Comfort Inn Prince Albert

Was a nice clean room and the breakfast was great!

The room was good to start our 3 night stay but there was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. The bathroom had only one face cloth and although replaced stayed at one. The empty tissue box was not replaced. The bed was not made after night two. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

the room appeared to be cleaned, however because we were in a pet room, the carpet smelled like urine. The staff had opened the window prior to our arrival to air out, however when closed the window , the smell was evident. Rug is hard to utilize in rooms for pets. Another floor covering would be suggested. the television we could not figure out how to get to the channels. It would turn on however to access we could not figure out not matter what we tried. decided to go to bed it was late anyhow. Instructions by remote would be wonderful. Overall small minor details.....the breakfast was great, pricing was fabulous, pet friendly, location easy to find, felt safe, staff very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious.

Nice clean place at reasonable rate

The curtain on the sliding door was filthy, the wallpaper by the door had something splashed on it and was stained. Dust and kinder surprise wrappers on the floor under the bed by the headboard. The room needs a good overall cleaning and wall wash. The continental breakfast was exceptional and the lady who made it was so friendly.

Property was good. Excellent free breakfast. Was not aware you had to ask for room cleaning for new towels/garbage removal. A lot of sketchy individuals passing around property outside….which is not really hotels fault as there seems to be an issue of this throughout the city

The bathroom smelled like urine and must, the room itself had a funky smell. The vestibule at the back door had multiple flies and smelled of a bottle redemption centre. The place is old!! Safety is questionable!

I am an early riser and almost always awaken before my wife. I get up and head down to the hotel lobby/breakfast area and make myself some coffee and stay out of our room until my wife awakens. This morning I did the same, however, after making some coffee, I was informed that the hotel lobby was CLOSED! I asked what that meant. I was told that the lobby was closed until 6:30am, when breakfast was available. Closing the hotel lobby makes no sense. The only people that could be there are the guests of the hotel, who should have the right to access to the lobby. Additionally, the business center was shut down and would not be opened until 6:30am. I was VERY disappointed with this hotel's policies and doubt that I will ever consider staying there in the future.

Bed was horrible. Tried using the ironing board. Was busted beyond repair.

Was a good stay. Good location for my reasons in town. Easy check in and clean room. Dislike was the door was wide open upon check in, and only One hand towel and One bath towel. No wash wash cloths

I would’ve given the place five stars, but my truck got broken into overnight. Parked right in front of my room. This might not have happened if they had better security.

Hotel is okay for the price. We stayed a few nights end July. Some of the rooms are being upgraded so keep that in mind.

The place was too high in price that did not have a pool, the hallways were dirty, and I also asked for an extra blanket, they never gave me one. So it was a cold sleep.

Our room was left with no towels not vacuumed nor were beds fixed up. Paying almost 500 i thought i get at least our beds attended too.

Not the newest place I've ever stayed but eveything was clean and the staff we're all terrific. The breakfast was very very good, eveything that's supposed to be fresh and hot was actually fresh and hot!

I liked how easy it was to get onto the highway. The room was pretty clean, although in the bathroom, there was a problem with the waterstopper in the tub. It wouldn't drain the water unless it was jammed open.

This hotel is at the edge of town so you need a car. Breakfast is included.

Terrible terrible hotel!! Disgusting!! Not friendly. Old. Filthy rugs. So gross!!! And no pool. No hot tub.

Where to begin? My room smelled of stale urine, and carpet always felt kind of wet and sticky. I requested a room change, nothing happened. I believe they were dealing with an overwhelming amount of evacuees at the time due to nearby fires, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. That said they did nothing to alleviate my concerns. I told them the room had an awful stench, the guy at the desk offered me a bottle of cleaner. I made it three nights but left a night early because it felt unsafe. The last night there an I roxicated woman drive through the front of the hotel, and a fight ensued between another guest and the driver. Every night I was on edge with people screaming up and down the halls. I wanted to keep the patio door open to air out the stench, but often couldn't because there were guests outside drinking, using, and arguing, which made it intolerable. But hey, free breakfast!

Stayed in the Comfort Suites in Prince Albert as I had a family member in the hospital and needed to stay in town for the night. I do appreciate that there is a lot of evacuation right now and the Hotel was full. The noise and slamming doors continue well into the early hours. Which means it was impossible to sleep. The paramedics also showed up. There was security in the parking lot earlier on but I'm not sure after that. For the price, it is definitely overrated.

