La nostra stanza era al piano terra e con la finestra aperta eravamo Esposti a chiunque

A vista de um dos quartos. Colchões e almofadas ótimas. Ar condicionado a funcionar. Vista dos quartos virados para a baia muito boa. E a vista da cozinha de cima ainda melhor.

Nada a apontar ao alojamento, mas há zonas comuns partilhadas e houve quem nos desligasse o ar condicionado sem dizer nada enquanto lá estávamos. Sem ser isso, tudo impecável.

All was perfect! Personel was very friendly, view from house amazing, location is next center but is so quiet only music from ocean and birds. Clean, fresh like 5 stars hotel 😉 Incredible place, I will back for sure!

Die Flexibilität und die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin, das restliche Personal die Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich, es herrschte eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume, gut ausgestattete Küche waren auch Top. Obrigada..... 😎

The kitchen and sitting area were very comfortable and well quipped. I loved sitting on the deck there looking out over the water. Our room was very clean and comfortable A very short and scenic walk into town, yet more relaxing than if we'd been closer. Our host (Silvia?) was very welcoming.

Refrigerator in the room could have been colder, so we just used the fridge in the kitchen.

Krásný výhled na zátoku a kopec. Obrovská stylová okna. Náš pokoj byl ale v přízemí hned u trávníku, tak jsme na noc radši nevětrali. Klimatizace je chytře nad vstupními dveřmi, takže fouká mimo postele, což je super.

Le rapport qualité prix est très bien, la facilité pour check-in et Check-out, la propreté, l’emplacement est très correct (12 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport, 5 minutes en voiture de la gare maritime)

Un tout petit peu éloigné du centre de Horta à pied (mais ça reste très correct, 15 min environ), un peu humide mais avec la climatisation c’est bien.

Aria condizionata, posizione comoda, struttura moderna e accogliente. In pochi minuti a piedi si è in centro paese. Letto comodo e bagno in stanza!

Struttura con stanze con bagno privato e due cucine molto attrezzate in comune. Posizione fantastica che affaccia sulla baia di porto pim

Una bella stanza spaziosa

Ottima posizione nella baia di Porto Pim, centrale, ma tranquillissima. Bellissima vista sul monte da Guia (zona giorno e alcune camere). Camere ampie e con un bel bagno. Pulizia della camera ogni due giorni. Due cucine comuni moderne e molto ben fornite. Quella al piano primo inserita in una spettacolare zona giorno con balconata sulla baia.

Le pongo un 10 porque no le puedo poner más. Desde el primer momento la estancia fue genial, pero lo que pasó al final ya demuestra el nivel humano que hay en este hotel. Al hacer el check-out y pasar a la isla de Pico, nos dejamos olvidados en la nevera de la habitación unos quesos que habíamos comprado. Nos avisaron enseguida pero ya estábamos en Pico y volver a por ellos no nos salía a cuenta, así que les dijimos que se los quedaran y los disfrutasen. Pues bien, no se conformaron con eso: movieron hilos, hablaron con una conocida que venía para aquí y nos los han traído en mano hasta la misma isla de Pico. De verdad que no he visto un trato más cercano, resolutivo y volcado con el cliente en la vida. Nos han hecho un favorazo gigante que no vamos a olvidar. En cuanto al hotel es una maravilla. Está súper bien situado, a un paso del centro de Horta. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la cama es comodísima y las vistas espectaculares, lo mejor era abrir la ventana por la mañana y ver el amanecer con la montaña de Pico! Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo por este detallazo y por cuidarnos tanto.

Amazing location, great view from our room with huge picture windows on both corners of the room. Quiet, and amazing air conditioning. Wonderful water pressure. Wonderful staff. Great common are to cook and eat in and again admire the view from the top varanda. Amazing storage space for your travel clothes/misc items. Wonderful staff who helped us a great deal on ringing some information we were looking for within the island. Totally recommend.

I would recommend a couple extra clothing racks outside to dry clothes, and a couple of area rugs by the bed side to put our feet on in the morning but, that's not super important, just a thought.

Mooie ligging, vlak aan zee, 10 min wandelen van het centrum. Goede kamers em goede badkamers. Goede ergonomische kopkussens. Aangename sfeer. Goed voor oudere rustiger reizigers met oudere kinderen. Ja kan na 5 uur gratis wassen en drogen. Leuke plek, goede prijs kwaliteit!

De matrassen waren redelijk hard. Er zou een brief in de bovenste keuken moeten komen met de vraag om de stoelen op te tillen in plaats van te verschuiven.. wij werden s ochtends vroeg constant gestoord door luid lawaai van deze stoelen boven ons. Mijn gezin kreeg serieuze voedselvergiftiging gisteren van de broodjes met vlees van de bar met parasols vlakbij aan het strand ( niet de onrbijt broodjeszaak). Best niets eten daar dus.

The staff were very helpful and the view from my room and the common area was terrific. I appreciated the free washer and dryer.

