Duygu Apart

We had a lot of space for the four of us. Having two bathrooms made it very convenient. The location was great ..a couple of minutes walk into the town centre. Even though it was street parking, we managed to get parking for our two cars every day. The call to prayers is very loud, but we found that at every place we stayed at in Turkiye.

Not a complaint but just to make other people aware. You can easily lock yourself out. Once the door closes, it locks.

The proximity to Kas centre (although hills are steep).

The terrible attitude of the manager who has complete disrespect and arrogance towards customers. I have been coming to Turkey for over 20 years and have never encountered anyone so rude. He is a bully, and will keep messaging whilst you are at your stay and insist on you giving the review as 10 stars. I was confused by his messages about payment (several during the stay) and there is no communicaton about where to pay, Just messages such as "Pay now", etc. It transpires, we had to go a few blocks away to make a payment at a hotel but that isn't made clear. He never answers the phone or responds to messages regarding the apartment either. We needed more pillows etc. All ignored. His attitude is just as bad in person. A horrible man and needs to be reported as he should not work in tourism. The apartment also is very dated, relatively unclean and has hardly any facilities. I have photos of the dirty, mouldy shower and other issues. It is never worth the money (£430 for 3 nights). The photographs do not depict accurate descriptions. Do not believe the positive reviews which may well be false or people may have been coerced into writing a positive review. I have downloaded his WhatsApp messages as proof.

Świetny apartament. Położony w pięknym miejscu, mieliśmy 2 sypialnie i salon z aneksem kuchennym. 2 balkony, kuchnia obszerna, bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Łazienka spora, nowoczesna. Było wszystko jak w domu. Polecam zdecydowanie.

The apartment was on the basement level, but it was still very bright and had direct access to the garden, including space to dry clothes. It also had two spacious bedrooms, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a washing machine, which was very convenient.

The shower could be cleaned more thoroughly, and the hot water supply is very limited. We had to manage our shower times carefully to make sure everyone could have hot water.

Месторасположение, большие и просторные апарты, хороший Wi-Fi. Прекрасно провели время с подругами.

Отличное расположение относительно центра, магазинов, кафе, достопримечательностей. В номере есть все для проживания. Кухня, стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска. Уютные спальни с балконами. Телевизор, кому необходимо так же есть. Кондиционер в каждой комнате, в рабочем состоянии. Полотенца, тапочки есть. Это отлично. Прекрасная цена за номер. Нам всего хватило. Спасибо большое!

Нужно почистить кондиционеры от пыли внутри. Но для нас это не стало особой проблемой.

Велика квартира, простора, близько до центру.

Не було пульта від кондиціонеру у деяких кімнатах. Не було цукру, чаю, мали бігти до магазину, хоч приїхали всього на 3 дні і не повинні це привозити.

The apartment is close to town.

Comodo al centro, molto pulito. Ci siamo rimasti solo una notte nel nostro viaggio in Turchia. Eravamo in due adulti con tre ragazzi, stanze pulite e con aria condizionata.

Mal estado de algun mueble, tv no funciona, faltan enseres de cocina.

Из плюсов. Очень большой номер: 2 спальни с панорамными окнами и гостиная с кухней. Это первый этаж был. Есть парковка, место найти можно.

