Reviewed Aug 19, 2026老板和老板娘非常热情，不仅帮忙推荐附近景点，还帮忙打电话问了客运资讯。待的时间比较久，他们还让我借用洗衣机，非常温暖可爱的家庭旅馆。位置也很棒，离客运站走路5分钟，步行3-5分钟就有公车站可以去到主要景点和KTX。公共区域干净方便，有微波炉和冰箱，还有制冰的饮水机，夏天非常需要。

Reviewed May 22, 2026Very mixed feelings about this place. It was the exact mix of cute, quirky and creepy. When I arrived in the evening I was shown into a room. Wasn’t even asked my name. Questionable cleanness - dust in the room, someone else’s hair in shower drain, did not feel as though the bedding was clean. Mattress super uncomfortable. Location wise - close to central bus station and train station however not in a good part of town, unless you fancy popping into a strip club in the evening. Nice social area. Internet working well once you figure out how to connect yourself to the multitude of routers scattered around (each with a different password).

Reviewed May 13, 2026100M from Bus terminal and there're bus stop nearby where you can connect to many attraction sites. Many good restaurant nearby and taste good. Owners are so kind, they let us early check-in and give instruction joyfully. Room is not spacious but big enough for two people to stay comfortably.
Pillow is flat so we need to put clothes underneath it to sleep more comfortably.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Darling decor of the place outside of the rooms. We got clean bedding. The owner is very sweet, offering indoor shoes by the door. The kitchen is fully stocked if you were inclined to cook something.
Old used handsoap bar left in the bathroom used by previous guests. Alsp someone came into the room when we were out and about, to clean, however in a short stay of 2 nights we found that uncomfortable because we didn't request for a room clean and it could have been once we checked out.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Hoewel ze nauwelijks Engels spraken was er wel leuke communicatie. De 2 pers kamer is oke, klein, goede douche, bed een beetje hard. De ruimtes er omheen zoals de louncjhe en keuken zijn geweldig. Heel familiair en gezellig ingericht . Super centraal gelegen. Kortom ik voelde me hier thuis.
Beetje gehorig. De 2e dag werd er behoorlijk meevoeren geslagen en lawaai gemaakt door wat mensen.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Revisited after 8 years. Since it is a very drafty place, they have provided electric blankets on the beds in the meantime. The lounge is pretty and charming, and the small garden is well-maintained. I would like to visit again.
However, be prepared for the cold in winter.

After I left I discovered, that I forgot my eBook reader there. I asked them to send it to my next accommodation an they where so nice to agree. Two days later I got the package.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Juste à côté de la gare routière et à 25 minutes à pieds de la gare ferroviaire, 5 minutes en bus. Proche des arrêts de bus pour aller aux principales attractions de la ville. La guesthouse est tenue par un couple adorable qui, même s'ils ne parlent pas anglais, fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe à merveille. Une grande salle à disposition pour manger, avec micro-ondes, bouilloire , grille pain, frigo et fontaine à eau. Si c'était à refaire, je reviendrais sans hésiter.
Pas de prises à côté du lit. Le matelas est très dur, mais comme souvent en Corée du Sud.

Les zones communes sont personnalisés et très bien équipées. nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé dans une chambre privée alors que nous avions réservé pour une chambre à 4. Le couple gérant est adorable et fait en sorte que l’on se sente bien ! Je recommande et nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce lieu convivial.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025I loved this cute guesthouse! Owners are just lovely and they do their best to make all guest feel comfortable. My room was spacious and nice and could finally rest and enjoy my time in Suncheon. Location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from bus terminal and 20 from train station. I could also walk to all main city attractions (National Garden). There is a nice common area where you can sit and cook your own food. You can also refill water anytime.
Loved everything but my room was not too clean so I would just recommend to pay extra attention to that.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025Très bien situé, à 5 minutes du terminal de bus et de tous les bus nécessaires pour les visites. Hôtes accueillants et serviables: la femme a lavé mon linge gratuitement et ils m’ont offert 2 boites à lunch. Infos sur les visites, cuisine suffisamment équipée et salle à manger et salon propices aux rencontres avec les autres voyageurs. Lieu très calme.
Aucune déco dans la chambre qui n’était pas très accueillante et était mal organisée. Aucun porte-manteau ni support à vêtements. Le plafonnier offrait un éclairage désagréable/trop fort et blanc. Le lit était aussi dur que le sol et en pente. La salle de bain était froide et l’eau de la douche tiède / jamais chaude.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025L'emplacement : juste à côté du terminal de bus, ce qui est vraiment pratique (notamment quand on a des bagages) + proche des transports en commun et de toutes les commodités ~ L'accueil : les deux gérants sont vraiment adorables, je me suis sentie tout de suite très à l'aise et en sécurité ! La propreté : même si la guesthouse n'était pas vraiment moderne, tout était vraiment propre (pas un insecte en vue et aucune mauvaise odeur) L'espace : l'espace commun est immense et les chambres sont relativement spacieuses, avec l'emplacement nécessaire pour les bagages et tous les équipements utiles :)
Si il y a juste une chose à dire : peut-être la dureté du matelas et les rideaux de lit un peu vétustes... + Le petit déjeuner n'est pas proposé...

