The room has no phone and it was cold the blankets smells very bad if they can wash it every after a visitors

The place is perfect,the service was perfect

The shower is old fashioned when you shower the water spills all over the floor

Everything was of a very high standard—from the cleanliness and comfort to the delicious food and excellent service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I truly felt valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so pleasant and memorable. The food were well prepared with great service and the blankets were clean, air-conditioner was very served too

Location is awesome , right close to the highway, there is a restaurant in the same vicinity that is child friendly- my kids all day. Breakfast was delicious ( well enjoyed)

The wifi was slow or not working properly

The room does have a landline phone,you have to walk to reception to ask about information

The staff one day one when we arrive very friendly and kind. The breakfast is always good. We enjoy staying here. The cleaning team is excellent and their supervisor.

The receptionist and manager walking around on day 2 made is feel uncomfortable. They were visibly more friendly with some people and not others.

There are only 2 things, and both can easily be fixed The showers mess water all over the floor as the shower head is not meant for such a small shower. Nearly slipped as I didn't notice the spill. REPLACE THE CUSHIONS PLEASE they are old and lumpy.

The rooms are very dated ,with very old bathrooms .Taps dont work properly and the hot water runs out quickly .The bed is very uncomfortable and old and small for two people .You keep rolling to the middle as its sunken in .We did request a change in mattress after the first night ,but nothing was done .The breakfast was also nothing to write home about especially if you are not a meat eater ,or prefer healthier options .

The beds were the most uncomfortable and the shower in the bath wasn't ideal at all. Room 2 the shower didn't work well. (It was horrific). The aircon makes a terrible noise Because of your uncomfortable beds and horrible shower in the bath, I wouldn't go back to this hotel again, unless it's upgraded. I honestly suggest you replace your beds and remove all baths(have showers only)

The staff were fantastic and all went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome stay.

No fridge in the room. Im sure it said it on the booking confirmation but I didn't notice and was bummed. Pool would look amazing repainted.

The Complimentary breakfasts were awesome!! Staff is exceptionally friendly, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. What a beautiful and tranquil home away from home.

Just some constructive criticism: We were 4 guests booked in a twin room for 2 nights. However, only 2 towels and 2 cups were supplied, only 1 roll of toilet tissue, an 1 set of complimentary soap, body wash, and only 1 x 500ml of fresh drinking water. It would be a nice touch if each guest could receive a set of everything when checking in, instead of having to make turns using everything 🙈 We asked for the room to be made up again when we left at 7h30 and upon our return at 13h30 the room was not serviced. So we had no tidying up service during our stay at all. But the Cleaning Lady did provide me with 2 extra towels and a roll of toilet tissue when i asked her. Maybe guests who stay over could have their rooms made up very early/first? (We call them "quick changes") Nevertheless, our stay was BERY PLEASANT, we have no "real complaints" 🤣

I paid double for this booking. The hotel Told me booking.com did not pay them. I then paid them to be able to check in. So they took my money twice. I then went for a refund. They gave me a refund BUT charged me again on my credit card . They scammed me. Now I struggle to get my money from them.

The breakfast was tasty and more than enough. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean.

The bathroom was very small. An additional 2 point plug was not available for charging my phone.

Das Badezimmer hatte zu wenig Beleuchtung und nur einen Vorhang zum duschen, so dass der Boden im Bad anschliessend immer nass war. Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool waren kaputt und ohne Auflagen=nicht nutzbar.

The staff were extremely nice and friendly and definitely accommodating to our needs. The location was very strategic, right beside the mall and near close to the "centre" of the town. The buffet breakfast had an "OK" selection (could be better), but the staff was always on standby to clear plates or just check in on you. Really for me, the staff service is the most memorable of our stay.

The building itself is old, the furniture is shabby, the rooms itself really needs a revamp. The airconditioner is old, and despite turning it on for hours could not get the room cool at all. The curtains were thin, the sun was shining into the room and it was difficult to sleep in. The tv is also old, when I tried to turn it on all I was watching was basically static so we didn't watch tv at all.

Service was lovely. I had forgotten to close windows in my car. The manager came looking for me in my room. I think this was great.

Well I was a bit disappointed to sleep on the bed that didn't have a fitted sheet. Instead 2 flat sheets. Its uncomfortable because the flat sheet moved around and I got up sleeping directly on the mattress. This is unhygienic.

I liked everything with these property. Most of all it was child friendly. My kids were able to be by themselves at the pool. Breakfast was very nice.

LOCATION IS GOOD. GROUND FLOOR ROOMS WAS NICE AS THERE IS NOT A LIFT. IN AND OUT CHECK WAS QUICK AND FLAWLESS. SERVICE OVERALL GOOD.

NOISE LATE AT NIGHT. TRYING TO SLEEP THEN BEEN WAIKEN BY NOISE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER. NOT SO GOOD....

A year ago I thought the hotel needed an urgent renovation/rejuvenation. But alas! Electrical and bathroom fixtures and fittings have long passed their reasonable lifespan. Hairdryer is actually falling to pieces and there is no fridge in the room.

Location couldn't be better. The staff are super helpful and kind, and the Europcar pickup desk in the lobby is very convenient. Melody was super helpful! Nice and quiet and the breakfast is great.

The bottom of the bathroom door was water damaged and the grout/silicone needs replacing as it is black with mold.

The staff were amazing!! They did everything they could to make us feel welcome, offered to navigate us where we needed to be in town, and made my children's first hotel stay an exceptional experience. The food was incredible, and the breakfast selection was out of this world.

The bathroom could use an upgrade, but the facilities were all in perfect working order, so we had no complaints. It just seems slightly outdated in comparison to the wonderful room.
