Reviewed Aug 21, 2026駅近で便利で部屋も大変広くて綺麗でベッドも寝やすく快適だった。バスタブも想像以上に広かった。ポーラのハンドソープもいい香りだった。ワンピース型のパジャマも活用できました。お水ペットボトルの入った冷蔵庫も嬉しかった。
12階で良かったが、隣のビルしか見えず景観はイマイチだったが駅近なので仕方ないかとも思う。 朝食へ降りるのに、タイミングが重なりエレベーターが混み合った。

水回りが古く、バスタブは隙間に水やシャンプーが入ってしまうので、カビなど大丈夫なのかなと思ってしまった。掃除はきれいにされていたと思う。

大通りからの、アクセスがナビでわかりにくい点が 難点でした。あと、細かい事ですが、お風呂の浴槽内に 女性の髪と思われる毛髪が残ってたのは、残念でした

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026the hotel/room, breakfast and location were great. some noise is to be expected since its located right next to sendai station. the japanese staff were fantastic. very helpful and polite. zero complaints on them at all. whats not so great is, some of the staff are not japanese, and do not understand proper japanese and can come off as rude. almost all of the cleaning staff is NOT JAPANESE, so be VERY careful leaving items in the room. if you are staying for multiple days, lock up your valuables in your suitcase. if you forget something, do not expect to get it back. recon your room thoroughly before checking out. lost/forgotten items will never be seen again unfortunately. sadly that japanese service, honesty and politeness we have come to love and respect is going away very quickly. kind of sad that JAL would rather hire sub standard, shady cleaning staff to save a few ¥¥¥'s over hiring their own citizens. probably wont be staying there again anytime soon unless its the only spot available.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026とにかく立地がいい！子どもが小さかったので一回ホテルで休んでからまた仙台の街に繰り出せるのがありがたかったです。朝食もすごく種類が豊富で朝から感動でした！子どもいながら牛タン食べれてなかったので朝の牛タンカレーで摂取できました！フロントのお姉さんが我が子に笑顔で何度も声をかけてくださり嬉しかったです☺︎シャンプーも香りが良かったので嬉しかったです☺︎子どもがいるといろいろと制限ありますがホテルJALシティ仙台さんのおかげで赤ちゃんいながらも最大限に仙台楽しめました！ありがとうございました☺︎また行きます！

沒有自助洗衣，原本以為有應該是後來撤掉的。員工雖然好心的告訴我哪裡有，但是走路要一小段，加上剛好下雨，就小小破壞了預計的衣物規劃。

It was great that there was an on-site parking lot. The location is also convenient, as you can walk to the Anpanman Museum.
