Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Amazing hotel next to the airport, friendly and helpful staff.
We've booked the Executive room with access to an exclusive lounge that offered a second option for breakfast, however, for the price of the accommodation I wouldn't recommend since the hotel breakfast is already excellent and the lounge looks more like an airport lounge.

They ignored the request I made 1.5 months earlier regarding the room. I arrived late so had no choice but to accept. Breakfast was poor, no clean tables available, when I found one, my plates with food got removed whilst I was getting a coffee, and I found other people sitting at my table. All round just a poorly run hotel and not worthy of five stars. Four star at best.

Check-in rápido e equipe eficiente.

It is really tired for a higher end hotel. Things are breaking, or loose, some build up in showers and douche, etc. Could really use an update to be considered high end. If you miss the shuttle, it’s hard to get to. There’s nothing within walking distance.

For a hotel of this standard, especially one positioned around its proximity and convenience to the airport, the shuttle frequency is unacceptable. The service should run at least three times more frequently. Having to wait up to an hour for an airport shuttle does not match the hotel’s value proposition.
