Lenas Donau Hotel

A reasonably priced place considering there is private bathroom/toilet and ample area for one person. As a hotel, check in was easy (some check in places nowadays could be tricky). Even as a relatively old hotel, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

My room was right by the road, which can be an issue with the traffic for some. It is outside the core touristic area, hence, for people without any means of transport would have to opt for public transport, which may be an issue considering the price if you are staying for a night (but subjective). A small suggestion for the hotel would be to provide a glass for drinking water and a garbage can in the room (having a water kettle would be a plus).

La posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro e con un grosso centro commerciale con tutti i servizi vicini. Zona ben frequentata di sera per i turisti che tornano tardi coi mezzi pubblici. Struttura molto molto economica.

La pulizia un po' così così ed il rassettare camera e cambio asciugamani non sempre avvenuto. Per quanto pagato, e per le nostre esigenze (dormire e doccia) andava comunque più che bene.

Boa localização (perto do metrô), camas confortáveis e banheiro bom. Me hospedaria novamente.

O wi-fi não funcionava no meu quarto, no primeiro dia fez muito calor e não tinha ventilador como prometido e o hotel não faz limpeza nos quartos (eles so trocam as toalhas e tiram o lixo)

Man hat das Lattenrost durch die Matratze gespürt. Es war unerträglich laut und das Fenster bei großer Hitze unmöglich zu öffnen. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einer Hauptverkehrsader. Keine Empfehlung!

Die Betten waren durchgelegen und hart und verbeuglt. Schlechter liegecomfort. Für eine Nacht war das noch erträglich, aber für länger, eher nicht.

Kein Parkplatz

We had a very pleasant stay at Donau Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. A special thanks to Ruslan at the reception, who was very kind and professional. He helped us resolve some misunderstandings and made our stay much more comfortable.

The Wi-Fi in the room didn't work well. There were many interruptions.

Kompaktowy pokój z czystą łazienką. Można się dobrze wyspać. Lokalizacja dobra, jeśli zamierza się zjeżdżać jedynie na noc - mimo że dojeżdża tam metro to z centrum trochę się tam jedzie. Generalnie bardzo dobrze.

Raczej było czysto - raczej nie mam większych uwag.

Hotel is in a very convenient place. Once you understand Vienna's public transport system, you'll enjoy your stay. McDonalds and supermarket are across the street. Mall and airport but are approx. 600m away. Check in and check out were seamless, staff were very friendly and helpful if stuck. Bonus: If you want to buy clothes, go to G3 mall. Carry sport shoes as the city is conducive for walking, running and cycling.

The rooms lack A/C, bed sheets aren't changed regularly unless you request. Bonus : Around the city, you'll have to get used to the smell of cigarettes especially where there are taxi/Uber or bus stations

Hangos, zajos, konyha melletti szoba, cigi fust bejott az ablakon, nem azt a szobat kaptuk, ami a foglalasi kepen volt.

Dusche Schimmlig, nachmittags gab es kein warmes Wasser, als das Wasser wieder floss waren schwarze Rußpartikel enthalten. Beim Frühstück gab es nur 5-10 Tassen der Rest musste sich mit Wassergläser oder Plastikbecher begnügen. Kuchen steinhart, Semmeln trocken als wenn sie schon eine Woche alt wären. Butter gab es gar nicht. Zimmerservice gab es nicht Fernseher war in Zimmer funktionierte aber nicht Dafür aber stolze Preise für Frühstuck und Parken.

Nur wenn man bei der Reception bekannt gibt wird das Zimmer gereinigt. Keiner hat eine Ahnung von einem Whiskey Cola. Wollte mir zuerst ein großes Bierglas geben dann wurde es ein Weinglas

Az elhelyezkedés jó, a szoba tágas, tiszta, az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt.

A reggelinél nem volt túl nagy a választék és nem volt annyira friss. Az utcafronti szobákban ha nyitva van az ablak, viszonylag elég zajos.

