Неплохое расположение не далеко от транспорта и достопримечательностей. Есть балкон с хорошей москитной сеткой. Удобная кровать. Выдают ключ от входной двери в отель так что можно выходить/приходить когда захочется.

Туалет/душ - это загородка в той же комнате с маленькой очень не удобной раковиной... Холодильник и чайник - в коридоре, пришлось специально спрашивать у хозяина кружку и ложку... Телевизор в номере был, но ни один канал не работал...

The host was very kind and welcoming. He reached out with all the details beforehand and also videos of the room etc. The location is good and central, easy to get to the minibús to troy and walk around the city and the harbour. Food that was recommended by Jim was excelente. The room was clean. Overall a good value for money.

The bathroom was quite small and separated from the main room only by a semi-transparent glass door, though this was just a minor inconvenience and didn't spoil our stay.

It isn’t a big room but there’s AC and a fridge and kettle, Jim is very informative and did a laundry batch for us at no cost. You have a cloth line outside the room to hang towels. You can reach NR1 by the C9 bus from the main bus station, getting off at stadium stop? About 5 minute walk. It’s budget accommodation with everything you need. We were pleased with it

Да, номер небольшой, но мы планировали много ходить, а в отеле только ночевать, поэтому нам нужны были две кровати, кондиционер, душ и чтобы было чисто. Но оказалось, что еще есть балкон и даже можно постирать вещи. Всё это было очень кстати. В отзывах пишут про удобное расположение — это так. На такси ездили только на автовокзал, до набережноё и паромов, до рынка, до маршрутки в Трою — пешком. Хозяин очень гостеприммный. Еще до поездки прислал всю информацию: не только о том, как доехать до отеля, но и обо всех достопримечательностяхю В принципе у нас уже всё было спланировано, но советы оказались очень уместны. В отеле познакомилист с очен приятными людьми, многие приезжают в Nr 1 не в первый раз. Город прекрасный, надеемся туда вернуться

The host was so phenomenal with his enthusiasm to help us and learn about where we are from (Australia and New Zealand), we had a great time. Being able to rent the car was amazing, although a bit more logistical than we intended due to the Victory Day holiday and not knowing about the Bosphorus closures due to the swim. NR1 was the perfect stay, great location, easy to access everything, and very welcoming host.

Per di più il proprietario mi dice che nkn c'è problema la cancellazione è gratis., ma appena mi metto in macchina cer ca di prelevare i soldi con i dati carta credito inseriti al momento della prenotazione. .Fortunatamente riesco a cancellare la prenotazione entro le 18 come opzione

Соотношение цены и качества - великолепное. Владелец прислал заранее максимум инфо, заселение очень комфортное и дружелюбное. Сам отель больше напоминает хостел, но со всеми удобствами, кондиционер, ТВ, ванна в номере, холодильник, общая зона приготовления пищи. Парковка у отеля. Набережная и променад недалеко.

Хозяина хвалят все, мы не исключение - он большой молодец! Сопровождает вас с момента бронирования и до выселения. Человек любит свой город и во всем помогает своим гостям. На любой вопрос ответит, посоветует, где поесть, на какой пляж сходить, какие достопримечательности посмотреть и как туда добраться. Сам предлагает бесплатно постирать ваши вещи (а если вы путешествуете не первый день, это очень кстати!), вода в чайнике всегда волшебным образом налита. Напор воды в душе - это отдельная похвала! Номер маленький, но это не недостаток за эти деньги.

Не хватило какого-то шкафа для одежды, из-за размеров номера сложно разместить вещи.

Location is great to visit Canakkale, we parked the car at check-in and did not need it until check-out - closer beach club is ~20 mins walking distance and Trojan Horse and restaurants are ~15 mins in the other direction. The room is small (as expected and as shown in pictures) but the staff is very honest and available, which we really appreciated. The property also has an electric car that visitors can rent for the day at a price of €30 to go to the beach or ancient Troy ruins.

The sink in the bathroom was a bit small.

The owner is exceptionally friendly and hospitable, speaking also some Greek. We were welcomed with raki, melon, cheese and red pepper sauce, along with a lot of information about Canakkale. Also, he was very honest, explaining in a message before our arrival that this is a budget accomodation, and luxury is not to be expected. Great location, close to the harbor.

Przede wszystkim właściciel rozmawia po angielsku i jest bardzo miły. Obsługa na prawdę na najwyższym poziomie. Dba o dobre samopoczucie każdego klienta, dodatkowo co nas zaskoczyło, to to , że w lokalu nie ma możliwości wykupu posiłków ale można skorzystać z kuchni a czasem sam właściciel dzieli sie śniadaniem. Mimo iż hotel nie jest miejscem luksusowo wyposażonym, nie ma sie do czego przyczepić, łóżka wygodne ,czyste do tego możliwość skorzystania z pralni ,a to na wakacjach atut . Jedyne czego brakuje to szafa i dodatkowe półki. Choć jest to hotel w którym ludzie nocują zazwyczaj na jedną dobę, my przy skorzystaniu z 10 dniowego pobytu jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Jeżeli byśmy jechali do tej samej miejscowości na pewno skorzystalibyśmy ponownie z tego hotelu.

