Schöne Zimmer für einen guten Preis! Super Anbindung, man hat mehrere Öffis in der Nähe und direkt zu erreichen vom Hauptbahnhof! Einkaufszentrum gleich nebenan!

Die Betten sind für kleinere Menschen recht hoch, aber das wäre nur ein Problem wenn man z.B. gerade Fuß Probleme etc hätte, aber alles andere war angenehm! Manche Zimmer sind nur etwas Labyrinth artig zu finden :)

Viesnīcas numuriņš bija pavirši iztīrīts, dušā bija mati un arī pēc uzkopšanas pieprasījuma nekas nemainījās. Arī brokastu galdi bija drupačaini un netīri.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. U-Bahn und Bus in der Nähe. Sowie sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , Restaurants und ein Kino in dem Center .Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich 🤗.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und ein TV- Gerät in Standardgröße das die vorgeschlagenen Anbindung der Funktionen auch erfüllt wäre wünschenswert.

Im Eingangsbereich vorm Hotel war der Boden mit Kotze und Urin verunstaltet und das an beiden Tage - so etwas muss man als Angestellter als Angestellte einfach sehen

인종차별적인 식당 직원. 9월 5일 오전 8시에 일하던 체구 큰 남자 직원과 안경을 낀 여자 직원 두 명이서 고객을 칭챙총이라 부르며 자신들끼리 낄낄거림. 오스트리아 여행 중 오직 이곳에서만 겪어본 차별적인 경험이었습니다.

I really enjoyed my stay at ARCOTEL. The location was excellent, and everything met my expectations.

There were a few minor issues with housekeeping, but the staff responded quickly and resolved them promptly.

Świetny hotel, dobra lokalizacja - tuż obok ogromnej galerii handlowej. Podziemny parking to dodatkowy atut. Dobre śniadanie, uprzejmy personel, wielkość pokoju w sam raz. Bardzo dobra cena za pobyt, 75% taniej niż w ścisłym centrum - a przecież to tuż obok ;) No i ciszaaaaaaa:))) mega cicho i spokojne :)))

Sehr sauber, unkompliziert

Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. In der Nähe sind Bus und U-Bahn-Stationen und somit kann man jederzeit in die Innenstadt oder zu anderen Teilen Wiens gelangen. Das Hotel befindet sich im oder neben dem Westfield Donauzentrum einem der größten Einkaufszentren/Malls von Wien. Wie kamen ziemlich spät an und an der Reception wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und innerhalb von Minuten eingecheckt. Jeden Morgen gab es an der Rezeption frisches Obst und kostenlosen Tee oder Wasser. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und waren auch dieses Mal sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Wenn man abends oder in der Nacht noch einen Snack möchte, kann man sich am Automaten bedienen. Auch Wein etc. kann man dort holen. Die Bestellung eines Taxis am Abreise Tag hat auch reibungslos funktioniert. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden wieder dieses Hotel in Wien buchen.

Schade, das die Bar geschlossen ist und man nicht mehr für einen Absacker oder Abendtrunk dorthin gehen kann. (Aber wenn man den ganzen Tag durch Wien spaziert ist es wohl auch nicht unbedingt nötig).

Die Lage zu den Öffis und Donauzentrum war perfekt. Waren eine Nacht wegen eines Konzerts in der Metastadt und waren mit der Straßenbahn schnell am Ziel.

Das einzige was ich seltsam fand war die Rezeption. Diese Art von Einchecken kannte ich vorher nicht. Da ich nicht gern Aufzug fahre fand ich auch nicht gut das es keine Stiegen zu den Zimmern gab. Evtl war ein Notausgang versteckt aber ging auch so. Für Personen mit Platzangst nicht so toll.

Przede wszystkim świetna lokalizacja. Zwłaszcza przy podróży z dzieckiem. Blisko stacja metra i sklepy. Niedaleko super park z placem zabaw. Pokoje komfortowe. Śniadania smaczne.

Brakowało mi mini lodówki.

Good coffee, a hearty breakfast, a fairly good location in a shopping mall and close to the metro. Unfortunately, that’s about all that can be said in this hotel’s favor.

Very poor internet and, unfortunately, unhelpful staff. I paid extra for super-fast internet, but the connection was so weak that I couldn’t even receive emails. I informed the staff, but they did nothing to help. They also refuse to refund the extra charge for the faster internet, so this will probably end up requiring intervention from the relevant consumer protection authorities. For this reason, I do not recommend this hotel.

الموقع جميل جدا ملاصق لمول كبير وفخم فيه جميع الاحتياجات الضرورية وخصومات رائعة ومطاعم تركية حلال وبجانبه محطة مترو كاراغان 7 محطات وانت في ساحة ستيفين بلاتز وعملوا لي خصم موقف السيارة بسعر 20 يورو قبو تحت المبنى كما أعجبني التعامل الرائع من الموظفين وأخص الآنسة صوفيا .

