Reviewed Sep 5, 2026I ended up reaching a day later than my original booking - due to unfortunate scenarios (mudslide, train derailment) that stopped all traffic between Sapporo and Hokkaido. The front desk staff were great when i contacted them about being unable to travel on the day, and asking them to hold my booking till the following day. The hotel itself is a quick walk from Hakodate station, and is an easy, fuss free stay in Hakodate on a budget. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are sufficient. The breakfast (half buffet + fixed plate of japanese or western style breakfast items) is a good-to-have before an active day. The area around the hotel also has a number of bars and restaurants for dinner options.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Das Hotel war nicht weit vom Bahnhof Hakodate von JR entfernt. In der Nähe davon gibt es auch viele Restaurants. Außerdem kann man vom Hotel aus sehr gut zu Fuß den Asaichi erreichen.
Das Bad, um die Toilette, war ziemlich eng...

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Gute und günstige Übernachtung in der Nähe des Hautbahnhofs. Sehr freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal. Diverse Essensmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Tipp : ein paar Meter weiter gibt es einen großen Supermarkt Max Valu mit vielen Sushi, Sashimi und anderen fertigen Gerichten, die man im OG erwärmen und dort verspeisen kann.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Super Lage, 5min vom Bahnhof Hakodate entfernt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind Fußläufig oder per Bus gut zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer roch stark nach Raucherzimmer, obwohl es ein Nichtraucherzimmer war. Außerdem kam das Personal morgens um 8:40 in das Zimmer als geputzt werden sollte, obwohl es hieß, nach 10 Uhr.

Un poco anticuado, la recepción estaba en la segunda planta por lo que la entrada era un poco hostil. Los servicios básicos del hotel pueden mejorar.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The hotel is located not far from the station, there are numerous restaurants and stores around, it is easy to get to bus and trams stops. It is very clean. The room itself (bathroom excluded) is small, but well designed. It includes an electric kettle, mugs, a tv set (attached to the wall, cannot be moved which makes it impossible to use). I liked the fact that I could open the window. The staff speaks very limited English, but is eager to help.
The bathroom was super tiny, it was impossible to use it comfortably. I think anyone taller than 5’5 has issues with it. Also, the wifi didn’t work properly - I was unable to connect on my IPad as the network was deemed insecure, thus a forced four day internet detox. I suggest the hotel gets a proper password protected internet access for guests. The elevator system is super inefficient (two small elevators, long wait), there are not stairs to use instead. The AC is located right above the head of the bed, it is impossible to leave it on at night as one can freeze to death.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026函館駅や市電の停留所、バスターミナルから4〜5分程度の近さでアクセスがとてもいいこと。観光のハイシーズンだと思いますが、シングルでもお得な料金でした。 コインランドリーが安い料金で使えたこと。4泊したので、4日目に洗濯できて助かりました。
アメニティとルームウェアについては説明されましたが、夕方にコーヒーサービスがあることを知りませんでした。 バスタブが狭くて体がすぐシャワーカーテンについてしまう、エレベーターが現在何階にあるのかの表示がなくて(廊下に立った時通常はドアの上部にある)、ちょっと不便でした。

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The staff are professional and friendly, the room was very clean, and the location is convenient. There's a supermarket nearby (but it might not appear in Google Maps).
Even by Japan standards, the bathroom was very small. Also, as with the other Four Points Flex hotels that I stayed at in Japan, the TV is tiny and it can't be adjusted; if you're in bed, it's not in your line of sight. Who made this design decision?

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026JR函館駅近でロケーションが良い。 建物が新しく部屋も清潔。 宿泊費も良心的。 素泊まりで一泊～二泊なら十分。ビジネス利用で寝るためだけなら更に勧める。 ウェルカムドリンクで飲んだコーヒーは、コンビニにあるようなコーヒーマシンで淹れられ～ボタンを押したらロースト豆を挽いてドリップするタイプで、美味しかった。
部屋（シングル）が狭小でバスタブも小さい。ゆったり休めるほどの広さはない。 ユニットバスの排水が（、詰まりはしなかったが）悪かった。 部屋に時計（この手のビジネスホテルに良くあるベッド頭上に埋め込みのデジタル式、みたいな）がなかった。目覚ましアラームは自前のスマホで・・・。 部屋の窓（8F、東南東向き）からの景色は地方都市の街並みが見える程度で普通だった。美しい夜景や太平洋の大海原を望むような景色ではない（この目的でこのホテルを選んだ訳ではないが）。

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026朝ごはんがとても美味でした。 お米の炊き具合バッチリ👌 おかずも丁寧に個人個人お皿に盛ってあって嬉しかったです。ただ「和食？洋食？」をサンプルもなく選ぶスタイルは戸惑いましたけど。
浴槽が過去一狭くて閉口。 函館駅に沈む夕陽が他の建物で微妙だった.....泣く😂

バス・トイレが非常に狭く、身体の大きな人には使いずらいと思います。モノを置くスペースが少ないのですが、ベッドが大きい分仕方がないのかもしれません。

ユニットバスが狭くて、シャワーで済ませてるにもやっとでした。洗面台も顔洗うのにも気をつけないと周りに飛び散りました。 フワフワの綿のクッションのような枕が2個でしたが、1個は安定感のある枕がほしいです。寝付けなかった。

最初、入館する際、フロントの場所が分かりづらかった。

とても狭い部屋で、お風呂もとても小さかった。
