Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, the location was good and we were generally very happy with our stay. Apart from the issue mentioned below, everything was great.

On the second-to-last day of our stay, our room was opened and housekeeping was asked to clean it despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging on the door. I personally do not want my room cleaned during my stay, and that is exactly why I use this sign. I felt that our privacy was not respected. When I asked the owner about it, I was told that the staff are there for us and that daily cleaning is part of the service. I understand that, but guests should still have the right to refuse housekeeping when they clearly indicate this. In the end, I allowed the cleaner to finish as she was already in the room, but I was very disappointed by the situation. I also think that a kettle in the room should be a basic amenity, even just to make a simple cup of tea.

One of the best Hotel location in Kusadasi, close to the centre, close to the boulevard , close to taxi or bus stations. Good turkish breakfast, friendly personel, clean rooms with good bed. My favourite Hotel in Kusadasi.

Staff were all so friendly, the hotel was in a good location only 5 minute walk from main area and less than 10 min to the ferry port, it was extremely clean and the breakfast was delicious

Отель расположен недалеко от набережной, вокруг много кафе. Понравились завтраки, уходили сытыми. Персонал дружелюбный. Номер хоть и маленький, нас было трое, но нам хватило места, так как в отеле только ночевали.

Schöne Terasse. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett. Das Frühstück würde auf Wunsch auch schon früher serviert.

Das Zimmer 104 war extrem winzig. Balkon auch nur klitzeklein.Man konnte sich kaum bewegen.Wenn man ins Zimmer kommt läuft man erstmal gegen den Schrank und es steht noch ein zusätzliches Bett im Zimmer. Zudem ist es schlecht isoliert, man hört bei geschlossenen Fenstern jedes Auto und das Hundegebell.Preis Leistung absolut nicht in Ordnung.

A small hotel in the city center. A very pleasant (almost family-like) atmosphere and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Phenomenal breakfasts, served with great care on the terrace. I’d love to come back.

from the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were very well received. Cold water and sweets were waiting for us to refresh ourselves from the long journey. The staff is really great and was available for anything we needed The room is neat and clean, the air conditioning is good and the bed is soft and perfect for sleeping and resting. There is internet on every floor and it mostly worked without problems The rooms also have a small refrigerator in which you will find water for refreshment. In the lobby of the hotel there is also a refrigerator where you can buy water and juices cheaper than in the shops in the city. The location is perfect and in the center 5.6 minutes from the dolmus station that takes you to the beach and from the large Migros store... Once again, I have to repeat that everything really was as it should be and to praise the staff and the owner of the hotel.

Host & Staff: Muhammad abi and his team are phenomenal hosts - kind, attentive, and incredibly welcoming from first go! The Room: Spotlessly clean, cozy, and perfectly sized for two people. It included a great TV, reliable air conditioning, and a lovely private balcony. The Bathroom: Very functional layout with a great shower and excellent water pressure. Flexibility & Care: Early luggage storage, a place to freshen up upon arrival, and a specially prepped 6:00 AM breakfast for our early departure showed a level of care you rarely see anywhere else. Location: Perfectly central in Kuşadası, close to the port, shops, and seaside

The hotel is a simple, very clean and very well mantained place. The personells is very kind and helpful. Located in front of a delicious and notorious kebap restaurant Adan and walking distance from the city centre. Great quality-price.

A pesar que la atención del hotel y del personal, que fue muy buena, al llegar al nos dijeron que teniamos que ir a otro hotel a la vuelta ya que no tenían lugar. Eso no estuvo bueno, ya que están sobre vendiendo su capacidad, o te tendrían que avisar antes por mensaje.

The staff was amazing , the manager Mohammed and his staff was up and down to make our stay perfect, we had a car and usually it’s hard to find a parking in city center, but they have private places to park, the hotel was so clean , location is perfect , breakfast was tasty, highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the time during our stay in a hotel. We travel with our pet, and it was difficult to find a place to stay with a dog. But this hotel care our dog as a baby). Thank you for that! We appreciate it! Other points: location was good, only 5 min away from a sea. Breakfast was good as well, fresh and healthy. The room was clean. Highly recommend.

