Prix exorbitants pour laver quelques vêtements, 65€ pour 4 t-shirts, une robe, deux shorts et des sous vêtements.. même pas repasser à ce prix là

Im Zimmer waren mehr als 10 Stechmücken zu erschlagen, das Fenster ohne Insektenschutzgitter konnte daher nicht geöffnet werden, über Nacht wurde es etwas stickig. Wenige Steckdosen vorhanden, noch weniger haben funktioniert.

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. But, even there, the service was mixed.

The rooms were cramped, clean towels were not provided one day in spite of the dirty towels being on the floor, there was food in the hallway scattered all over the floor for an entire afternoon (which I had to report to the front desk), and the front desk staff were not helpful with issues.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Horta, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich bedauere, dass die meisten Zimmer nur mit Badewanne ausgestattet sind. Sonst war alles hervorragend

Qualité trés bien - Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité , le niveau 4 étoiles septicisme.

Le personnel dédié au petit déjeuner est trop expéditif (retire vos denrées ou assiette sans portée attention si le petit déjeuner est fini ou non). Les installations de détente ne fonctionnaient pas toutes.

abbiamo dovuto chiedere svariate volte di sistemare il bidet in camera perche' non scendeva l'acqua , ci hanno lasciato le tazzine sporche del caffe' in camera dopo aver fatto le pulizie , non hanno sostituito le cialde del caffe', l'aspiratore in bagno non funzionava

Ruime kamers. Receptie personeel was heel vriendelijk en hulpzaam. We hebben onze koffers langer in de receptie mogen zetten. Dicht bij de haven en café Peter. Fitness aanwezig. Welkomdrankjes altijd beschikbaar. Dus we waren welkom ☺️

Personeel bij ontbijt waren minder vriendelijk en ruimden iets te snel af. We waren soms nog aan het eten en ons bord werd al weg genomen.

Gutes Zimmer, sehr gute Lage auch zu anderen Restaurants. Zimmer sehr geräumig. Frühstück gut. Tiefgarage umsonst.

Great location!! Right off the marina Really loved the outside seating area on the first floor. Bartenders and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms seemed dated. Old carpet. Looked dirty around the edges. Rooms were noisy. Heard a lot of street noise. Needs a good update. Gym had no weights. No fan. No AC.

It is a nice hotel in a super convenient location. They have a garage. Breakfast was excellent! The room was not too big but ok. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The location is good enough.

At breakfast, they only offer scrambled eggs and not any other kinds.

A real feel of luxury & history about this hotel, with great staff. I love that the rooms are like suites, & bringing back the history of the era of the PanAm flying boats, with stopovers having been made at Horta. The location is overall the best in all of Horta, near the marina, close to the beach, & start point of the promenade, the other end being the Ferry Terminal.

I just wished there were sockets beside the beds.

- Joli hôtel en plein centre d'Horta, très propre et confortable. - Des fruits, des petits gâteaux et de l'eau avaient été déposés pour nous dans la chambre à notre arrivée. - Bon petit déjeuner, avec du choix salé et sucré. - Nous avons bien aimé la décoration de l'hôtel, autour du voyage et de l'aviation, et avec une petite ambiance rétro.

Il y a un parking public et gratuit juste à côté, mais en plein été, celui-ci est parfois plein.

The location was great. Room was big enough.

The staff was always “busy” and not very proactive with requests. There was always no water or towels in the room. The staff was always confused with pre-bookings and not warm or welcoming.

De muren waren helemaal niet geluidsdicht, we konden de buren horen praten, hoesten en zelfs ‘s morgens hun gsm horen afgaan, best eens bekijken.

Amerikaans ogend hotel in de haven van Horta. Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt.

Het uitzicht en geen echte plaats om gezellig te zitten. Hotel is ook aan heropfrissing toe.

Our initial room was a little noisy being underneath the jacuzzi but staff were incredibly helpful sorting us out a new room

A szállás közvetlenül a kikötő mellett található, minden közel van: a hajó/kompkikötő, a belváros, a feketehomokos csodálatos strand egy kis utcán keresztül megközelíthető, de ha nem akarod elhagyni a szállodát, a wellnessrészlegben is kipihenheted magad. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész mindenben. Az ágyak mesések, ahogy a csodás reggeli is. Az Azori-szigeti tartózkodásunk alatt kétszer szálltunk meg itt és szívesen visszatérnénk. Mivel éppen születésnapom volt, a szálloda jégbehűtött pezsgővel lepett meg minket. A két tartózkodás között, amíg más szigeteket kerestünk fel, a nagybőröndünket a hotelben tárolhattuk. Igazi feltöltődést és pihenést nyújtott a szálloda az utazásunk során.

