Excellent and welcoming reception upon arrival, plenty of explanations and directions and a clean room with all the amenities awaited. Quiet, comfortable and reasonable - a perfect mix.

The room had been recently updated with new furniture, flooring, bathroom fixtures, and was very clean. The hotel staff gets 5 stars as I mistakenly left a toiletries bag behind and didn't realize it for 3 days. When I called the hotel it had been identified as left behind in the room after my stay and was held until the following week when I could pick it up. The only draw back was the noisy air conditioner.....unfortuately it had not been replaces with the recent renovations.

There was no coffee maker in the room. The shampoo in the room was empty and not refilled. Our internet connection was cut off before we left the room in the morning. The breakfast was very poor

Very nice comparing to other same level.. The only one thing not good that they don’t have alivator .. and brake fast is somehow poor . Otherwise it is clean , nice stuff and reasonable prices .

The area where the hotel is located os a bit loud with the trains but also some younger people staying there; right below our room, were talking loud outside after midnight when we were trying to sleep.

I've been on a road trip for ten days staying in hotel/motels spark was by far the best stay out of my trip from the time we first stepped in the lobby

The rooms were clean and staff very friendly. Did not like carrying luggage up the stairs because they don’t have an elevator. No hot breakfast or celiac options for breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel especially knowing what the pre-renovated hotel looked like. Large, clean room with comfortable bed. It is close to the highway and also the GO train if you are travelling into the city. The breakfast area was large and well set up. However the breakfast selection is limited. There are no restaurants in walking distance and it is about a 10 minute drive to the nearest location. In general it is excellent value for the money. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in was easy, room was bright/modern/clean and staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was basic with minimal options..but enough to get us started for the day. Enjoyed the convenience of the water bottle filing station in the front lobby and plenty of parking.

Clean and comfortable.

Perfect place to stay for a short walk to Oshawa GO Train for going into downtown Toronto. Rooms very clean with the glaring exception of blankets smelling sweaty (the sheets were definitely clean, though) and bathtub being dated with ground in dirt. Strange smell in main first floor hallway. Front desk staff very efficient and friendly and courteous, breakfast okay but very limited choices - no bacon or warm eggs, for example, coffee tasted like hot water.

Everything was good specifically the breakfast.

Super convenient for our trip to Toronto. Only 5 minutes away from the go train into the city. Also very close to restaurants

The breakfast choices were lame. Just cold cereal, toast, waffles, no yogurt or hot food. The coffee was good. Transportation from here was good. Close to the GoTrain, the shopping centers.

We loved the new upgrades they made

Ok stay but definitely no Hilton connection. This is a converted Quality Inn. Very basic by the 401. The pictures suggested something more opulent.

Stayed 1 night, confortable, clean and nice breakfast. Definitly worth it.

The place was nice, quiet, safe, and clean. The staff was nice. A minor issue was there was no glasses in the room. We came in late after midnight, was thirsty, and forgot our water bottles at home. Usually there was at least a couple glasses in the hotel rooms, there weren't any. Other than that everything was good. Beds were nice, clean and everything else we need was there. Would visit again. Won't forget the water bottles this time.

As soon as I walked in I could smell how clean it was! Everything was great, staff was kind, rooms were cozy and fresh.

Overall, it was a great stay had a problem with the reservation, but they fixed it right away. The staff was friendly and nice and did their job really good besides that five stars for everything else

Staff stated deposit fee was $250, where expedia website stated $100. Staff claims their website states $250 although it does not anywhere. As well as you shouldn't have to cross reference rules for hotel's but that is not what this hotel staffing states. Just unprofessional..

Stayed due to the hotel being directly off of 401. Very easy to get to and quiet. Room was clean and check in/check out was quick and easy.

Simple but nice and clean facility. I felt safe there. Free parking. No pool. Very limited breakfast options. Bedding was soft and comfortable. Toiletrries were limited but higher end. Surrounding area was not the most walkable but there were a number of restaurants within 5 minutes drive. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Stay was fine for our needs. Sufficient breakfast with yogurt, cereal, toast, coffee.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Check in was very good and helpful. The only thing i did not like as there was what looked like long term/ extended stay people that do drugs/ smoke weed and seeing drug dealers going in/out of rooms on the first floor but the place was quiet.

The stay was really good overall. Only downside was that it was a bit noise outside (from the train tracks and the family staying next door). Apart from that it was a lovely stay.

Great Job! Yummy pillows, clean, practical, good tv, quality soap…. Nicer breakfast than other Spark locations (In the USA they have only coffee and Bagels)…. Here they have fruit, Yogurt, cereal, waffles….

Nice place at a not unreasonable price. Well kept, clean and functional. Pleasant staff. Not looking for fancy; just a good place at a good price.

Love that you could park outside your room and haul your luggage in through sliding glass doors. This door had a really nifty security bar built in. Cloverleaf off highway was a little challenging to get to the property, but I would stay here again.

Nice property with screen doors on the first floor which made it very convenient to offload my luggage. Breakfast however had little options with no eggs or sausage

Everything was great except the morning breakfast and not that it mattered to me, but I’m sure the gentleman that got up at six in the morning and nothing was ready and all they had was a muffin. We’re a little upset.

It was Comfort Inn, renovated and renamed as Hilton. New towels, everything looks new. If your room is on 2/F, you have to carry your luggage by yourself as there’s no elevator.

We were looking for a clean yet inexpensive place to stay the night and this was absolutely wonderful! From the staff, to the set up, to the breakfast - even the personalized welcome message on the TV screen was a great added touch. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Overall the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff friendly, unfortunately the breakfast which started at 6 didn’t supply hot food until 7 and even though the hotel wasn’t busy, you can clearly hear people talking in the hallways, needs better sound proofing.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was quite a mess after morning rush. Should be noted no elevators, if you require.

Pet friendly. The front desk staff, I'm not sure his name, he worked nights when we checked in originally was amazingly helpful and wonderful all the time. Nothing is really walkable...but if you have a car, there so much shopping and dinning nearby (and a Chuck E Cheese for our toddler). Will be booking again!

Clean, functional hotel with basic amenities. Breakfast is standard hotel fare, room was clean and comfortable. The room came with a fridge and microwave.

Clean, simple, friendly staff!

When I arrived at the hotel, it was bustling with sports teams and parents tailgating in the parking lot. (Fine, I was once one of those parents.) I took a room on the 2nd floor (to avoid sounds from upstairs) but I had to haul my bags up, as there was no elevator. The room amenities were really bare bones, not even a cup to put water in... The keys often stopped working and the wifi cut out every day at 8:05 (during calls where I was speaking). The worst, however, was the promised free breakfast. The Sunday was fine, but I was told the sports teams at all the food and new food wasn't ordered til Tuesday. Not even plain bagels and no fruit at all. I had to beg for someone to look for some yogurt even on a few days. If you advertise breakfast, you should be able to provide it--go to a supermarket and fill up a cart already. Such a shame, as the hotel was newly renovated. I just don't understand how the staff thinks they can get away without feeding people. Shortsighted to say the least.

- I've booked a King, they only had 2 Queens. - One of the two beds was definitely used, no doubt. - There was no key to our rooms, except the one the front desk had, so they'd had to open for me each time I'd return to my room. - There was an unpleasant smell in the room, as some body odour. - I tried to rest but couldn't sleep because of the discomfort, had to leave the room just after a shower and continue my trip.