On Booking it shows the check-out time as 12:30. We were packing our things when at 12:10 the hotel owner called to threaten that if we didn’t leave immediately we would have to pay for another day. We left in a hurry; he demanded that I show him the 12:30 check-out time on Booking, which I did, but he continued to insist in an arrogant and rude way that he was right. If he doesn’t know how to manage the hotel’s information on Booking, he shouldn’t have put it there. Disrespectful owner — avoid.

Muy bien todo el personal del hotel, el desayuno muy bueno y sin dudas volvería! Excelente relacion precio-calidad además. Todo lo que necesitas está a pasos tuyo.

Al bañarte, estás en el mismo piso que todo el baño, y se moja todo inevitablemente. Pero podés usar una toalla y secar, tampoco es tanto problema! Todo espectacular!

Very good hotel for the price. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Kusadasi and all the main attractions. Highly recommended!🥰🥰

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero coinciden con lo que se muestra en las fotografías, por lo que cumple con lo esperado. Lo que más destacamos es la amabilidad del personal, siempre muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Cuando necesitábamos algo, respondieron rápidamente e incluso nos recomendaron dónde ir para organizar nuestra excursión a Éfeso. En general, una estadía práctica y cómoda, ideal para visitar la zona.

При бронировании была одна цена, а в отеле цена увеличилась. Душ - это лейка и дырка в полу. В санузел не зайти, после того как принял душ. Завтрак -практически никакой и не шведский стол.

- Bathroom: we are used to having divisions for the place where you shower, but there was no issue, just something different - They requested a Marriage Certificate, however, when we checked in they clarify it is only for Turkish people, not foreign tourists

La amabilidad con la que nos atendieron desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. La habitación es básica y con lo necesario para tener un buen descanso. Me gustó! Es cómoda.

No soy amante de las duchas que no tienen división con los demás espacios del baño, porque todo se moja pero no es algo que me incomode como tal. Son diferentes estilos.

An excellent hotel, with great hospitality and a warm welcome. We were able to leave our bags and walk around town before checking in. The place was comfortable, we had a nice balcony, and it had all the basics for the stay, including the small fridge. And the breakfast in the morning was excellent. Very happy we stayed here!

Очень уютно и чисто, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, отношение как к дорогим гостям. Вкусный завтрак, везде близко, до моря 5 минут, рядом много ресторанов с едой на любой вкус и по хорошим ценам. Обязательно вернемся туда снова.

Нет душевой кабины и в туалете всегда мокрый пол, но эта проблема легко решилась покупкой резиновых тапочек.

At first, we were impressed by the hotel’s design. It really stands out and is easy to notice from different angles, so it’s very easy to find when you get close. You can also see that the hotel was recently renovated. There is a very cozy terrace on the reception floor where you can sit and work. The internet works well and is available on all floors. This is more of a family hotel, so it’s not a place for loud parties, but the atmosphere is so calm and cozy that you probably wouldn’t want that anyway. The rooms are not very big, but if you’re planning to explore Kuşadası and nearby towns, it’s a great place to rest and sleep well after a long day. The sea is only about a 5-minute walk away. There are also bazaars and other places nearby, so the location is very convenient. The staff is 10/10. Everyone is calm and very friendly, not like in big cities. Every day the communication was pleasant and relaxed. We will definitely stay here again next time to continue exploring the old towns nearby.

Staff were exceptional allowing us to park at the front of hotel. Breakfast was good. The location was a short stroll to sea front. Great value for money.

The room was small with a combined toilet/shower. The room wall needed some maintenance.

La ubicación era excelente

No me gustó la ubicación. Suena gracioso pero lo mejor del lugar es lo peor del lugar. El lugar es al lado de termini donde consigues trenes a todos lados pero se ve peligroso, no es peligroso. Pero se ve peligroso y el edificio está muy viejo y sucio en las zonas comunes pero la habitación es limpia. Aunque la ducha es pequeña.

Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff. Will be back there again.
