Reviewed Sep 1, 2026En el piso de arriba habia niños que corrían mucho y se oía constantemente La habitación para discapacitados tenía un baño muy grande que le quitaba espacio a la habituación y yo no pedí para discapacitados Cuando llegamos debimos esperar dos horas porque no habíamos recibido el código para ingresar, deberían haberlo mandado con anticipación Nunca vimos a persona alguna del hotel salvo la limpiadora una sola vez

Tajt, men stor badrum, tv funkade inte, ingen som kollade till eller städade. Dåligt belysning och lampan som blinkade ofta. Ljud från gäst ovanför som väckte oss kl 7 varje morgon.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Das Haus liegt nur 8 min. vom Bahnhof und großem Einkaufszentrum entfernt.
Das Appartement lässt sich nur durch eine Pin Nr. öffnen. Diese wurde mir bei der Buchung von Boocking nicht mitgeteilt. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, also musste ich die Nummer vom ettsmart Hotel anrufen. Diese konnten mich im Buchungssystem nicht finden. Nach langem Warten habe ich dann den Pin per SMS bekommen. Die Bahnlinie liegt direkt hinter dem Haus. Alle 15 min. rauscht der Arlanda Express durch.

Tyvärr fungerade TV, fick inget svar när jag kontaktade värden om detta. Hade velat se fotbollen då VM pågår....

Reviewed May 27, 2026The apartment was in a good location for our needs and even though the apartment was small it suited our needs and was equipped well for us.
The complete lack of customer service in resolving our issue with the heating, we where made to feel like liars and was made promise after promise and then told at the end of the stay we could leave! All it needed was some honesty and some assistance sadly this really ruined our stay at these apartments.

Only complaint is that the tv was old and not working. No channels, dvd, streaming, or music available.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Ein eigener Eingang mit elektronischen Code, den man im Vorhinein erhält fanden wir sehr praktisch. Es ist zwar recht klein, aber alles war sauber und die Ausstattung fanden wir ausreichend. Wir waren sehr erfreut, dass wir unseren Hund mit in die Unterkunft nehmen durfen, zwar hört man den Lärm von der Straße/Zug und die anderen Zimmer etwas, aber daran haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt und es dann nicht mehr als störend empfunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war super und sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Klein, aber sehr funktional, alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr central, Ein Thai-Restaurant direkt daneben. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Sollentuna-Center und zur Bahn. ( nach Stockholm und zum Flughafen Arlanda). Auch ein Fön ist vorhanden, obwohl nicht angezeigt. Wir haben draußen frühstücken können. Zugang über Nummernschloss, so dass wir gar keinem Personal Kontakt hatten. Wir wurden rechtzeitig über alles informiert.
Sie liegt direkt neben der Bahntrasse und tagsüber ist doch recht viel Bahnverkehr. Nachts ist es aber ruhig.

Reviewed May 20, 2024I liked the location, it was easily reachable by train. Supermarket was really close for shopping food, clothes etc. I loved the private entrance to my room. Overall it had everything needed for a quick stay.
I could hear the train passing by and upstairs quests steps. The only negative I could think of.

Reviewed May 15, 2023Great location next to the bus station and train line ( connected to Arlanda airport and city center )very nice rooms, very convenient access, great WiFi, I love the automation (you access your room with a code they send you with a text message on your phone and that is awesome) good value for money, there is also shopping mall nearby to get groceries if you need them

Reviewed Mar 22, 2023The rooms very comfortable, especially for small children. I was very impressed by how centrally located the hotel was with easy access to Centrum and the train station.
A little bit more clear information, for example about the laundry access and other amenities, would be useful. Honestly, though, there is little to complain about, it was a wonderful stay at a great price.