Минусы. Владельцы апартов накануне написали( хотя списывались уже при броне) в 0.15 о напоминании заселения. У нас двое детей и один годовалый ребенок так-то, при броне это было видно. Ну, как бы мы уже спим в это время… И утром в 7.30 где-то в день отъезда напомнили , что выезд в 11.00… Это крайне не компетентно. Навязчиво. Впервые с таким столкнулись. И второе: не работала плита( газовая, пьезорозжиг)- уборщица была в коридоре, принесла спички. Ок. Телек тоже не работал( не было подключено ничего; для детей он нужен: покормить, отвлечь, время скоротать и т.д.)- устранить проблему не смогли. Админ ответила, что починят вечером, а вечером , что передаст проблему для решения. Ну, а утром в 7.30 напоминание о выселении 🤣 В принципе, сложилось впечатление , что из апартов выжимают остатки или админ просто не умеет или не хочет работать. Все или почти все, как пишут в отзывах, довольно уставшее. Видно , что это проблемы известные, но решать их не хочется. За это минус, жирный. Везде , где снимали , по крайней мере в Каше, ставят приветственную воду и есть чай. Тут ничего . Не то чтобы воды хотелось бы халявной- нет, это просто говорит об отношении владельца(ев) к гостям. Да, кстати, раковина перестала сливать, возможно поэтому посуда там плохо помыта после гостей, так как мы тоже не домытую оставили ( одну единицу🤭). А персонал вряд ли моет. Ну если тут весь дом сдается, ну поставьте вы хоть одну посудомойку у персонала в комнате, если мыть не хотите!

Upstairs bathroom only fit small people, towels had blue marks. We booked the room for four people however the hot water running out after 2 showers. The others had to wait for an hour in the middle of their showers!!!! No hairdryer found maybe it’s hidden somewhere but it was too late and we were too tired to find it

Nos dieron 1 habitacion en subsuelo no era la que teníamos en reserva ,eramos 5 y faltaba de todo para cocinar muy incompleto ,no estaba muy limpio ,3 cuchillos ,3 tazas ,no había para calentar leche solo ollas pequeñas y no había microondas, nos dieron otra habitación peor a la que habíamos reservado ,la atención pésima, tuvimos q reclamar y compraron las cosas

Appartement livré en retard , pas insonorisé, vétuste , très peu équipé avec dans couverts et assiettes dépareillés, divans avec des brûlures de cigarettes , rouille au niveau de la machine à laver . Barre de seuil collée avec du scotch, frigo dégoûtant etc

We only stayed one night and were happy to leave early in the morning)))

The room was on the garden floor. It was dirty—the sofa needed dry cleaning, there was trash on the floor, and dust on the walls and the front door. A washing machine was constantly running in the stairwell, and the room smelled of laundry detergent. The bathroom smelled like sewage. We immediately asked to change rooms, but they said there were no other rooms available. Even though the room was called "garden." Instead of a garden, you could see laundry drying out the window. We had two TVs, and both didn't work. We booked a room for five people, but there were only two blankets in the room, and one had clearly been used. They later changed them, but the manager was rude. This is the worst place we've stayed in many years.

Poca pulizia in generale, pochi oggetti per essere un appartamento utilizzabile (es utensili cucina, carta igienica). Nessun cambiamo asciugamani o pulizia durante il soggiorno. Almeno parte dell’appartamento non funzionanti (come le luci)

Great location, quiet and a bit out of the way from any noisy places but within a 5 minute walking distance to the marina. Good air conditioning, big fridge, comfortable beds and duvets and a balcony with lines for hanging laundry to dry. Also free comfortable slippers to use during the stay as well as shampoo and shower gel.

Dirty slippers under the bed and inside the bottom cabinet inside one of the rooms. A piece of ear jewelry and some cotton buds on top of the fridge. The hill/road from one side of the apartment to the city center is really steep! So steep that you should be careful wearing slippery footwear. But it is only a short climb.

Большие просторные апартаменты, все чисто, удобные диваны, удобные матрасы с подушками. Тихо. Удобное расположение, чуть выше центра. Жили с двумя детьми, в номере 3, на первом этаже - было очень удобно

El menaje de cocina es escaso. No había ningún trapo de cocina ni bayeta para poder limpiar y recoger un poco. No hay parking y es difícil aparcar en la calle cerca.

Muy buena ubicación, a 10 minutos andando del centro de Kas. Amplitud del apartamento, con un salón cocina amplio y dos habitaciones de tamaño adecuado. Baño también correcto. Es un apartamento cómodo para pasar unos días en Kas.

