Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, aber ist ruhig aufgrund des Hinterhofs. Man hat vieles was man braucht, auch eine Wäscheleine. Grundsätzlich sehr sauber! Ich würde nochmal herkommen.

Good Location, clean room with all that we should want.

Did not provide breakfast, and the staff was only available by phone. Not constant presence. Nevertheless, that it really didn’t matter.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The room was very comfortable and equipped with everything needed for both a short and longer stay, including cooking facilities. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the center and local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

There is new building coming up right next to this, so a lot of dusts outside, people starting to work in the morning and you can hear everything in your room. Also we heard our neighbors talking and laughing, like it was in our flat, very loud. But in general its really worth the money, clean place.

We just stayed here for a night. It was really clean and the common space was a great place to make breakfast.

I think I would have stayed a little further out of town if I were staying for longer since street parking is pretty difficult.

All went so smooth. This place is a gem. So will taken care of, clean, they have a bar with coffee making machines, fridge, there is a laundry. Great communication. Located right in downtown, on a side street where we had found parking right by the front door but felt slightly bad that we might have blocked a space to some locals... Wish we could have stayed here longer.

Unser Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss und war sauber sowie gut gepflegt. Die Lage war sehr praktisch, und wir durften draußen die Küche nutzen. Insgesamt ein positiver Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

房间很大，住四个人也很宽敞。但，没有电梯，领着行李爬到楼顶有点累！而且晚上酒店就没人了，我晚上洗澡不知道啥原因，没热水，又找不到工作人员，洗了个冷水澡……

Отличное расположение: тихо и в самом центре, магазины и аптеки в шаговой доступности. До моря идти минут 5, до амфитеатра 10. Мы приехали на арендованной машине и смогли припарковаться в переулке прямо напротив входа. Приятные чистые номера, есть все нужное. Уютный зеленый дворик и вид на горы. Дружелюбный персонал. Добавить нечего, рекомендуем и вернулись бы сюда снова!

Была небольшая проблема с замком в ванной в одном из номеров. В остальном все супер

Отличное расположение - тихо, при этом самый центр, в окружении много магазинов, кафе. 3 минуты до набережной. Много пространства, много окон. Удобная кровать, отличный напор воды в душе. Мыло, гель и шампунь в ванной комнате приятно удивили. В кухне много разной посуды. Есть посудомойка и к ней несколько таблеток. Есть стиральная машина в общем пространстве.

Входная дверь в номер на пружине, поэтому непроизвольно дверьми все хлопают. В номере нет морозильника, хотя можно им пользоваться на общей кухне. Организация кухонного стола не самая удачная, но это мелочи.

Well furnished, comfortable apartment located in downtown Kas. Very convenient to local restaurants, food markets and travel agencies. The apartment was clean, comfortable and secure.

Все супер. Апартаменты удобные, с укомплектованной кухней, вся посуда чистая и ее много, холодильник, посудомоечная машина. Одноразовые тапочки, шампунь и гель вообще огонь (я обычно всегда вожу свои и пользуюсь только своими, но тут средства действительно очень и очень хорошие). Внизу есть стиральная машина (бесплатно), утюг. Расположение рядом с автовокзалом (где по пятницам проходит рынок), рядом все необходимое (хотя городок небольшой и там в принципе все близко). До бесплатного пляжа на перешейке полуострова пешком минут 15.

Great location to enjoy town and beaches from. Simply furnished but with everything you need to cook your own meals or go out on the town. Washer and dryer free of charge bottom floor.

We absolutely loved our stay! 🌿 First of all, everything was spotlessly clean – both the room and the common areas were tidy and cozy. The atmosphere was so comfortable, with thoughtful interior details and furniture that made us feel at home. The location is excellent – everything you need is nearby and easy to access. And most importantly, the staff was simply wonderful! 💛 The kind and caring ladies treated us to delicious coffee and cookies, which made our stay even more special.

