Reviewed Sep 2, 2026People on arrival were very useful/attentive and accomodates with my request. The menu for lunch and breakfast were very good. All the waiters were very nice and helpful. There was tough a lack of personel at the lounge Bar.
Breakfast was did not have the rob and when requested it never came. oK however when it came to the closing time (10:00) I was instructed to "expedite" because they have to clean! Room There was no robe and when requested it never came. Toiletteries were minimal, no toothbrush/ paste etc. At the frigobar there was not a device to open bottles and I was informed that I should ask room service for them to send someone to open the bottles. The request came incomplete when arrived.

The friendliest hotel, the very comfortable hotel room, lounge( 9th floor), super nice breakfast, delicious food with a lot of options, wines, bears, and a buffet! I love the spa, the treatments, and highly recommend the manicure and pedicure. I also recommend choosing a room where you can enjoy the lounge cat on the 9th floor.
