Richmond Hotel Sendai - Reopened After Renovation on 28 Dec 2024

All

Esmorzar molt complet. Molt variat.

Room size and facilities and staff

Breakfast

View from room

Very clean, excellent staff, nice lobby, very good location

Very small room

NO

People amenities and location

Size is small for 3 adults but we didn't bother changing the room as it was for 1 night

The extra facilities like the ice cream machine and all the lotions and face masks were excellent. Breakfast was great though a bit crowded at times.

We were in what seemed to be a disabled room, there was no where to hang your towels in the Bathroom.

Big lounge and kid area Lot of kid's amenities provided

-

Nice staff, fresh look and children friendly environment.

There is another Richmond Hotel ending with name Premiere which may mislead you. Reaching hotel from Sendai due to tricky path as GPS also confused due to buildings and multiple small streets .

Great facility, staff, amenities, and room is good size

Nothing

I love that it was a bit close to the main station! I love the clean remodeled room, the staff, the resting area and free accommodations. I usually have really bad allergies when I stay at hotel but at Richmond Hotel Sendai, I never had a problem! I slept like a baby with the extra pillow they provide. Very clean, fast service, fast elevator. I loveeeee it so much!

Nothing to not like about. Perfect hotel really.

The photos didn't do this place justice, it is very nice and clean. The rooms are very big and included large Tvs with chrome-cast capability. The staff were extremely helpful in trying to assist me and a friend in every enquiry we had. With one of the staff members speaking nearly perfect english. It was only a short stay so i did not get to see everything but the location is great. I would revisit this hotel if i'm ever in Sendai again.

I have no negatives about this hotel apart from i didn't get to stay longer.

clean and new, free drinks and snacks bar

minimal service, no concierge service, you need to move your stuff with cart

Clean and helpful staff

There are two Richmond Hotel nearby, so have to be careful which one you booked with

Amenities, snacks and drinks bar, children's play area, location, laundry facilities

New, nice, clean and good location.

Super cool indoor playground, my baby loved it. Nice free baby supplies and a free snack bar with icecream🫶

We booked the accommodation last minute and only the smallest rooms were available. My husband and I had a bit of a hard time fitting in on that small bed of about 140cm. Plus, we only got one big blanket. It's terrible that sometimes we had to wait for an hour to get into the restaurant for breakfast, this is unacceptable in a hotel that focuses on small children…

The kids play area was wonderful and the hotel is close to the train station. This was my second time staying here and it will continue to be my go-to hotel when I visit Sendai.

The rooms are business hotel sized, but comfortable. The ample amenities more than make up for this.