La localización y las vistas son espectaculares

Pessoal muito simpático e prestável. Flexibilidade para nos guardar a bagagem enquanto visitávamos a Horta e esperávamos pela hora de check-in. Localização excelente, junto ao mar - ouve-se o marulhar se se abrir a janela, quarto cómodo e espaçoso, ar condicionado, cama confortável e grande. Cozinha bem equipada. Máquina de lavar e de secar roupa.

Nada digno de nota

Grosszügige Räume mit grossem Bad. Der Gemeinschaftsraum hat alles nötige. Wir konnten problemlos am Abreisetag noch bis abends im Gemeinschaftsraum bleiben.

15min vom Zentrum entfernt (zu Fuss)

Cadre idéal pour visiter Faial. À 2 pas à pied du centre ville, avec une vue incroyable sur la Caldeira et Pico. Les chambres sont superbes, très bien isolées, elles disposent d’un mini frigo bien pratique qui ne fait aucun bruit. Les 2 cuisines mises à disposition sont parfaitement équipées, celle de l’étage offre en plus un salon et un balcon avec une très belle vue. Tout se fait en autonomie, la chambre est faite tous les 2 jours. Il est très aisé de se garer. Nous avons adoré ce lieu.

L'apprtement récent est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la Marina d'Horta avec une belle vue sur Pico et le Monte da Guia.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et très propres. La cuisine à partager est tres bien équipée et adaptée au nombre de chambre. L'emplacement magnifique. Tout se fait à pied

Très bien placé, en bord de mer, à 10 mn à pied de la Marina, tout en étant très calme. Une vue exceptionnelle, à l'étage, sur Port Pim et le mont Pico. C'est tout neuf, standing hôtel 3-4 étoiles; le personnel est adorable, les draps et serviettes sont changés dès que de besoin. La cuisine est super équipée. On peut laver et sécher son linge...

Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Perfecto como base si hay que ir al aeropuerto o ferry. Muy limpio todo, incluso la cocina compartida.

Estuvimos dos veces, la primera había un grupo grande que ocuparon todo como si fuese suyo. Al no estar nadie del establecimiento no hay reglas según quién te toca.

Cute, clean place.

The room we were in is so close to a neighboring residence that whenever the neighbors so much as talk it's like they're literally in the room with you. It's tough to relax with a dog barking a few feet from you. I'm sure the neighbors are delightful people, it's just that this location is right on top of their house.

A superb aparthotel that had large bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and use of a laundry. The other residents were very friendly and the staff went out of their way to make our stay exceptional.

Great place to stay in Horta, just a few minute’s drive or 10 minutes’ walk to the town center, and great views across the bay to the Monte. Access to the building and room was through door codes, so easy check-in. Our room had a nice sea/mountain view, plenty of windows, was clean and comfortable. Next to our room was the very nice communal kitchen for preparing and eating meals – really a great asset. The AC worked well, as did the Wifi internet. We really enjoyed are stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Sistema de entrada nos quartos foi por codigos via mensagem e ausencia de staff, comunicação pobre. Recolha de informações pessoais é feito pelo proprio hospede num papel deixado em cima da mesa que se encontra no quarto, ausencia de qualquer tido de controlo de dados pessoais.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The location is simply fantastic and made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was comfortable and well maintained. The shared kitchens were clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed during our stay. We especially loved the kitchen on the second floor. On clear days, it offers stunning views of Mount Pico and the water, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal or a morning coffee. We highly recommend these apartments and would be happy to stay here again!

We loved the shared-space kitchen, porch, laundry, and TV room. The ocean view from our room was beautiful. We also appreciated the keypads on entry doors so we didn't need to carry a key. Further, the location was a short walk to restaurants and sights in Horta. This is a self-serve property without staff interaction, which was fine for us. We didn't have any issue with parking in from of the property. Monte da Guia was the best value of our four accommodations while visiting the Azores.

When we went to do our laundry the washing machine was not running, but full of wet sheets that I presume the housekeeper had put in washer and left before the cycle finished. I transferred the sheets to the dryer, which created a delay in how long it took to wash and dry our clothes.

Très satisfait dans l'ensemble. La maison comporte plusieurs appartements avec une cuisine commune au rez-de-chaussée ainsi qu'une cuisine commune à l'étage. Tout est neuf, très bien entretenu. Une arrivée autonome avec un code. Vous êtes à proximité du centre de Horta des restaurants accessibles à pied. Il est facile de rayonner à partir de cet endroit sur l'île. l'arrivée par bateau depuis l'île de Pico est de l'autre côté de la ville

J'ai considéré que les lave-linge situés au premier étage n'étaient pas destinés aux locataires, ce qui pourrait être pourtant pratique...

Muy cerca del centro pero a la vez muy tranquilo, sin tener el ruido que deben tener otros alojamientos que están en la calle principal. Habitación grande y una cocina compartida que poder usar.