Με λίγη υποχώρηση όλα ήταν εύκολα.

Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι στην τιμή του δωματίου και όχι έξτρα. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει μικρό ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο.

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, warm, direkt an der Straße daher war es sehr laut. Der Lift ist klein. Die Eingangstüre des Hotels war defekt.

It was convenient to subway and had access to the Danube.

Some staff had terrible attitude. Traffic noise and pedestrian noise outside ground level room were extreme. TV in room but no service.

Ich war schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel und bin grundsätzlich immer zufrieden gewesen

Am 23. Aug. 2026 begann ab ca. 11 Uhr ein entsetzlicher Baulärm. Nach einer Stunde frug ich an der Rezeption nach und erfuhr, dass dieser bis 18 Uhr anhielte. Ich verließ das Zimmer und Hotel, um an anderer Stelle meine notwendigen Büroarbeiten zu erledigen. Nach Eingabe bei der Hotelverwaltung wurde mir als Entschädigung ein Frühstück bei meiner nächstgen Übernachtung angeboten. Im Hotel selbst wusste niemand davon (als ich ann zum Frühstük ging), was zu einigen nervenaufreibenden Dialogen führte. Angeblich gab es im Hotel über den Baulärm Hinweise (nicht allerdings bei der Buchung über booking.com). Die Hinweise sind auf ersten Blick kaum als solche zu erkennen und sind vor allem auch ohne Datum. Jeder normale Hotelgast geht andiesen kleingeschriebenen Informationen eher vorbei.

It's the location where transportation and grocery is near.

1. I never like how they barge into my room using the master key card while I'm literally inside the room, they don't knock and wait 2. They left my door open after they removed the garbage from the bin. I'm so shocked to witness the negligence of the housekeeping staff. I was too tired that day so I went to complain the next day. 3. They knew that the week that Guess is staying and they never bother to tell me if they can change my room because they will start the renovation of rooms in my area. I was in my room when I heard some commotion outside my hallway. They just came to ask the night before I checked out the next morning if I wanted to change my room. How polite is it??

Brak parkingu. Na chwilę stanęliśmy pod hotelem zeby zanieść bagaż i od razu mandat 50 euro. To raczej jest nienormalne. Bo nie pojadę zaparkować gdzieś i bagaż będę nosić.

Lage war für unsere Zwecke ganz gut. Personal war trotz Stress und mangelnder Kompetenz der Chefetage (alleine beim Checkin, obwohl das Hotel an diesem Tag viele Checkin hatte) sehr bemüht.

Keine Klima, nicht mal richtigen Lüfter, sehr stickig, Fenster konnte nur bedingt geöffnet werden, da man sonst von außen ins Zimmer einsteigen konnte. Badezimmer ok, entsprach aber leider nicht mehr heutigen Standard...

La stanza da me prenotata era stata ristrutturata da poco.

L’igiene non era il massimo , chi si occupava della pulizia delle stanze al 3 piano non aveva cura nel pulire adeguatamente, anzi forse non puliva proprio. A colazione mancavano tazze adeguate , si utilizzavano per necessità anche bicchieri non idonei come quelli da birra.

Pokój i łazienka bardzo bardzo czyste. Miły chłopak na recepcji. Łatwe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Super lokalizacja. Nieopodal McDonald, woda, sklep, kościół.

Z lekkich minusów mała imprezka za oknem. Byliśmy po podróży, więc było to słyszalne, ale nie uciążliwe.

- zimmer nicht wie auf den fotos —> teppich fehlte, farbe an der wand auch nicht - schimmel in der dusche - türe konnte man zudrücken, aber nicht mit dem Riegel schliessen! (Verbogen) —> nach nachfrage wurde ich ignoriert und belächelt

Nem volt ventilátor a nagy melegben, és a reggeli hiába volt sok minden, a meleg reggeli is hideg volt! És a felszolgálók nagyon nem voltak kedvesek!!!! Köszönjük szépen az ott alvást,de ajánlani sajnos nem tudom senkinek se!

