Personalen var fantastiska! Speciellt de i restaurangen. Även i receptionen var de supertrevliga. God mat i restaurangen.

Något hård säng och inte de bästa kuddarna.

Frukost var som alltid på Scandic, fantastisk. Mycket att välja på och gott. Kul med pingisrum för barnen och mycket andra barn på hotellet. Kul med kidsquiz i receptionen. Väldigt snygg lobby, stort rum och sköna sängar.

Poolen kunde bara bokas 1 h åt gången då den bara rymde 10 personer. Och då det inte gick att boka innan incheckning blev det en stor besvikelse för barnen som velat bada mer. Jag mejlade hotellet frågor poolen några dagar innan men fick inget svar. Dyrt att parkera i närheten, hade räknat med att få p-tillstånd av hotellet utifrån ej beläget i storstad (borde kollat detta). Lite rörig incheckning.

This hotel was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the staff were all so friendly and polite. The location is super convenient – just a quick 15-minute train ride into the city centre, so it's easy to explore while staying in a quieter area. Everything about our stay was spot on. Would definitely come back!

The only tiny letdown was the room cleaning – it wasn't bad, but it could've been a bit more thorough . A little extra attention to detail from the cleaning team would make this place absolutely perfect. Still, I'd happily stay again!

Value for money hotel, very near to commuter train to central city center in Stockholm (14 mins). Spacious rooms for three persons. Good breakfast.

The hotel does not have any air condition. We stayed late August which was ok with the window open, but during summer months with higher temperatures maybe a problem.

Toimivat peruspalvelut. Lähellä ostoskeskusta ja Edsvikenin linnaa. Hyvä aamiainen. Viihtyisät yhteiset tilat.

Sattui huone jossa ikkuna avautui aulaan ja huone oli aika pieni, mutta ei sekään kovin paljon haitannut. Miinuksia: Sängyssä vain yksi tyyny ja sekin aika kova. Huoneessa saisi mielellään olla vedenkeitin.

1. La localización es inmejorable porque está justo al lado del Pendeltåg (el Cercanías) que va al centro de Estocolmo, Uppsala o Arlanda (aeropuerto). 2. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el ambiente es silencioso. El baño es amplio y cómodo también. Los niños dicen haber dormido bien en el sofá cama; la cama principal también era cómoda. 3. El desayuno buffet nos encantó y nos permitió salir bien alimentados por las mañanas para afrontar los días en la ciudad.

No se puede regular la temperatura de la habitación.

Enda nackdelen var att nätterna stördes lite av Arlanda- pendeln som gick alldeles intill.

Personalen var fantastiskt trevliga. Att komma ner till frukosten var en fröjd.

Brokastis bija lieliskas: daudzpusīgas, plašas. Vienīgi nebija sviesta - tikai margarīns un kafija slikta.

Dīvangūta bija neērta, matracis likās saliecies, čīkstēja pie katras kustības; dušas durvīm apakšā trūka gumijas un ūdens tecēja garām tām; WC miskaste bija salauzta. Uz WC bija pakāpiens, kas nebija minēts aprakstā - klupu gan es, gan bērni; kā arī WC bija pieejama tikai no iekšējās guļamistabas (derētu grafisks istabu plāns, lai saprastu, kā izkārtotas telpas), attiecīgi nācās modināt bērnus, ja vajadzēja to izmantot. Būtisks mīnus, ka recepcijā nepaskaidroja, kā izmantojams lifts, t.i., tikai ar istabas atslēgu. Tā kā bijām 8 cilvēku ģimene, ar čemodāniem un 2 bērnu ratiņim, sadalījāmies pa liftiem un vīrs nevarēja nospiest lifta pogu uz mūsu stāvu, braucot ar daļu no bērniem un mantām, taču istabas atslēgas bija pie manis.

The plus is that the hotel is very close to city commute rail and big room. The breakfast was quite good actually.

The rooms need renovation. The bathroom had sticky smell. If they give you a room facing the gallery, there's noise till midnight like in a beehive and you cannot regulate ventilation.

First of all the location was great. Just 15' far from the city center by train. A lot of options for breakfast (including the traditional meatballs na pancakes). Cozy room with plenty of space for a family of three. Excellent king size bed!

