Lovely hotel, with friendly, helpful staff, very good breakfast, modern elevator, and handy plugins for charging phone. The location made getting around very easy. It's also a short walk from the city bus that goes to and from the bus station.

Çalışanları güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Fiyatı da uygun geldi bana oldukça memnun kaldım. Tavsiye ederim gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

A very pleasant hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. Within a short walk of the Sea front, restaurants etc. but located in a quiet street.

We had a comfortable 7 days stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been better if the breakfast offered is more value for money. At GBP10 per person the breakfast tray was meagre. Free hot and cold drinks and bottles of water was great. Location was handy to the port for ferries, to main shopping street and restaurants. Unfortunately it can be noisy at night even though it is on a quiet street. Not the hotel fault.

Çok rahat ve temiz bir oteldi. Otel sahipleri de çok tatlıydı. Çok memnun kaldık, komum olarak da merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Konumu biçok yere yakın, odalar geniş, temiz ve güzel. Yataklar rahat, personel yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Tek negatif ses izolasyonu o kadarı da normal. Aracımızı otelin bulunduğu sokağa rahatça park edebildik.

Ren seng, ok badeværelse, men i dårlig stand. Der er ikke engang håndsæbe inde på badeværelset, hvilket var overraskende.vi havde tilfældigvis selv håndsæbe med. Der var heller ikke shampoo eller andet. Sød personale der guidede os til en gratis parkeringsplads. Der er også en billig parkeringplads lige foran, den var dog lukket da vi ankom. Ikke et sted jeg vil vælge igen. Der var meget larm, vi kunne ikke sove. Både fra gaden, men også fra andre værelser og gangene.

Great location. Rooms are comfortable, staff is helpful. The room air conditioning is difficult to work out and is always too hot or cold. However would stay again.

Görseller ile gerçek arasında uçurumlar var. Apartman boşluğunda açılan camlar (hava yok) perdeyi açınca karşı oda ile göz gözesiniz. Havalandırması olmayan banyo. Üç beş kuruş fazla verin adam gibi otelde kalın.

İş seyahati için geldiğim otelden çok memnun kaldım. Güleryüzlü bir resepsiyon karşıladı. Odalar temizdi. Resepsiyonda da 24 saat sıçak soğuk içecekler ücretsizdi. Otel Çanakkale merkezde her yere yürüme mesafesinde olduğu için araba kullamak zorunda da kalmadım.

Sıcak su yoktu ve oda penceresi bina boşluğuna ve başka insanların odasına bakıyordu. Konumu, temizliği ve hizmet kalitesi iyi ancak o kadar klostrofobik bir odaya verdiğim ücreti fazla buldum.

Otelin internette ve sitelerde olan puanlarının şişirme olduğunu söyleyebilirim.Herkes sessiz ve konforlu yazmış ama neye istinaden böyle yazmışlar bilmiyorum.Otel konum itibariyle bir okul bahçesiyle dip dibe sabah erken saate küçük çocukların,okul zilinin vs sesinden uyumak mümkün değil bunu ilave olarak otel temizlik görevlileri saat gözetmeksizin yüksek sesle temizlik yapıyor (sabah 7-8 de dahil) oda konforu olarak ise fotoğraflara aldanılmasın odalar malzeme olarak çok eski (duş,yataklar) yalıtım hiç yok dencek kadar az gece 1-2 yan odamızdaki misafirlerin tüm konuşmalarını dinledik,alan olarakta çok küçük sıkışık odalar.Temizlik konusundada yine herkes çok temiz,harika falan yazmış öyle olmadığınıda görmüş olduk sıradan şehir içi otelleri kadar özensizdi.Fiyatlandırma açısından iyi ancak kahvaltıya kişi başı 1000 tl ekstra para isteniyor iki kişi 2000 tl kahvaltı deneyimlemek istersenizde buyrun belki memnun kalırsınız.Otoparkı var diyenler olmuş otelde iki kişi vardı ikisinde sordum otoparkımız yok dediler biz arabayı belediye parklarına koyup onda para ödemek durumunda kaldık çünkü otel önü ve çevresinde ücretsiz araç bırakıcak bir alan bulmak zor.Son olarak çalışanlar kibar,güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışan insanlar o konuda memnuniyetimi belirtmek isterim ancak bu tekrar konaklamam için yeterli değil,yorumumu okuyanlara oteli tavsiyede etmek istemiyorum.

The room really nice and clean , everything look nice and tidy . This hotel give really good room service and not to mention the receptionist azad are really warm and nice to us . One of my best experiences in the hotel so far . Really worth to try .