Very central in Kas but still quiet. Didn’t see the staff/ owners until the last day but they were helpful on whatssapp. Clean, comfortable beds. Good facilities, great we could use the washing machine. Cold water on tap.

Kettle didn’t work and had to unload the dishwasher when we arrived. Parking wasn’t easy but we managed a space in the bus terminal just minutes away. Otherwise it was great!

De ligging is perfect – zodra je de hoek om gaat, sta je meteen in het centrum. Toch is het, ondanks die centrale plek, helemaal niet luidruchtig. Kas zelf heeft veel hellingen, dus het is wel handig als je goed ter been bent. De zee is werkelijk prachtig: misschien wel de mooiste die er is. Je vindt er talloze baaien met helder turquoise, schoon en ijskoud water. Een echte aanrader is om een boottocht te maken; dit kost ongeveer 1800 TL per persoon en is absoluut de moeite waard. Wat extra genoemd mag worden: de schoonmaakmedewerkers zijn ongelofelijk vriendelijk!

De internetverbinding was niet altijd even stabiel. Daarnaast tref je bij aankomst ( na 16:00) niemand persoonlijk. Het werkt als een soort selfservice: de sleutel ligt opgeborgen en bij aankomst moet je de contactpersoon bellen, die je vervolgens op afstand verder helpt met uitleg.

Nobody at reception, did not receive confirmation how to get keys, met a man who was friends with someone at the apartment, he sorted the keys and very kindly helped carry bags to 3rd floor, otherwise we would have had great difficulty, there was never anyone at reception during our stay. I needed to contact someone about an issue with the key but had to rely on a kind neighbour as I couldn't get through on phone, on a plus side, the key issue was sorted quickly

Everything was good: location, facilities, comfort, cleanness and design. Very clean and comfortable and fresh towels and bed sheets. Cozy lobby /kitchen and laundry with all supplies available. Reception was available at any time. Hope to return here, will recommend to friends.

The absence of staff made the arrival a bit unpleasant - we hadn’t received any information on where to collect our keys and couldn’t reach them for 15 minutes. not a big deal but a bit annoying. But other than that everything was fine.

Otelin konumu şehir merkezi içerisinde. Odalar gayet temiz. 2klimalı. Personeller güler yüzlü. Sadece yatmaya geldiğimiz için cok fazla beklentimiz olmadı. İhtiyaçlarımızı fazlasiyla karşıladı.

The staff were incredibly gracious and accommodating. They helped us find another place when I made a mistake on the reservation. It was so helpful and kind. The staff also turned out laundry over when we were gone for the day which was so nice of them.

I didn't realize that there wouldn't be anyone at the front desk and so that was a challenge. The front door being a key system was a little tricky because we got locked out a few times. In one instance, someone else's key was already in the lock on the inside and we couldn't get in. In another instance, someone else's key was in the door on the outside and we couldn't get out. In another instance, the door was locked and I didn't have my key. A pin pad would be a great addition. Also, would have really appreciated a water filter and the remote for one of the ACs was missing so we had to take the key out lower the temp in that room.

Great location in the middle of town close to all restaurants and shops, yet still felt quiet and peaceful in the room and the leafy courtyard. 20 minute walk through town to our favourite beaches - big pebble and Incebogaz. Great transport links as bus stop only a few minutes away, we travelled to Kaputas beach and the Kas peninsula for <60lira. Spotlessly clean room with very comfy beds.

Every thing was perfect

I have stayed in a number of places in central Kas over the years and this hotel is the best one so far. It shows that the owners care. We stayed in the room with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and it was clean, had all the basic things like blankets, shower gel, garbage bags etc. The inner yard is beautiful, the washing and drying machines are easily accessible - all in all loved to stay in this place

