To everyone who travel with pets - THEY DON'T ACCEPT CATS. and was pretty fun to find it out at 11:30pm without alternative option around. At the end, my mother was sleeping with cat in the car, because they refuse to let us in with cat. Booking gave no info about that restriction

Grout and caulking in shower should be cleaned and or replaced (caulking) has mold at bottom. Corners a bit dirty outside of shower and behind bathroom door. Sink drain very slow. Noisy party goers after 1 am

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. The lobby was so dark because the lights were turned off, seemed they forgot to turn them on. The front desk agent was nice. The rooms smells like a sweaty man when we first came in. The bathroom is quite old and needed some deep cleaning.

The hotel itself needs an upgrade. It had an odd smell to it when you first walked in, carpets were stained, and the beds were small (double) and very hard. It didn't seem like there was much soundproofing as you could hear the TV and people talking from other rooms. The guests that stayed next to us and across the hall kept banging their doors until I finally called the front desk. The staff did come up and talk to them, and they were quiet for a few hours until they started putting their empty cans back into the hallway.

Reviewed May 22, 2025Even though it's a non-smoking hotel, smokers are allowed to smoke directly outside their patio doors which allows smoke to enter into the room through the doors. This leaves a slight smoky scent to the room. There is a can for butts outside, yet people still throw them on the ground. The hotel tries to accommodate people but some just don't get it.

My reservation was for a 2nd level room, but i got a main floor where a number of men sat outside my siding glass door drinking all night saying replusive things about their wives. I was happy to leave. Rooms were very dated, dim lighting. Staff were fantastic.