Am comunicat foarte repede prin Wapp. Isi merita din plin denumirea de Nr.1! Ne cerem scuze ca am plecat fara a apuca sa-i multumim pentru ospitalitate! La cat mai multi clienti!

Great price for a great place- Kiwis & Aussies this is your place-close to everything, really helpful friendly owner who does everything possible to make your stay comfortable and well organised. Bed really comfortable and has great A/ C, tv, fridges, clean shower, is securely locked and you can easily get laundry done.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante il mio viaggio e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Il punto di forza principale è sicuramente la posizione: il celebre Cavallo di Troia si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi, così come il lungomare, i ristoranti e le principali attrazioni del centro di Çanakkale. Una volta arrivati, ci si può tranquillamente dimenticare del veicolo e godersi la città passeggiando. La camera era pulita, ordinata e confortevole, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l'attenzione alla pulizia e la cura generale della struttura. Il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, contribuendo a rendere l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. A small room in an apartment complex on a quiet street, located close to a sport stadium, so very easy to find. The private host welcomes you personally and sends you useful information about good restaurants and the stops of local buses that go to, for example, the Troia Museum.

Room was a great size and really clean, owner is super friendly and helpful and location is nice and central!

A clean accommodation within walking distance from seafront and center of Çanakkale. Owner was very friendly and went out of his way to make it a comfortable stay. My feeling? Not a luxury hotel, but more of a friend's place where I want to come back some day. Recommended!

Although the furnishings were basic, the bed was extremely comfortable, there was a good fridge and the host did a load of washing for us for free. It was only a short walk to the waterfront and felt safe and secure. For the price, it was excellent.

The host's response to my 1 raking review is lie. I include photos of front door and view, his WhatApp message and the physical cut caused by his violance. I called the police and I had the recording of my police call. But I could not load the audio here. I you want to hear my desperate call, I can email to you.

The owner talks incessantly and lacks control of his temper. He destroyed one of my belongings in a fit of rage and threatened my safety without any excuse. 1. On arrival, we found the accommdation far below our expectations. The accommodation was not a hotel, but rooms in the owner's house. The principal picture on the booking.com website is not of the property, but a part image of the Trojan horse on the seafront of Canakkale with the owner's sign "NR1" superposed on it. The electric kettle for us was stationed in the landing hall and shared among all the rooms on our floor. 3. I followed the owner's message of not cooking in my room and my understanding was that the landing hall was not part of my room, as his electric kettle was in the handing hall. When he saw me using my personal travel electric soup maker in the hall (a plastic thing smaller than his electric kettle) through video surveillance, without listening to a single word of explanation, he smashed my soup maker immediately. Then in an aggressive fit of temper he demanded we check out immediately at around 9 pm. 4. When we did not pack up our belongings, he marched into our room and forcefully grabbed several of our cases and threw them into the hall in a pile. When he violently manhandled my 70 year old husband and caused a long cut on his arm, I called the police. Two police officers in a police car came. After listening to both sides of the story, the senior police officer instructed the owner to let us stay that night. Before following the police officer's instructions, the owner searched my suitcase and took away my electric travel kettle. We slept that night in a state of anxiety and got up unusually early the next morning because we preferred the safety of the waiting hall of the Canakkale coach station to remaining in that property. As a 63 year old woman, I have travelled to more than 45 countries.

The owner was very friendly and even recommended a place to eat, where he asked the restaurant owner to give us discount because we were staying with him. He helped us with our baggage and made the experience personal. He was also proactive in sending information and anything we might need to know beforehand.

Although there was an aircon, we do not like to sleep with it on for health reasons. So, we did find that we slept quite cold since we only received a thin blanket to sleep with. Also, it was nice that the host warned us beforehand that we wouldn't have a really fancy room since he is the cheapest in town, but it doesn't really help to warn us of that after we've already booked and it's too late to find something else. Because he let us know it wasn't necessarily that great, he said he would upgrade us to a "better room" (in which we could barely fit our suitcases), if we pay more and if we would give him 10 stars (which I feel like is coercion, since he didn't give us much of a choice). Honestly, I feel like it was still a bit overpriced for what we received.

A very memorable stay at the Nr1 Hotel. The owner is extremely humorous. His communication skills are excellent. The most helpful and friendly owner of a hotel I’ve ever stayed at. He walked me to a local restaurant, literally 100m away, which became my favourite in Canakkale. And he shared with me the mini bus station (which is under the bridge) and timetable for me to venture to Troy for a day trip. My room was very quiet and uncomfortable. This hotel is within an easy walk of shops, cafes, restaurants, river & the beach. Thanks for having me! 10/10.