ARCOTEL Donauzentrum Wien'de 19-23 Ağustos arası 4 gece konakladık ve her şeyiyle mükemmeldi. Otel tertemiz, çok modern ve sessizdi. Odalar geniş, yataklar çok rahat, WiFi çok hızlı. Personel inanılmaz güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve profesyoneldi. Konumu mükemmel - Donau Zentrum alışveriş merkezine direkt bağlı, U1 metro istasyonu 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, Stephansplatz'a birkaç dakikada ulaşıyorsunuz. Teras ve lounge alanı da çok keyifliydi. Fiyat/performans olarak Viyana'da kalınabilecek en iyi otellerden biri.

Sadece tek bir küçük konu oldu. Odadaki klima / oda sıcaklığı ayarını yapmakta biraz zorlandık, sıcak-soğuk ayarını ve dereceyi tam olarak ayarlayamadık. Sistem biraz karışık geldi. Bunun dışında her şey kusursuzdu

Die Lage ist optimal, man kommt mit der U-Bahn und der Straßenbahn komplikationslos überall hin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind außerordentlich sauber. Das angrenzende Einkaufszentrum lädt zu stundenlangen Shoppingtouren ein.

La struttura è moderna e ben tenuta. Pulizia e ordine sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni.

Carenze nei (piccoli) servizi. Il bagno era privo degli accessori.

Tolles Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, nettem Personal, leckerem Frühstück und guter Lage. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Die angekündigte Reinigung am dritten Tag fand nicht statt. Teilweise schlechtes Internet, auch der Fernseher schaltete sich automatisch ab ( abends).

Pohodlný moderní hotel, vše naprosto v pořádku. Dobrý příjezd autem, garáže přímo pod hotelem, výtah z garáží přímo k pokojů. Jako obrovský bonus pro nás byl slovensky mluvící číšník pan Ladislav, skvěle nám poradil kam ve Vídni zajít, jak se tam dopravit atd. Ještě jednou mu touto cestou děkujeme.

가성비가 좋은 호텔입니다. 깨끗하고 관광지와 거리가 있지만 역이 바로 앞에 있어서 편리합니다. 출국 비행기가 늦은 시간일 경우 호텔 바로 옆의 큰 쇼핑몰에서 시간을 보내기도 좋고 공항버스가 바로 앞에서 출발이라 편리합니다.

Czysto w pokoju i cicho, rzeczywiście dźwięków z zewnątrz nie słychać, dość duży wybór na śniadanie a wszystko świeże. Bardzo dobra komunikacja (przystanek metra U1 3 minuty od hotelu)

Na zdjęciu pokój z łóżkiem king size był z zamkniętą łazienką, tymczasem pokój który otrzymaliśmy miał otwartą łazienkę. Widok z pokoju miał być na miasto, tymczasem był na taras.

La camera era un po' piccola per tre persone. Il pacheggio dell'Hotel era disponibile ma un po' caro, 25 euro al giorno. Durante la permanenza a Vienna, sapendo che non avremmo usato l'auto per spostarci, abbiamo optato per un parcheggio custodito fuori città, a prezzi decisamente più contenuti.

Great location, rooms were nice and comfortable. Aircondition was a huge plus in de heatwave! Overall a really nice place to stay in Vienna. Public transport is around the corner and its next to a huge mall. Would stay again!

I did not really enjoy the breakfast, breads were often a bit stale, not many healthy options (no low fat yoghurt, not much fruit options for instance). But I think this is personal preference!

Sehr gute Lage, nur etwa 5 Gehminuten von der U1 entfernt. Die Klimaanlage war bei dem heißen Wetter in Wien besonders angenehm und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl, und das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Очень удобное расположение. Рядом метро и большой магазин. Спасибо большое, что дали дополнительную кровать для ребенка.

Отсутствие холодильника - для меня это была проблема. Очень сложно было хранить лекарства. Мы попали в период, когда температура на улице была около 40 С, а в номере очень плохо работал кондиционер это вызывало определенный дискомфорт. Вызывали персонал. Но они сказали что это максимум.

Dusche war nicht komplett dicht.

The room and beds were confortable and the location was nice.

The WiFi in the room was a disaster (so unstable and the staff was always inventing an excuse that many people are connected at the same time but the issue was the same at 6 a.m. :/). The cleaning system to book in advance is just ridiculous as we can always ask to clean the room via the door sign in other hotels. The room table was dirty after cleaning service came, there is no minibar and coffee machine and the hotel pretends to be a 4 star hotel! Also, the staff in the evening is so unhelpful and unfriendly and cannot find any solution (shameful for a pretended 4 star hotel). The breakfast is ridiculously expensive, so we did not take it.

