The breakfast

Such a small room, pillows were horrible.

This hotel was perfect for our 2 night stay the staff there are very friendly and always willing to help out with any questions that we may had have. The hot breakfast is very good. The hotel is very clean and very close to port Stanley beach. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and recommend it to friends and family.

The breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Fully stocked. Easy to get to Port Stanley and the beaches. Plenty of parking available. Clean.

Not the closest place to St. Thomas centre but only a cheap ride by Uber or taxi. Don't clean rooms unless you request it. Most places clean your room regardless.

I was very happy to find a dog friendly hotel.

I was very happy to find a dog friendly hotel however I wish they let me book a floor that was suitable to have a dog. I was automatically booked.onto a 2nd floor even though I said I had a dog. They then had to change us to a first floor but charged us for the change.

The location is convenient to guests from their room, the breakfast place is clean and the lady staff is very freindly!

Lack of an elevator

I wanted to check in before 3pm to have a comfortable place to rest before a 1pm wedding. The host did not give an immediate 'No' but called his staff. He might have help me but couldn't because our room was not ready, but he tried. I am grateful.

There is nothing to not like about this Comfort Inn.

It felt like home! Loved the location and the room set up. The 24 hour staff who check us in was so kind and fantastic. We checked in at 1:30am so nice to have that flexibility. Loved the snacks in lobby as well.

Wish had on demand available on tv and the room could have been cleaner!

The breakfast was great! Rooms were clean. I really liked being on the lower level to sit outside the sliding door. It was great having a microwave right in the room. Also the snacks and drinks for purchase in the library were great!

Much better breakfast than at many chains - fresh fruit and juices, a variety of bread items, eggs, sausages, bacon, decent coffee, choice of teas, quick replenishment of items. Short, easy drive to Port Stanley and St. Thomas.

They couldn't have known if no one reported it but the Keurig maker in the room didn't work. I told them so.

Quality, cleanliness, good breakfast

This was a brand new building so the air-con worked brilliantly. the room was nice and clean. and we loved that on the ground floor we could open the patio doors and bring in the cases with the car parked right outside. Very nice area, friendly staff.

No lift so if you have a lot of luggage or a baby, which we had both, then get a ground floor room. But reception did move us for $10. No Kettle had to go buy one from Walmart

The staff was helpful and professional. Two staff members attended the breakfast area. This was good, but also added to the congestion. The front desk person immediately addresses the children running & playing in the hallways at 10:10pm. It was quiet after that.

The hotel seemed to be at capacity with many children running in the hallway. Seemed like a large group of hockey teams. The breakfast area is small considering the number of guests. The design of the counter area is not good. Everyone is funneled into a small area, which causes long lines. The carpet in our room was old with several wrinkles.... potential trip hazards.

Location was excellent. Nice area at back to walk dog. Drive up to the room on lower floor. Quiet . Second time we have stayed within a month and would recomnend. Staff friendly.

Very clean & newly renovated!! Staff was friendly. I would recommend it as u are not right in town. Its quiet, enjoyed our stay for a wedding.

All of the staff were very friendly, professional and efficient. Our room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was varied and very fresh. The employee in charge of refilling the food containers was especially efficient. We would definitely stay here again!

Zemin kat odaları, üst kata oranla biraz daha gürültü alabiliyor, özellikle sabah otelden erken saatte çıkan taşıtlar yüzünden.

The smell. As soon as we arrived at our room, the room doesnt smell good. We couldnt explain the smell so we just opened our sliding door to minimize that odor.

Clean & affordable

Not liking that it seems my credit card has been charged twice. I thought you were charged for the room plus $100 deposit and then you would receive a credit. That was not the case for me - I have two charges and have now reached the limit on my credit card and will have to wait for a credit. In the middle of nowhere and a terrible drive on a wet stormy night without any street lights but it was the cheapest closest to our destination.

Everything - very clean, comfortable, updated rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived at 9pm after having driven all day only to be told that their pet policy does not allow cats (which was not indicated on Booking.com) and then told "no refunds" when we said we don't want to pay for the room we are not being allowed to stay in?? The woman said "maybe next time you should look at the actual website and not a third party site" when we told her that we didnt see anything about no cats on their listing. Truly the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel and a really fun way to be welcomed back into Canada after being away for a few months.

The room was quite large for a regular hotel room and bed was very comfortable. The parking was plentiful and easy. The location was good for me. There was great attention to the cleanliness of the interior.

The workout room was much too small and had very little equipment. The outside of the hotel is extremely dated. I was very turned off when I arrived.

Clean area, hot food, lots of choices

No elevator

Nice and clean, with comfortable beds and a convenient location that includes free parking. The breakfast was a lovely touch! Overall, a solid choice — I’d happily stay here again.

Had a great stay overall, though the late-night hallway marathon (with kids screaming at 2 a.m.) made it a bit hard to sleep 😆. Hopefully just a one-off experience!

I didn’t like the fact that they rounded up my bill and charged my credit card the night before when it says paid on site. They also charged me $10 more to get a room on the first floor. No other comfort inn has done that when we ask for a first floor room. And we have been in a lot of comfort inns in the last three years. Very disappointed.

Parking right outside of the room with access through patio was nice.
