The location was perfect next to bars and restaurants. The beach across from the resort is amazing.

This is not even close to being worth the money. The price we paid for the low season for this standard is insane. The whole place is run down and needs a lot of work. The gym is terrible. The sun beds are mouldy and dirty. The shower in the room is awful, you have to hold the shower head or it will spray the whole bathroom. We were given towels with stains and bed sheets with holes. The breakfast is not good and the restaurant is overpriced for the standard of food being served.

The swimming pool and location on the beach were great. Staff was also very friendly. They communicated clearly and solved any problem we faced.

Keeping rooms clean on an island with great humidity is not easy. Good to see renovations were going on.

The only thing that is up to date here is the WiFi password. Staff were friendly and location on Longset beach is ideal.

However, and a BIG however, I feel very annoyed and tricked. For the price you pay, the facilities and room is appalling. The photos on booking.com are totally misleading. I have included photos of the real, actual condition of the sun loungers and the bed bug we found on arriving in our second room. (The first room we asked to be moved from as it was literally right next to construction noise). We then got moved to a third room which was better. But for the money, the standards are way too low here. Check Google maps for more accurate, realistic reviews on this resort. Something I wish I had done on hindsight. My wife and I stayed for a week and were very disappointed. Definitely not value for money. The whole place needs a major makeover.

De receptionisten waren ontzettend aardig en vriendelijk – ze zorgden ervoor dat het inchecken vanaf het begin soepel en gastvrij verliep. Iedereen die ik ontmoette was zo vriendelijk en relaxed, altijd met een glimlach en klaar om te helpen. De hele sfeer van het resort zorgde ervoor dat ik me tijdens mijn verblijf comfortabel en ontspannen voelde. De ligging aan het strand is prachtig en rustig, perfect om tot rust te komen. Ik heb echt genoten van mijn tijd hier. Ik zou hier graag weer verblijven tijdens mijn volgende reis naar Koh Rong.

Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken verlief alles reibungslos. Keine Wartezeiten, keine Verwirrung. Und die Mitarbeiter, alle waren so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Mon séjour au Scarlet Sails Resort a été exceptionnel. De mon arrivée à mon départ, tout s'est déroulé à merveille. La réceptionniste s'est mise en quatre pour que je puisse profiter d'une vue imprenable depuis ma chambre : l'océan s'étendait à perte de vue depuis mon lit. Un endroit paisible et magnifique sur la plage de Long Set.

Rien.... À notre arrivée, nous n'avions qu'une seule envie : prendre une bonne douche. Cependant, il n'y avait pas de serviettes. Nous avons reçu des serviettes encore humides et sales vers 22h00, ce qui est inacceptable. D'ailleurs, tout le reste du séjour, il a fallu se battre pour obtenir des serviettes, que ce soit pour la chambre ou pour le bain. Les chambres n'ont pas été nettoyées durant tout le séjour. Il n'y avait pas moyen d'avoir du lait chaud au petit-déjeuner, je devais aller en chercher à l'hôtel voisin. Le personnel n'était pas sympathique cette année, alors que c'est le même qu'avant.

la responsable, hyper désagréable. les photos de l'hébergement ne reflète la chambre "villa" que j'ai pris. elle était plus belle en photo qu'en vrai. tache de sang sur les draps, nous avons du leur demandé 2x de les remplacés car ceux qu'ils ont remplacés était eux aussi taché cela montre à quel point il faudrait qu'ils rénovent leur outils de travail (draps, ...) cela ne devrait même pas s'appelait "Ressort" mais plutôt "Motel" et diminuer leur prix car cela ne les vaux pas.

Rooms are bit run down, but all the other services and cleannesses is 100%, big shout out to front team who has helped us check in earlier after a very long flight.