Incroyable mais vrai, je me suis fait chasser vers 13h alors que j'étais seul dans la partie commune. Mon petit sac de voyage de 20L était à la réception depuis 10h. 6 mois de voyage par an depuis plus de 10 ans, jamais vu ça... le pire, c'est que j'avais demandé à 2 personnes différentes de laisser mon sac en bas. Elles disent OK OK mais ne doivent rien comprendre... n'ont t-ils jamais vu de voyageurs de leur vie? C'est la fête nationale, tous les bus sont complets et par chance, j'ai pu réserver un siège vers 17h. Quel est le problème si j'attends à la guesthouse ? Je suis toujours poli, souriant, je défais mon lit en partant etc.. et voilà comment on me remercie. Déjà à 12h, la dame est venue me parler en Coréen et je croyais comprendre qu'elle me demandait à qu'elle heure je partais. Après le monsieur, et encore vers 13h, alors que je suis toujours seul avec mes écouteurs, je ne dérange personne, il me répète que le checkout est à 10h et que mon bus de 17h est tard. Sinon, aucune vaisselle, aucun équipement, quelques couverts sales et rouillés dans la porte du frigo... Ça avait mal commencé, quelques jours avant, il m'avait envoyé un message sur booking, froidement, sans dire bonjour, en disant seulement "are you a lady?". Jamais vu ça non plus. Je dis bonjour pour commencer, et que je suis un homme, réservation dans un dortoir pour hommes, plus aucune réponse de sa part. Obligé de renvoyer un message pour demander s'il y a un souci avec ma réservation. À un moment, il rentre dans le dortoir et râle encore parce que je suis en chaussons dans le dortoir... chaussons qu'il me fournit... il faut donc être en chaussons dans toute la guesthouse, et dans les chambres, il faut carrément les enlever et rester pieds nu... Ça les ennuie tellement qu'un client reste après 10h, qu'ils ont fermé à clé la porte des toilettes de la partie commune.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025L'hôte était adorable, très gentil! L'emplacement parfait pour ceux qui arrivent par le bus, le 7/eleven est juste à côté et la gare n'est pas si loin nom plus! Le lobby est très mignon mais je n'en ai pas eu l'utilité!
Le matelas très dur et la chambre petite donc il y faisait extrêmement chaud, j'y suis restée 2 nuits où j'y ai très mal dormi! Si je devais y retourner je prendrais une chambre seule quitte à payer plus cher mais au moins ne pas avoir de voisine de dortoir qui allume la lumière à n'importe quelle heure.....c'était insupportable! Donc ceux comme moi qui aiment dormir honnêtement passez votre chemin au risque d'être déçu ou prenez une chambre seule !

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025주인 가족분들이 운영하시던데요. 매우 친절하시고 불편하지 않게 챙겨주셨습니다. 아침저녁으로 가족끼리 모여 식사하고 얘기할수 있는 공용 공간이 있어 좋았고요. 마치 해외 게스트하우스 느낌이었어요. 대부분 외국손님들이라 가볍게 인사하고 말을 걸수 있는 분위기를 애들한테 느끼게 해줄수 있었고요.무엇보다도 가성비 최고입니다. 잠자리도 편했습니다.
건물과 시설이 오래되어 그에 맞게 냄새가 조금 칙칙한 감은 있었습니다. 곳곳에 은은한 향기가 나도록 뭔가를 해주시면 좋을듯.

Reviewed May 29, 2025It is really nice guesthouse with shared kitchen and living room. Rooms are simple but perfectly enough. Owners are really kind and welcoming people. Really made my stay perfect. One night the owner recommended us restaurant close by for korean pork barbeque and even came with us to help us order food.
Some cutlery in the kitchen wouldnt hurt. There are plates, cups and you can use microwave and toaster, but there is no cutlery.

Breakfast is not provided- not even coffee. Also if you are looking for a social hostel, this is not it. I stayed here for two nights and I didn’t even see any other travelers but I wasn’t looking to be social so that was not really a problem for me

Very homey and clean, great position to reach major attractions (bus a few minutes away), safe area. Definitely recommend!

Lacks some amenities like tea and coffee, the bed was also rock hard, like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I also went in a non busy time and it was practically empty, so had a weird vibe

Reviewed Jul 11, 2024Very very cute common area where you can eat/read/whatever. Toiletries are all included as well as towels. The couple that owns the hostal are very cute and welcoming! Room is comfortable and mine had a private bathroom which was a plus! Super close to the train station so a perfect place to stay for day trips to Yeosu, Namwon, boseong…
Only downside is you can’t cook (other than boil water in the kettle for instant noodles). Not very social- I only ran into a few people when I was there.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2024The staff was really kind! Despite the language barrier, they always tried to help me out and were overall very friendly. The hostel is also in a convenient location. It's really close to the Suncheon Intercity bus terminal, so it's easy to get to. Also, the hostel itself was nice! I think it felt pretty roomy compared to some other guesthouses I have been in Korea, and I guess I also went during off-season because there weren't many people so I ended up having the room to myself for most of the nights.
If you aren't used to it, the bed might be a bit hard. I think the harder surface was good for my back though after having to carry a lot of stuff from traveling haha.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2024Cute place to stay. Only me and one korean lady the first night, then just me the second night. Friendly old man checked me in. No info was given about the area, but I figured it all out. Very near bus station. Just a short bus ride to train station. Easy!
No breakfast included, which is a pain as there wasn't much cutlery etc. to prepare your own. A bit of info about the area would help.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2024The hosts were really nice, and for the price it was a good place to stay at ! It depends on the season or days you go to, but we were 2 for a 4 people dormitory so it was really confortable, and I even believe sometimes you can be alone ! Do not hesitate to go to guesthouses if you want to make friends !
