Lovely staff, beautiful well-maintained property, convenient location, multiple windows in the room for lots of fresh air.

The young woman who checked us in was very kind and personable.

The breakfast was disappointing with only the option of bagels or cold cereal. There was no ice machine. The cold water in the bathroom sink did not work giving only warm water and there were items from the previous guests under the bed.

Furishings were way above what I would have expected. That made the room even more comfortable. It made for a very pleasant stay.

All exceeded our expectations. Check-in was quick and simple; the room was more than adequate and well air-conditioned before we arrived; it was clean and comfortable; the TV was easy to operate; and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed. Most outstanding were the staff. Shortly after settling into the room, I realized I had lost my wallet and travel pouch. They were nowhere to be found. Next morning when we arrived for breakfast the young woman receptionist told us they had found something belonging to us out on the ground the previous evening. It was my wallet and travel pouch returned intact - areal lifesaver! Both honesty and integrity rate high with me; and both were demonstrated by staff.

Breakfast was adequate for a quick getaway, and meant we weren’t hungry until midday. It was pretty typical of what you find in small motels. It was ok.

Beds were okay, but uncomfortable.

Location for going to our event was good. Room was quiet at night.

We booked a Queen Room but were given a room with double beds as they couldn’t find our confirmed reservation. It was good that they did accommodate us in a double bed size room however as a couple, sleeping 2 adults in 1 small double bed was really tight.

Room was a nice size and clean.

The room was very large with 2 big beds, though the bathroom was very tiny. The motel reminded me of traveling with my parents during the 70's on a road trip. Its dated, but comfortable. The carpet had a big stain...so though I felt the room was clean, I wasn't comfortable walking on the carpeted floor and wore slippers. The continental breakfast was simple...bagels and yogurt in a small fridge. The office hours didn't start until 8:30 which is a little late if you want to hit the road early and grab a quick breakfast. But overall, everything was good. Our thanks to the staff.

Check in girl was super friendly. Our room was number 14 and it was quiet and clean. Only issue was the TV did not work. Other than that it was a great stay.

Outdoor gardens were beautiful. Owners were friendly and accommodating. Place was immaculate

The staff are friendly and very supportive of their guests. The rooms have all that you need for a stay, short or long. We stayed here after an event in London - a quick drive to enjoy a good night sleep! Thank you!

This was a nice place that was fairly close to Port Stanley. Staff were nice and friendly and the room was clean inappropriate. The only issue was the AC was not fully working initially.

Basic continental breakfast, self-serve in the common room. Double bed was comfortable. Refrigerator requires a cleanup.

Pillow options were not available, unable to sleep comfortably. But all in all good.

Clean, renovated, spacious motel 15 min drive from Port Stanley beach. Management/Staff were friendly, even though I arrived late for check-in late. They were informative of how the electricity in room worked and what amenities were available in the room. Staff asked in the morning how our stay was. Great towels, toiletries (soap,shampoo), coffee maker, fridge with freezer and microwave were appreciated. Beds were 8.5/10. Charging outlets by the bed. plenty of lighting. (a note to management- NO impact on our overall stay- Bathroom fan was loud, some dust under the furniture, free breakfast was basic, no half and half for coffee/tea. Windows/room are not sound proof. Heavy sleepers won't be impacted.

Our stay at the Cardinal Court Motel was great! The room was very clean and very comfortable, with good wi-fi service. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated the free breakfast. The hotel's location was perfect for traveling to Port Stanley. We very much recommend this location to anyone looking for a top-notch motel experience. Would stay again!

Ian was awesome, friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely book a room there again when i am in the London/St. Thomas area next time.

Out of traffic

We asked for a late check out for 12:00 they said no, that was fine They called at 10:45 am and asked if we’re staying another night I told them no it was just for the one night, and the girl at the front desk was very rude, Told us we better leave by 11:00 which we were going to, would never go back there very rude people

Only on TV channel that was worth watching. Couldn’t get coffee or breakfast until 8:30 AM because Office didn’t open until 8:30 AM

It was a very comfy room. Had what we needed and was a fair price. The young lady at the desk when we arrived was very pleasant to speak with.

This side-of-the-road motel provided a pleasant respite on my two-day drive across southern Ontario. The well-groomed grounds and by-my-room parking reminded me of road-trip motels of my youth. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The setting, between the highway intersection in Talbotville and St. Thomas, is rural and quiet, despite being on a main highway. But the motel is mere minutes away from downtown St. Thomas, where there are ample shopping and eating choices. Though the friendly staff offered me a breakfast, I opted for a near-by full-service restaurant instead. My only complaint was that I couldn't get the air control unit to cease blowing cold air into the room during the night.

Booked this facility based on the very misleading rating on Expedia which seems to be the norm now - which I would caution other users too that not everything that has higher rating necessarily may live up to your expectation. This motel is not for families if you are visiting London. It was dirty cramped, not accessible at all for someone in wheelchair.

Loved the big fluffy bed. Very Comfortable and the price was reasonable. The location suited my needs. Quick check-out in the morning.

My only problem with this motel was that I had trouble getting enough heat from the in-room heater during the night.

A lovely little spot in the Elgin county countryside. Room was lovely and well appointed. Simple bathroom but met my needs. Simple continental, self-serve breakfast included.

I’m a Marriott girl. But all hotels in London were sold out due to Convocations at Western. So we took a chance here. We were very happy with our choice! This motel is not fancy, but it is clean, well taken care of and fairly priced. Beds were in good shape. Very easy to find. Management are friendly, they even waited for us to arrive after hours as we were stuck in traffic.

Allowing us to check in early as we came from an over night travel without sleep.

The grounds around the Motel are kept so beautifully. It's so comfortable and quiet.

Very clean rooms and bathroom! The staff were lovely and easy to speak to, they were very accommodating. The location was great and it was nice to have a bagel and coffee in the morning before we went home.

The beds are small and uncomfortable, very hard mattresses where you can feel every spring. The room itself is small, we only slept there after an evening wedding so it was perfect for us, but I imagine a longer stay would be less comfortable.

I absolutely loved this place everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely especially Ian the check in with him was amazing he made sure we had everything we needed and showed us how to reach him and even gave us a wonderful recommendation for a local restaurant that we loved! Would definitely rebook

It was well priced. The outside was very well maintained. Property is well manicured.

Could definitely use newer decent pillows and a dehumidifier in the rooms prior to arrival. Older motels tend to keep moisture in. Still a clean place to lay your head for a night.

Our room seemed to have updated features such as the AC, beds, chargers, etc. Very well kept. Legends restaurant was just down the road and Port Stanley was a simple 20 minutes away. Will stay here again if need be.

We did not have a breakfast option.🤷🏼‍♀️