Solo por decir algo, la vajilla no estaba muy limpia y estaría bien que tuvieran alguna cafetera italiana, de filtro o de cápsulas, ya que solo tienen el recipiente para hacer café turco.

Апартаменты удобно расположены, рядом с прогулочной зоной, рядом продуктовые магазины, заправка. Заселение прошло быстро, менеджер оперативно отвечал на сообщения. Мы остались довольны.

Хотелось бы более качественную уборку

The space is big enough for four people. All the facilities work well. The location is good! There is a parking area just outside the house! You know it’s a nightmare to find a parking lot in Kas.

虽然也是照片的房间，但是清洁卫生和设施老化问题在照片里看不出，房间采光不好，但屋内照明更差，入住十分钟就跟住宿方反映厨房灯泡故障 和卧室一端插头无电源问题，来了个工作人员看后说他去拿新灯泡后再也没回来，第一晚也向住宿方反映了很多问题，希望能调整下吧。包括热水器加热时长 我们四个人 排队等待洗澡 已经影响休息了。我们不小心打碎个杯子 住宿方没要赔付。

Очень классное расположение апартаментов. Все чисто, просторно, в шаговой доступности рестораны, супермаркеты. Так же была кухня, где мы сами готовили завтраки, стиральная машина как раз была кстати.

设施老旧严重。电视机遥控器没有电，关不了，也没有看到电源在哪里拔，所以整晚都响。厨房器具不够齐全。两个淋浴间的花洒水管都是坏的，一个完全用不了，一个只能勉强用～

Хорошее расположение. Большой балкон в зелени. Очень просторные апарты, особенно по меркам Каша.

Заехали. Самостоятельно починили шкаф. Почистили фильтр одного из кондиционеров - заработал. Очень неухожено. Запах кошек. Нет элементарного минимума для самостоятельного поддержания чистоты (швабра, ведро). Даже губка для посуды осталась от прежних жильцов. Посуда - не комплект.

Appartment is very spacious and pretty recently renovated.

Dishes, pans and cutlery were dirty. The place lacked some essentials, like shampoo, table cloth /sponge, bath mat, batteries in air conditioner remote etc. We only got 4 sets of bedding for 5 people. Communication was no existing and we never got anything we asked for. Before arriving we were promised some help with parking, which we didn't get in the end.

价格便宜，步行15min可以去到比较热闹的中心，海边吃饭，门口停车不太好停，房东很热情帮忙停车

和我当时订房看到的图片完全不一样，我定的是loft双层的房型，给了我地下室的，比较小，应该是房型不同，房间比较老，电器冰箱门厕所的门马桶盖都是坏的，房间里也打不开箱子，只能在客厅打开，4个箱子打开不太好走路

Хорошее расположение, находится в тихом месте и в то же время до центра 5 мин. Нет проблем с парковкой.

The apartment is located in quiet neighborhood which was better to get good rest and it is a short walking distance from the main street and sightseeing places

My husband and I stayed two nights in this apartement and we appreciated it. It is very central- in 5 minutes, you are in at the seafront and in the center of Kas. The appartement is spacious (we didn’t even use the upper floor) and well furnished/equipped .( Nice sea view from the kitchen.) The host is extremely kind and responsive. He does even more than one asks for and was always willing to help even with the slightest demand (e.g. we needed a transparent scotch and he ‘materialized’ it in 10 minutes!). We were allowed to check in earlier than usual and he didn’t ask us to pay until the last day. I cannot but say: thank you for your hospitality.

It was available, good size and the communication was good.

The quality of the bedding was not high, the building needs some maintenance.

The apartment is clean and well-maintained. The bus station is within walking distance. The city center is also nearby. The area is quiet, which is important. Air conditioning in all rooms is great. There were four of us, and there was enough space for everyone.