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok iyiydi otogara ve merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak yorumlarda dikkate almadığım alt kattaki odamız ortak alanın hemen dibinde ve odanın içinde ses yalıtımı gibi bir durum yok, gittiğimizde bir grup insan oldukça gürültülü bir şekilde konuşuyordu. Bize ses konusunda sorsalar da ses çıkarmayın diyemedik açıkçası. odalar oldukça mütevazi. Sanırım sarkıt lambalar beni iyice boğdu, kartlığı yerleştirdiğimiz kısım kırıktı. İlk gün rica ettiğimizde yer olmadıgından odamızı değiştiremedik personel kibardı. Otelin çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi olanağının olması da avantajlı. Nedense eski yorumlarda kahvaltı görüp kahvaltı var sanmıştık bir de o yoktu. Çok araştırmadığım için aynı tarihlerde aynı fiyata belki daha iyi otelde kalabilirmişiz ama 2 gün olduğundan sorun yapmadık

There is a lot of equipment in the apartment. Hot water in the shower all the time and good shower gel and shampoo( l'occitane )in the bathroom.

There was a bite noisy because of the nearest mosque and Muslim tradition of singing. Strange hours of check-in ( only from 15 till 18). And suddenly, there wasn't a bottle opener ( screwdriver) in the apartment.

The room and the hotel were very nice and cozy. We had a small kitchen and could cook food every day. Though the room was a bit smaller than it seemed on the photos, there was enough space for 5 members of our family. The location is great - very close to everything you need in Kas. But we struggled with parking - I guess it’s a common problem in the center of Kas. Thanks for hospitality! I would define recommend others to stay at Mare Nostrum.

Fantastic location, only minutes from the harbour and the local bus station,shops and restaurants and with no steep hills! It was quiet with comfy beds and a good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all very good value. We would stay there again.

Wifi was terrible Breakfast was supposed to be included but we were told it’s not included anymore!

The location was perfect: three supermarkets within 3 minutes walking and both the beach and the town at walking distance. The seperate airconditioners for bedroom and living room were very welcome. The kitchen and utensils were very basic but enough to prepare yourself a simple meal. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and I also loved the soap, body wash and shampoo provided.

The wifi was horrible and the bed was a bit stiff for my taste.

We checked in at 7. But they had nobody in the reception. The reception supposedly shuts down at 6. And it’s really dark in the common area of the apartment . They do give us a key to the main entrance. But it’d be better to have someone in person at the place for any assistance

I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. The staff at the reception initially insisted that we check out by 11:00, even though the Hotels.com app clearly stated that check-out was by 12:00. When I pointed this out, he reluctantly said 'okay,' but at 11:30, I had to push again to confirm the 12:00 check-out time. It was only after I sent screenshots and argued that he finally agreed. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of customer care. It’s unacceptable that the time listed on Hotels.com is different from what the hotel tries to enforce. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during our stay. I would not recommend this place due to the poor service and uncooperative staff.

Excellent staff and managers, apartments and rooms are very tastefully and thoughtfully designed by architects. Secret comfort perks are lots of cushy clean towels, L’Occitane shower, shampoo, hand soap, regular cleaning service, beautiful tiles, very attentive and helpful owners. Location is also prime, don’t hesitate!!!

The apartment was well equipped with good toiletries and air con. It was very central to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. There was a very nice atrium/courtyard you could sit in downstairs, they provided a fresh water machine in the communal area.

Self catering apartment in the centre of the city, walking distance of everything. Well equipped kitchen with two plate cooker, microwave, fridge and dish washer. Airconditioning in the lounge-kitchen area and in the bedroom. Nice big bathroom with modern amenities. Parking available on the streets around the apartment. We never had a problem in finding parking. Very nice common area with seating.

TV with only Turkish and Russian programs is of no use to international tourists.

Amazing property which is well built. The apartment is even better than the pictures. Well equipped in a nice street within walking distance from the beautiful market and sea side. Studio Apartment is well equipped with all the gadgets you need. It was such a great stay for me and my mother that we extended our stay by 1 day. Helpful staff but they leave by 6 PM.

Staff was helpful and carried our luggage and gave suggestions on places to visit but it would have been nicer if they could stay until 10 PM at the property.