The hotel was near all means of transport..easily accessible..Breakfast Buffet was good..

No air condition in the room ,the mattress was so thin and not that comfortable...due to lack of AC,we had to remove the blankets from the cover and use the blanket cover alone,the blankets and the mattress were full of dirt stains.they should work on the bathroom bad smell... The value of our money did not match the hotel standards(low).

Die Renovierung hat begonnen und unser Zimmer sieht schon sehr gut aus! Dass es eine Klimaanlage gibt, ist ein großer Fortschritt! Hoffentlich geht es so weiter!

Lokalizacja okej. Komfort pokojów poniżej oczekiwań. W tej cenie spodziewałam się czegoś lepszego. Śniadania też takie sobie. Dla mało wymagających. Polecam zwłaszcza ze względu na bardzo bliskie położenie od stacji metra, oraz najbliższego marketu. Naprzeciwko McDonald.

Гарне розташування, недалеко від метро, поруч трамвай, мак, супермаркет. Приємний персонал. Руслан на ресепшене взагалі ТОП, професійно та швидко вирішує всі питання. Смачні сніданки (шведський стіл), дуже сподобалась випічка (шоколадний торт та шарлотка).

Habe extra Zimmer mit Klima gebucht und Zimmer ohne Klima bekommen! War kaum auszuhalten bei der Hitze! Das Personal war auch absolut unfreundlich und wollte die Schuld auf mich schieben!

Per essere Vienna il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. A due passi dalla metro U1 che vi porta in un attimo in centro e posizionato nella bellissima zona di Alte Donau. Abbiamo speso pochissimo per un pernottamento di una notte, dove tutto è stato perfetto

Non amo la moquette in generale

Łatwy dojazd do centrum. Hotel ma wewnętrzny parking, ze szlabanem, ale motocyklem wjazd był możliwy obok szlabanu, bez opłat bo nikt o nie nie poprosił. Poza tym hotel kompletnie niczym się nie wyróżnia. Gdyby nie fakt, że znajomi mieszkają kilkaset metrów dalej, raczej bym go ponownie nie wybrał.

W pokoju było czuć papierosami, wietrzyłem, ale dopiero rano zobaczyłem, ze na parapecie są pety. Czyli palone "na otwarcie okna". Ale ani palący, ani obsługa nie sprzątnęła. Obsługa hotelu to jakaś rodzina i to jedynie hałaśliwe osoby w hotelu. Siedzą na dziedzińcu, gadają, jedna pani nawet ciągle wykrzykuje. Nie jest to komfortowe. Śniadanie bardzo standardowe.

Célnak megfelelő volt, ár érték arányba jó. Tiszta szoba, tiszta vasalt ágynemű.

Die Parkplätze waren kostenlos 200 m weiter weg vorhanden (kein Hoteleigentum). Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Donau und U-Bahn Station. Ein Billa (Supermarkt) und ein Mc Donalds sind gleich daneben.

Wir waren im Erdgeschoss, man konnte das Fenster nicht einfach offen lassen, da sonst jemand etwas ins Zimmer werfen könnte. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer dicht befahrenen Straße (ist aber normal für Wien).

Praktycznie nic co by można było dać na plus, może tylko śniadanie

Przy rezerwacji pokoju są pokazane inne zdjęcia wiec jest szok po otwarciu drzwi. Ciasne miejsca parkingowe , nie działający telewizor , brak wentylatora a podobno ma być na wyposażeniu, brudna kabina prysznicowa i grzyb na suficie. To nie był pokój jaki był przedstawiony podczas rezerwacji to było dno.

В номере нет кондиционера, из-за чего ночью было тяжело спать. Сейчас август, на улице слишком жарко. Чтобы не было душно, можно открыть окно, но шум машин с улицы не дает нормально уснуть