Расположение очень удачное, не надо высоко подниматься , при этом тихо и все рядом

Это были худшие аппаратаменты которые я снимал когда либо на booking, честно сказать я не понимаю как они набрали 9.0 баллов, может мне просто не повезло с номером. 1. Ужасно грязно, пыль и грязь везде , кроме пола - только его видимо и моют. Кондиционеры старые и шумят так, что спать под ними невозможно, пыли в самих кондиционерах столько, что просто брезгуешь их включать. 2. 2х спальная кровать шатается, когда на нее садишься, единственный способ ее стабилизировать - прижать к стене. 3.запах по всей квартире, то ли канализации, то ли плесени. Это собственно была главная причина, почему я съехал , не было желания этим дышать. 4. Шторы в пыли и чем то заляпаны, было бы не плохо их постирать. 5. В целом апартаменты выглядят не ухоженными. Создаётся впечатление, что им когда то сделали первоначальный ремонт и теперь из них будут выжимать максимум, пока они не развалятся. Если вы рассматриваете их к аренде, почитайте отзывы, и начните с негативных. Я верю что кому то они могут подойти, но уверяю за эту цену в Каше можно найти в разы лучше и чище. Да они будут подальше, но я уверя вас чтобы лучше поднять в гору лишние 100 метров, чем нюхать плесень в убитых апартаментах в течение всего проживания

Отличные апартаменты, есть все необходимое. Доброжелательные и отзывчивые хозяева. Оперативно реагировали на наши просьбы. Все понравилось, приедем еще!

Очень хорошие апартаменты в приятном районе Каша. До центральной набережной минут пять, до магазинов 2-3 минуты. Все, что нужно, в апартаментах есть. Чисто. Один балкон выходил на море, второй на небольшую улочку. Кровати удобные, в зале мягкий диванчик. На балконах столик со стульями. Каш и в целом чудесный городок, уже не в первый раз приезжаем.

Vše bylo perfektní. Poloha blízko centra, ale přesto klidná. Ubytování čisté, personál moc milý a nápomocný. Je tu vše, co byste mohli potřebovat. Byli jsme tu se třemi dětmi a pobyt jsme si všichni užili.

Living room space is comfortably big enough for 4 guest, kitchenware and utensils is available. We bought a wine and im grateful they have a wine opener. Hot shower is available, just wait for a little while for it to reheat. Wifi is good, but i don't know why my laptop can't connect to it, phone is fine. Location wise is very near to the old town, a 5 minute walk and you can get everything there.

Room is a bit small for you to place your luggage. But is not really a issue, we place our luggage at the living room space.

My review isn't for this apartment but for another apartment in another buidling. When we arrived the owner said that there is problem with the requested apartment. He gave us another in another building which was for more people but with a much smaller kitchen/common space. So the location was great and I think that the original apartment was very close to the one that he gave us. The owner was very involved and wanted to help us to feel comfortable. It was good value for the money so all in all the stay was nice.

位置很好，步行到海边就500m，公寓空间非常大，而且有两个阳台，两个独立房间。

La rápidez de la atención del antifrión. Que todo estaba limpio y la ubicación me gustó!

El agua caliente no se mantenía en la ducha, por mas de 5 minutos, pero por lo demás todo bien!

На первом этаже достаточно холодный пол и кондиционером это не исправить.

Good value, everything looks as advertised, clean and tidy. The town centre and the seafront are in walking distance. The host is friendly and helpful, we appreciate replacing the broken kettle swiftly. Very good experience overall.

Nothing to complain

Comfy & clean. The landlord allowed us to use the washing machine and the dryer at the stairs. That was a huge help as self service laundromat are not common in Turkey.

The host and staff were very welcoming and helpful. They met us nearby and personally guided us all the way to the apartment. The location is great, very close to the center (5 minutes walk). The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. They helped us with using washing machine and provide with laundry detergent. And the most important thing we appreciated: their flexibility. They kindly prepared the apartment several hours earlier than the official check-in time and allowed us a late check-out.

There was a small issue with the water at first, but the staff quickly explained the situation and stayed in touch until everything was resolved. And on the second floor there is no window in the bathroom. Also, the ceilings on the second floor are a bit low due to the triangular shape of the roof.
