Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Uns hat die tolle Lage mit Balkon zum See sehr gut gefallen! Das Frühstück war gut und es gab sogar Müsli und Obst. Besonders war auch die Dekoration des Frühstücksraumes mit vielen ausgesuchten Antiquitäten. Giovanni ist sehr nett und freundlich und bot sogar an, uns zum Fähranleger zu fahren. Ich würde Villa Anita jedem empfehlen, der eine Reise an den Lago di Como plant.

Si tratta di una struttura bellissima, a gestione familiare dove ogni angolo é caratterizzato dall'amore che i due padroni di casa hanno per questo lavoro e per i loro ospiti. La pulizia é impeccabile, così come la cura per ogni dettaglio. Dotata di qualsiasi comfort possibile. Un plauso va per il grande lavoro che viene fatto ogni mattina in cui viene preparata una colazione di alta qualità, fresca ed eccezionale.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026The view 😍 the accommodation is clean and comfortable and a plentiful breakfast. We had a balcony with the view of the lake ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. There is a walk to the town that is not on the road. Not far for a stroll and a refreshment by the lake. The gorge is stunning, worth a visit.

The place is a mess, our bathroom had mold on the wall, however the host used smelly cleaning liquids in the dining room while we were still having breakfast. We didn't feel welcome. The decor is incredibly weird.

Якщо ви подорожуєте без авто і з багажем - підйом до вілли неймовірно важкий. Але при цьому вид з тераси вілли казковий і я не жалкую, що подолала важкий шлях заради насолоди проживання тут. Безмежно вдячна власникам за те, що завезли нас особисто до вокзалу після виселення!

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Gut fanden wir die Lage, Das Frühstück war ok. Man könnte die Sachen etwas besser aufbereiten (Essen war teilweise in Plastikboxen). Zimmer war sauber und die Vermieter sehr nett.
Im Bad bekommt man bei längerem Ufenthalt vermutlich Atemwegsprobleme. Das Bad verfügt über kein Fenster und die Abluft ist nicht ans Licht gekoppelt. Somit gibt es über der Dusche schwarzen Schimmel.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The views of the lake and the hospitality of the hosts. They were very friendly and ready to assist us with anything we needed. We stayed for the first night in the triple room, which had AMAZING views of Lake Como. There is a very friendly parrot and dog in the house.
The decoration of the rooms was rather dated and kitschy. While the homemade breakfast cakes and muffins were delicious, there were not a lot of options for a savory breakfast. The way from the station to the villa is hellish if you follow Google Maps; I'm sure if you call the hosts, they'll be ready to help you get to the villa with their car!

Bellano is a lovely town, there are things do here, but it is not crowded like Bellagio and Varenna (you can go to other towns by train or ferry) There is a shortcut foot path to the town center from Villa Anita (15 min walk), so you don't need to go along the street. Free parking.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The villa is very nice, owners too. Breakfast and view from the villa are very good. If you don't have car for your trip the location is not very good. Too far from town center and ferry and up the hill.
We had room for three people and separate bathroom outside the room, which wasn't very nice for long stay. In afternoon it was very loud around the villa. May be we weren't lucky enought.

Das Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, und vieles ist defekt, beziehungsweise wackelt. Ich bin schon viel unterwegs gewesen, aber so ein schlechtes Frühstück habe ich noch nie bekommen. Die Brötchen waren noch in der Tüte und der Aufschnitt war in der Originalverpackung in Plastikdosen abgelegt Für den Preis hätte man da schon mehr erwarten können.

La nostra stanza era un po' piccola ma per le nostre esigenze era più che sufficiente! Se però avete bisogno di stare larghi ha delle soluzioni anche più ampie.

Chýbalo na izbe kúrenie, napr klimatizácia, s ktorou sa dá prihriať v izbe. Po osprchovaní bola zima, lebo v noci bola teplota vonku len 10° Uteraky sú opotrebované, zišli by sa obnoviť.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Lovely views of the lake. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean, and the view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking.
The only downside for me was the distance from town. The walk downhill was manageable, but the walk back uphill was quite challenging. I later learned that if you contact the hosts a few days in advance, they can arrange to pick you up from the ferry or train station, which I would highly recommend taking advantage of. Transportation options such as Uber are very limited in the area, and if you do find one, the wait can be long and the cost quite expensive. Because of the steep walk and limited transportation, I would not recommend this property for guests with mobility issues.

Da fällt mir nichts wesentliches ein.

Rendezett, igazi olasz hangulat, virágokkal, teraszokkal. A szállásadók rendkivül kedvesek és barátságosak. A reggeli külön élmény volt a házigazda saját készitésü, autentikus olasz reggelit készitett. Mi nagyon szerettük. Az a hely ahova biztosan visszatérünk.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025Rewelacyjny widok, dobra lokalizacja jeśli ktoś przyjechał autem, dostępne miejsce parkingowe darmowe, dobre wskazówki odnośnie dojścia do promu, dobre śniadanie.
Podłoga w całym pokoju była nie posprzątana, w łazience na podłodze pełno było długich czarnych włosów, informacja była o ogrzewaniu ale niestety było zimno, intensywny zapach kwiatów w pokoju był uciążliwy, ręczniki niestety nadają się do wyrzucenia bo po jednym użyciu śmierdzą, mam nadzieję że kołdra pod którą spaliśmy jest regularnie prana ponieważ nie posiadała poszewki i na dodatek była porwana...zglosilibysmy uwagi bezpośrednio do gospodarza po przyjeździe ale weszliśmy, zostawiliśmy bagaże, ruszyliśmy zwiedzać i wróciliśmy późno.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Ho dormito benissimo nonostante io abbia problemi a dormire, nessun disturbo! La signora è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La terrazza e la sala colazioni hanno la vista magnifica sul lago. La camera e il bagno sono.belli e spaziosi. La tele con Netflix è sicuramente una comodità.
