on certain days, as I stayed for just one night. Just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Beğenmedim denilemez ama Venedik’teki genel sorun nem-rutubet nedeniyle banyo kısmen nemliydi. Ama rahatsız edecek boyutta değildi elbette. Beğenmemiş olsaydım bu durumu beğenmezdim demek için yazmış oldum.

The room was awesome. We were assigned a huge room. We were shocked when we got into the room. The location is great. 3min from St. Lucia station. The room is very clean. It was a good choice to stay on the main island. The weather was hot and we can be back to the hotel and go out in the evening and stay late to be back.

Great location and wonderful aesthetic! Also, delicious breakfast to get our family started in the morning.

Great location, very close to the train station and close to the vaporetto which made traveling around Venice with ease, the hotel also provided a map of Venice in case we needed it. The breakfast was also very good with alot to choose from. Staff was super friendly and they held our bags after checking out while we waited for our train later that morning.

Not clean, weird smell in the room,

Cercanía a la estación de tren, lugar con encanto ubicado en un antiguo convento, decoración cuidada en estética veneciana, buen desayuno aunque el comedor muy pequeño.

Limpieza mala especialmente en los baños, cortina de ducha pestilente, nuestras habitaciones con escaleras (cargando maletas). Temprano suenan unas campanas al lado, y aunque no es culpa del hotel, te estropea el descanso?

A beautiful very classy hotel, everything is provided to a very high standard. The room, garden and hotel bar are all stunning. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a lovely experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel gab es außergewöhnlich viel Auswahl beim Gebäck und Süßspeisen beim Frühstücksbuffet. Eine Vielfalt von Kuchen und div. gefüllten Croissants. Die Lage ist sehr gut um Erkundungen in Venedig zu starten.