Kaldığımız en temiz otellerden biriydi. Odanın büyüklüğü, temizliği muhteşemdi. Etrafında bir sürü alisveris merkezi vardi. Metroya çok yakindi. Viyanaya her geldiğimde kesinlikle tercih edebileceğim bir otel oldu.

Posizione eccellente sia per mezzi che per la presenza del centro commerciale. Struttura nuova pulita e accogliente, letti comodi, presenza di aria condizionata essenziale visto il caldo dei giorni trascorsi. Se mai dovessi tornare a Vienna sceglierei sempre arcotel

Poziționare in apropierea liniei de metrou, curățenie, mic dejun excepțional, liniște, chiar dacă se află lângă un mare centru comercial.

Cu toate ca am fost cazați 4 zile,nu a fost făcută niciodată curățenia în camera sau schimbate prosoapele.acest lucru s-a întâmplat după ce am sesizat personalul .La cazare îți este încasată suma aferentă parcării la hotel,dar dacă este plină acea parcare ,te trimite la o parcare publică din zona unde personalul respectiv nu știe absolut nimic .noi am pierdut aproape o oră a doua zi când am încercat să scoatem mașina.

Großes, sauberes und modernes Zimmer.

Beim einchecken hat eine Mitarbeiterin gesagt, das das Zimmer im 2 Stock nur mit Lift erreichbar wäre. Ich habe ihr gesagt das ich mit keinen Lift fahre und dann meinte sie, haben sie wirklich Angst. Denn dann kann sie mir die Türe zum Treppenhaus aufsperren. Jedoch ging ich später einfach ins Treppenhaus und die Türe war nicht versperrt. Warum sagt man so etwas? Ein Zimmer muss immer mit Treppen erreichbar sein, egal aus welchen Gründen ich nicht mit dem Lift fahre.

Wegen der Nutzung des Parkhauses gab es ein Problem. Das Personal hat ab professionell und sehr schnell reagiert, so dass dieses sehr unkompliziert behoben werden konnte. Das war sensationell.

Die „Schaukelstühle“ im Frühstücksraum sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich habe mich darin sehr unwohl gefühlt und sie deshalb gemieden. Ich persönlich würde es begrüßen, wenn sie doch normale Stühle wieder ersetzt würden. Aber das ist wohl Geschmackssache.

Trotz bezahlten Parkplatz war in der Garage keiner frei. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern geht sowas nicht. Kein rooms Service, Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt.

The Staff, Location and Room. The room was very clean, and the Housekeeping staff changed my towels every day on my request, The Front Office / Reception staff were extremely friendly, and assisted when ever a request was made. The Room Air -condition was not to my full satisfaction. The instruction on the "wall setup unit" was in German only, so i did not know how to set it up. It appears that the Toilet has no extract fan and the smell lingers for some time. Perfect location to transport, shops. Will not hesitate to recommend to others

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber & modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen. Der junge Mann am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich habe ein schönes, sauberes und großes Zimmer zu einem sehr fairen Preis bekommen. Beim Frühstück gab es jede Menge Auswahl.

Nichts. Dennoch wäre es toll gewesen, wenn es in der Dusche auch einen Conditioner gegeben hätte. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt auch sehr gut.

Das Bett war sehr hart und anscheinend wurde die Bar abgeschafft. Man kann sich nur was vom Kühlschrank holen.

Einfach alles was dieses Hotel zu bieten hat, war hervorragend gewesen. Auch das Frühstück Buffet, ein Traum. Wirklich super viel Auswahl und lecker.

Terrible service, stolen money, and shifting the blame onto the customer. We booked a room via Booking.com for two adults and a child, clearly indicating the number of guests during the reservation, and paid the full price for three people. However, upon arrival, there was no extra bed in the room. What outraged us the most was the administration's reaction — they didn't even try to solve the problem. We were told that the person responsible for extra beds had already gone home, took the keys to the storage room, and was not going to return. I offered the simplest compromises: I said I would bring the bed to the room myself and that we didn't even need extra bed linen. But the staff categorically refused to meet us halfway. Instead of an apology, we received accusations. We were told that it was supposedly our fault because we didn't "warn" them about the extra bed in a separate message, even though the booking clearly stated three guests! If the hotel suddenly needed to duplicate information from the booking system, they should have written to us to clarify the details. As a result, this is basically stolen money. We paid for a comfortable stay for three, but due to the hotel's negligence, I had to sleep on the floor. There is an absolute indifference to the comfort of guests and an unwillingness to fulfill their direct obligations. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