Conveniently located, but our family room was very disappointing. It had two single beds for the children, while the main bed was actually a sofa bed - and an extremely uncomfortable one. We eventually had to sleep with our heads at the foot end because the other way was so uncomfortable, and even then we kept sliding towards the middle. The exposed metal parts also left me with bruises. Having to sleep like this for four nights was terrible, and I really don’t understand how a hotel of this standard can offer a family room without a proper main bed. The swimming pool was closed during our stay, and we were not offered any compensation, discount or voucher. Soundproofing was also poor. There were some very noisy guests late at night, including children running through the corridors, and we could hear everything from our room. On the positive side, the location was convenient and the breakfast was excellent.

Frukosten var bra. Även läget intill Sollentuna köpcentrum uppskattade jag, lätt att kunna göra både göra ärende och äta mat.

Dålig städning på rummet - mina använda bestick från dag ett låg kvar på rummet vid utcheckning, dag fyra! Även i duschen städades det dåligt. Anläggningen kändes allmänt sliten och trist. I damernas omklädningsrum i relaxen/gymmet på vån 8 hade inte ordentligt med insynsskydd. Man byter om/duschar i princip för hela hotellet då de fönstren vetter mot atriumgården. Gymmet var för litet och dåligt utrustat. Relaxen hade en liten kall pool som man var tvungen att boka för att nyttja vilket hämmar ens flexibilitet. När jag fick frågan vid utcheckning om jag hade haft det bra svarade jag "nja, såär faktiskt" och väntade mig att receptionisten skulle vilja ta reda på varför så att de kan förbättra sig. Istället verkad ehon obrydd och sa "Aw, vad synd". Saknade också kylskåp på rummet och pall för att lägga upp väskan.

The hotel is old and have a bit messy daily cleaning service. I have asked one day ahead for a cleaning with reminds during the day but no cleaning until evening with another ask directly at the reception. A bit disappointed as I was a big fan for Scandic hotel group.

Šī viesnīca ir izcila, atrodas ļoti ērtā vietā pie sabiedriskā transporta un lielveikala, dažu minūšu attālumā. Brokastis ir lieliskas, ļoti garšīgas ar plašu izvēli. Personāls ir laipns un atsaucīgs, bērniem tika uzsaukti mokteiļi, iespējams bezmaksas apmeklēt baseinu, saunu un trenažierus, tāpat ir iespēja spēlēt biljardu. Ģimenes numuriņi ir plaši, ar divām istabām, vannas istabā gan vanna, gan duša atsevišķi, viss tīrs, gaišs un plašs. Kopumā teiktu, ka viesnīca ir pārdomāta, ērta un pārsniedz gaidīto. This hotel is excellent and very conveniently located, with public transport and a supermarket just a few minutes away. The breakfast is fantastic – very tasty, with a wide variety of options. The staff are friendly and helpful. The children were treated to complimentary mocktails, and guests can use the swimming pool, sauna and gym free of charge. There is also a pool table available. The family rooms are spacious and consist of two separate rooms. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower. Everything is clean, bright and spacious. Overall, I would say that the hotel is very well designed, comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Location, cleanliness and staff behavior. Naeem Khan at the breakfast spread was amazing. Also the reception staff was great.

Good location, nice employee, good condition building and facilities, one minute away from train and bus station.

Unsufficient number of employee of breakfast on weekends. Fast train makes high noise at night time if you keep open your window. Nothing else to say negatively.

Very spacious and cozy hotel room. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and has many food options available. Short walk to the Sollentuna Centrum shopping mall and the Sollentuna train station.

A laundry would be useful, I feel like it's the only facility that is missing.

Расположение отеля- за углом торговый центр, станция транспорта. В номере чисто, кровать удобная. У нас в номере ванной были и душ и ванна. Очень вкусный завтрак, с большим выбором еды. Оригинально расположена зона еды- внутренний дворик отеля.

This time I really don’t like the room i got I was there before during the Easter. Period. The room I got was very nice but this time the room is bad. The bed is checking. I didn’t sleep good the whole night. I have pain all over my body.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, absolutely pleasant, and very welcoming staff.However we are utterly disappointed with our stay at Scandic Star Sollentuna. At the peak of summer, the hotel informed us late after check‑in, that the pool would be out of service for a full three days. This is completely unacceptable. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, and my boys were excited to use it. No advance notice, no warning, nothing. On top of that, we were woken up at 6am by loud construction work right outside the hotel. Constant drilling and digging with no communication from the hotel whatsoever. The noise made it impossible to rest. For a hotel of this size and reputation, the lack of transparency and guest consideration is shocking. Our stay has been heavily disrupted, and I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.