Building is older, but rooms and are updated, clean and comfortable. Security on site. Breakfast staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast (sausage, eggs, hash browns, waffles, fruit and more).

When spending $200 on a single bed room I at least expected a toilet seat that doesn’t pinch your butt every time you sit down. Noisy, old and underwhelming. Breakfast only goes till 930am which was also annoying since I’m here on business and did not even get to the room till 2am. Worst $200 I ever spent

Filthy, the bathroom had hair (head and body) on the floor, shower and sink. The room smelled like cigarette butts, mattress cover on bed filthy. The only positive is that I didn’t see any varmints.

I’m an elder person and had to walk to the 2 nd floor with my luggage and bum knee. You need an elevator at least. Thank you

Old and garbage and laundry in the halls. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were not warm or friendly at all. Parking lot was brutal, vomit and paper plates outside and under our window/parking spot. Ppl in the dumpster both times we were leaving the hotel. Other Guests heard up until 3 in the morning so we slept terribly. Will not return.

A great spot to overnight and hit the toad early.

Couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on or the light by the bed. People talking outside my room at 12:30 for what seemed like a long time. Other than those things it was ok.

I usually have a good stay when i am on the second floor but this time i choose the 1st floor and it wasnt great. A noisy room.half way down the hall and the bed was lumpy and uneven. Aside from that, i enjoyed the breakfast. Will be booking usual 2nd floor next time.

I initially had a reservation for a second night at another local motel, but that venue was so awful (unclean, unsafe) that I left even though I would still have to pay for the second night. The Comfort Inn saved me. It feels clean, safe, appealing, up-to-date, and welcoming. So glad I found it!

Adding a more private widow tint on ground floor suites. Or a privacy board/ fence by the road lining the side of the building.

Imy stay was comfortable and quiet my kids had a great sleep in the beds. Forsure better than the rest of the hotels. That almost kick me out all the time because my kids and family but other the that the employees were not hard on me and my kids/family that check up on me and the kids.

No toilet paper in the room. No shampoo. I’ve been calling for an hour. No one is picking up the phone. I’m not leaving my room because it doesn’t feel safe here. I would expect to be able to have at least one roll of toilet paper. Don’t come here if you can’t take stairs. There is no elevator. There are a lot of homeless people wandering the parking lot, but they seem harmless. Do not stay here if you’re a woman and alone. It doesn’t seem safe. Now no one is answering the phone at the front desk at night. It’s terrifying.

The room was very clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom, bed was a little firm for my liking, and the pillows where too soft, thats just my opinion. Breakfast was wonderful, staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good but the wifi the connection to wifi was terrible, once in the room the wifi would cut off which was crappy!! Hopefully it’s better when we go stay another night or 2 in the future…. Other than that everything was excellent!!

Didn't get to check in so I need a refund and the man working is a rude person I wouldn't recommend that place how do I get a refund

Nice quiet place

Smell sewer walking into room, did my best to air out room but left next day with a terrible neck ache, from my nose being assaulted by rank order. Front desk clerk very unempathetic, Internet is terrible, could not enter into my university log-in. Due to unsafe internet. I stayed here 2 weeks ago and had a warning that my email was being locked due to wrong password and I got kicked out of my email for a day. HORRIBLE. Terrible is how I will describe my very last stay with comfort hotel.

Rented 2 rooms for 2 nights, When we first arrived, The one room wasn't even clean, there were beer cans on the bathroom floor and the beds were not even cleaned or made. There was only one worker in front and he had to go clean the room because the cleaning staff had already left for the day. I didn't feel safe there either, outer doors need work.

Hotel was clean enough. Rough area. The bed was comfortable.

The desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast lady however was very rude and unpleasant. We were there for hockey and purposely stayed there because of their continental breakfast. She wasn’t ready at 645 ( when breakfast started at 630) And was snappy were trying to get some breakfast so we could get in our way. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I was kicked out the first hour because they argued with my gf and they asked me to leave so i did now im out 800 dollers and change but very unhappy and not fair that i lose that much money and they keep it all

I like the ground floor rooms but they charge more for them and the Majority do not have 2 queen beds

Good hotel for our stay during a hockey tournament Mini fridge wasn’t working when we got in the room. No big deal to us though. Just mentioned to front desk so we wouldn’t be responsible. Friendly staff, nice complimentary breakfast, clean room. Would stay here again The ladies in the breakfast room in the morning were so so friendly and kept everything clean and well stocked for our hungry hockey team. Thanks.