Misafir kabul edilmemesi gereken bi süreçteydiler. Tadilattaydılar sesten çok rahatsız olduk. Elektrik kesintileri yaşandı. Tek olumlu yönü otelde çalışan beyfendiydi. Tüm alanlarda aktif bi şekilde yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltı ikramında bulundular. Onun için teşekkür ederiz ama tadilattan dolayı konforsuz bi deneyimdi.

The hotel was in a wonderful location and run by staff who really cared. It was such a pleasure to stay in Canakkale, and only wish our visit could have been longer. The staff went way out of their way to ensure each guest had an enjoyable visit. I would not hesitate to return!

What we like the most: Staff, location, breakfast Staff was very helpful. They helped us with queries, luggage, and everything we needed. The location was good; only 10 minutes walk to shoreline and ferry. Breakfast was really really good and it was a lot. Bed was comfy and I liked the balcony. They have an elevator.

We just checked out of this lovely hotel on a group tour. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and clean with a good shower. As this was a group tour, dinner was included.. The homemade food was wonderful. The harbor and sites are within walking distance. The breakfast was wholesome with hood, homemade food. Thank you so much to the friendly staff here. Definitely a good find.

Good location within minutes of the bars and restaurants and the horse of Troy but the hotel is very dated, the fridge didn't work and the beds where like wooden planks with only 1 thin pillow each. Breakfast and dinner was limited and the restaurant is right by thr front door and in the reception.

Modern, clean room, friendly helpful staff, amazing generous breakfast. Ideally situated in a quiet street but within 10 minutes walk of the port, wooden horse and Naval Museum. Definitely recommend.

Location was inner city style but easily walkable to the water front and restaurants.

No blankets, duvet or top sheet. We asked for a blanket and we're given a 2nd scratchy bed cover ! which was not enough for a comfortable sleep with the aircon on.

The staff here were great and it is a short walk to the town center where there is plenty to eat. A very impressive spread for breakfast. Very clean and updated interior. Driving to the hotel was challenging and parking was rough as well, but the great staff there saved a street spot for us. Like most places in Europe they like their mattresses pretty firm though.

Hotel staff were friendly. Room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Location was in the old town and near the market.

Liked everything

Canakke was a great spot for our visit to the Gallipoli Peninsula. Staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. The hotel was well located in the town. Breakfast was excellent. Varied and plentiful. The air-conditioner stopped working the first night we were there and we had mosquitoes in the room when we opened the window. Airing the room out before people arrive would be a good thing to do.

The room was big enough and the bed was comfortable. The wi-fi was fast and we had no issues with it. The A/C malfunctioned during the last night, but it was fixed within 3 hours. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help out. The breakfast was ok. The location was close enough to a few attractions and plenty of places to eat. Although our rooms were non-smoking they had ashtrays in them, and they had a slight smell of cigarettes. No parking if you are driving, but typically by 6:00 pm you will find a space close to the hotel. If not, there is free parking in a nearby field within 150 meters from the hotel. All things considered; I would stay again.

The staff cannot do enough for you. I broke my leg whilst travelling around Turkey, and the hotel staff even went and bought crutches for me and had them waiting for when I arrived. The service in this hotel is fantastic. Tasty homemade food. Nice clean hotel.

Çalışanlar çok yardım severdi. Ancak odaya girdiğimizde banyoda iki tane canlı hamamböceği vardı. Söyleyince hemen odamızı değiştirdiler. Giriş katında yani kahvaltının olduğu katta eşim merdiven tarafından asansör tarafına giden bir hamam böceği görmüş. Bu durum nedeniyle kahvaltı da yapamadık. Ancak çalışanlar iyiydi. Dönerken gece taksi bulmakta zorlandık. Çalışanların yardımı ile bulabildik.

Not a thing

We stayed for one night on a tour of Turkey and compared to the other big name hotels we stayed in, the staff were much more friendly, smiling and helpful and the food was much better than average. A lovely night's stay here.

The hotel is in a good location, walkable distance to centre and to restaurants etc. There is parking available closeby. The rooms were clean.

The breakfast was just okay. The hotel looks much better in photos than in real life. Communication with the staff was difficult, but doable. The street the hotel is located on is a bit dodgy, but nothing too bad if you’re not alone.

Second time at this hotel. we were in transition. Location is good, personnel ok Rooms are clean and spacious and very comfortable. They wait for us with parking lot reserved for us. Breakfast is good.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in close proximity to the central part. They have a small private car park which was full at the time of our arrival. They moved the cars very quickly to find a place for us. We hadn't requested a baby cot, but when they saw us with a baby, they immediately prepared one for us. We brought our own and didn't use it, but the attitude of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is early (from 07:00), which satisfied us due to an early departure. Also very rich with a wide variety of products. The price-quality ratio is perfect.

The rooms are cramped, but that was to be expected for a city hotel of this type.