Nincs ilyen. A kikötő felé, Picora néző szobák csendesebbek, mint a templomra nézők.

Location: perfect for people who have some reduced mobility/back and knees pain. Beautifully located facing Pico and Horta Marina, close to everything. Hotel: beautifully decorated, has 6 social areas, with confortable couches. Loved the woollen carpets and sofas on the Insula Room. Room: Spacious, needs some redos (mattress and closet, shower) Staff: staff is overall friendly and focused Breakfast: very good! Next time in Faial i will stay here again, no doubt. Thank you!

Jacuzzi: it's extremely dirty on the skimmer, seems it has never been cleaned and bubbles aren't working. I didn't like having to leave. Loved the Hotel and loved Horta.

The room was large and comfortable and fortunately we had a very clear view towards Pico. The location is ultra convenient for sightseeing bars restaurants and a nice beach for swimming. Plenty of free public parking and hotel has a large underground garage. Front desk staff very friendly

The carpet and arm chairs were slightly tired and could do with a steam clean or replacing. I did not like being only provided with a free bottle of water on first night only and not on the other three nights of our stay, this seemed mean.

Unfortunately we had to take an early ferry on our last day, asked if we could grab something to go ( breakfast was included) but they just ignored us. It's a pity as the rest of the service was amazing but having the lady setting up the breakfast tables ignoring me, made me feel bitter about the entire stay.

Die Lage ist super, man ist direkt beim Hafen und bei Porto Bim. Es gibt eine Garage für das Auto. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend.

La clim inopérante pour plusieurs chambres ,pour 1 4 étoiles dans ces pays et aces dates c est carrément inadmissible. Le personnel a l accueil qui ne sait pas la différence entre chambre double et chambre twin

This was the biggest hotel we stayed in during our two-week Azores adventure. The location was central yet surprisingly quiet. As the weather wasn't the best during our stay, it was fabulous to have the hotel at hand when the heavy rain came down.

The breakfast was a little chaotic, jams in one place, yoghurt in another, and spoons elsewhere. With so many guests, it caused a little stress.

Wij hadden een kamer aan de achterkant waar weinig zon kwam waardoor het muf rook in de kamer. Ook geen mooi uitzicht. Ik raad aan een kamer met zeezicht te boeken

The location is excellent. We were there for one night and the staff let us store our luggage until our rooms were ready, and they were ready way before check in time, then they allowed us to store them again after we had checked out. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Quarto encostado na rua com barulho de carro a noite toda. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e fomos imediatamente atendidos. Mas, mesmo assim, se escuta pessoas falando nos quartos ao lado e o barulho lá fora. Deveriam investir em janelas acústicas. Tomadas para carregar celular não funcionam com a luz desligada à noite......

Muito bem localizado, o hotel proporcionou-nos todas as condições para um bom descanso com um bom quarto, com vista para o Pico, acompanhado de um bom pequeno almoço.

A insonorização dos quartos não é boa. Acordamos sempre com os hóspedes dos quartos vizinhos. Deviam melhorar isso.

O pequeno almoço era bom e com variedade. Os quartos confortáveis. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e hospitaleiros, com destaque para o Sr. Marco Nascimento. A repetir.

Reservei uma noite mas acabei por ficar duas devido a alterações do plano de viagem (devido ao mau tempo nos Açores a meio de Março). O funcionário da recepção ajudou-nos a alterar a nossa reserva e foi possível não mudar de quarto, o que foi excelente. No entanto, houve algumas falhas de comunicação com a recepção noutras questões. Mas no geral, a estadia foi muito agradável. A localização é excelente e o buffet de pequeno-almoço também é bastante bom.

Nada de significativo a apontar

Gostamos do quarto, da sua localização, da limpeza e das agradáveis ofertas de fruta e de doces.

O sinal de televisão é simplesmente miserável e totalmente fora de um serviço digno disponibilizado por um estabelecimento hoteleiro de 4 estrelas. Reclamamos a situação desde o primeiro dia da nossa estadia (nem os canais generalistas podíamos visualizar em condições). Não gostamos, também, dos pequenos almoços, que nos parece merecerem uma clara melhoria, quer na oferta de sumos de fruta, quer nas opções às carnes frias.

Right on the waterfront near restaurants and the road out of town, lively but quiet. Underground parking is a wonderful convenience. The staff is very professional, kind, and friendly. The breakfast, included in the price, is superb.
